The tortilla stuck to the wrapper and fell apart, the inside was just goo - whoever added the extra sauce got carried away. WORKERS ARE RUDE!!! We just ordered from here and my boyfriend was asking if the shell on the hard tacos he ordered came in different flavors (Doritos, regular, etc.) and the guy he was asking said in a very rude tone, " if you want to get that you're going to have to make another order." My boyfriend said he wasn't trying to make an order he was just wondering what the shell flavor was and mentioned how they have the Doritos ones because we don't eat taco bell and I wasn't there to order it. Instead we were met with an angry employee that promptly told us to "get the fuck out of here" and accused us of urinating in a bush in the drive-thru. I would never do anything of that nature and I am completely appalled that the employee would even accuse a paying customer of something like that. I am completely dumbfounded by the entire situation. The employee claimed that my car was silver and so was the one that he saw committing the act. That is outrageous though! The worst part of this Taco Bell is how often they forget to add what you ordered to the bag or they put the wrong stuff in your bag. Some items are very hard to check before you pull out of the drive through. For example, you order a bean, cheese, and rice burrito but they give you a plain bean burrito and give you 3 of those vs. the one you ordered. Unless you take it apart before you leave, you don't know they messed it up. Also, I hate that when you order a Taco Supreme that most of the time they neglect to put the sour cream on it. Dude - I'd order a crispy taco if I didn't want the supreme experience. Nice people, slow service. The counter clerk was pleasant and the other employees seemed nice enough. No issues there. However, I ordered a single bag of Cinnamon Twists and it took about 3 minutes to deliver, regardless of the fact that there were about 20 pre-made bags about 10 ft behind the counter. I understand that they have a system and that they have to go in a certain order, to maximize workflow, but when 3 different employees walked by the Cinnamon Twists seemingly without a goal it seems a little silly. read more

I get off work late and often come through this drive thru around 11-12 at night. I have never had a bad experience! The drive thru employees are friendly and efficient, and my order is always correct. This is awesome, because due to my dietary restrictions, I need to modify my items and occasionally encounter issues (cheese being left on, etc.) at other restaurants. The employees are very goofy and joke around too much and yes I know it's fast food, but at least try to do your job. The other type of employees you'll encounter are just rude. I work near this Taco Bell so on average I hit it twice a month. The past few times I ordered chips with cheese and have received a small amount of chips. Yesterday (08/28) I ordered chips with cheese and again received a small amount. I subsequently advised the young man at the window that I didn't get many chips (approx 7) and asked if I could get a few more? He asked someone (probably a shift lead) who told him no because he replied that I would have to place a new order for chips only. Not that my day was ruined but to not be able to hand out a few more chips in order to keep a customer happy shows extremely bad customer service and an overall poor business attitude. As a business owner myself I would be extremely upset if one of mine customers asked an employee of mine for something "extra" and did not receive it, especially when that something extra is so irrelevant and cost nothing to our company. Unfortunately I like Taco Bell and will go back but my opinion of this particular location is much much lower. Their lack of customer service was truly disappointing. read more

My husband and I decided to go to our local Taco Bell to get some late-night dinner tonight, on Sunday, June 7th, 2015. Taco Bell is always open until midnight on Sunday's, so we were excited to get our dinner! We then pulled up, ready to order, and at 10:17pm they said they aren't taking anymore orders, AFTER they just took two other cars in front of us! If your hours are until midnight, then you SERVE FOOD UNTIL MIDNIGHT! They said they only had two people working, when they usually have four. Hire more people! Tons of people could use a job! Also, for over a week prior to tonight, their freezer was broken and didn't serve half their menu because of it! Part of being a business is RUNNING your business! Damnnnnn Taco Bell! You fancy!! Awesome remodel. Revamped the old front entrance into an outdoor HEATED seating area. It feels like a real restaurant now! The drive thru line is still atrocious But whatever can't fix it all. I love the new open kitchen concept so when I'm waiting at the drive thru I can give all the workers my death glare while I watch them make my food. The food is the same, it's Taco Bell so it doesn't blow me away but it's better than your average fast food burger joint. Staff here is always polite and quick with service, never had a single issue and that goes double since after the much needed remodel. read more

The girl who got my food must be waking up from the wrong side of the bed, or something else from last night, she didn't seem to be happy, she dropped my food (3 bags) on the pick up window counter, and walked away, what the xxxx ?
