This time it took so long our first dasher bailed. In the four times we have gotten food here in the last year, twice drive thru and twice delivery, items are always missing or wrong. And the bags are sealed, too. That said, it is inexpensive, my kid loves the fancy chicken bowl that is a little like a bowl from Chipotle ( which he loves and I hate!) , and I like the grilled cheese burrito and chicken quesadilla. I do not recommend spending your money here. The customer service is terrible and there is a 95% Chance they will "forget" to give you something you ordered. This is the second time I've ordered a black bean Crunchwrap and been given a beef Crunchwrap which I can't eat. How hard is it to read?

First, we walked in. It's like a meat locker. The person working the front area was not friendly at all. He was rude. I got two tacos and one cinnamon twist. Neither one of my tacos had any cheese on them and had more lettuce than meat. Then, the cinnamon twists were bad. Walked up front and told the rude person that the cinnamon twists were bad and asked for my money back. Pretty lack luster especially for a new or remodeled branch. The lobby is not open, only the drive through. Even then service is either slow or efficient but not fast, especially when 3/5 at most employees are chatting outside. They can't accommodate most online offers so check your app first because you can usually save $3 each box . Just wasted 20 minutes being stuck in line and never actually ordered anything or received food. They had a sign up saying due to low staffing they'd be closing early at midnight indefinitely. (It was 11:15pm when I drove up) sat at the speaker for a while and couldn't get acknowledged- I couldn't back up because there were cars behind me, they managed to back up and get out of line but I was stuck waiting it out or taking the chance of hitting a curb trying to go in reverse in the curved drive through lane. Got to the window, no apology. Just "we were wondering what you were doing there" I don't live in Lincoln City but I'm here every 2 weeks for work and drove through this drive through often as it's the only late food option in this small coastal community. I got to this Taco Bell location at 9:10 pm on a regular Thursday night while I'm camping down the street. I was super excited for dinner and very hungry. I got in line which had about 10-12 cars in it and I was totally okay waiting. To make a long story short, I waited in line until 9:56 pm on the dot. Got up to the speaker just for the gentleman to say "Sorry we just took our last car for the night. Have a good night." I was pissed off because I just waiting over 40 minutes and got told I can't get any food because it's 4 mins till closing. May I also add there was only 2 cars left in line for the night. I totally understand you need to clean up your machines and you want to go home, but this was disrespectful in my eyes. Sooo much better!!! Just barely 3 months ago this was a shit show of a Taco Bell. Terrible service, workers that would argue and fight in front of customers, workers that were tweaking, dirty, just overall horrible. Management has come in and clean this place up. They got rid of the terrible workers, got new workers and people who actually care and do their job. Everything is running smoother, you don't sit there and stare and never get helped after 20+ minutes. I like this Taco Bell a little bit better than most of the ones nearer to me. However, they certainly take the fast out of fast food. Now, it is fresh, which is more important, but it isn't fast. I will give them the benefit of the doubt though and point out that they had a huge line at the drive through that night, so I have a strong feeling that they probably just couldn't be fast because they were serving 100 people in one night. You can easily eat for one under 6 dollars here, which is a plus, and the staff is so friendly I almost asked if they had applications available!
