I have to say, I was surprised and pleased this afternoon at how hard the employees were working and that they all seemed genuinely happy to be at work. The African American man at the counter and drive through appeared to be a supervisor and was so friendly and happy. The rest of the crew really picked up on the vibe and I felt happy as I waited for my mobile order. I always order on the app, as you have to do the same inside now anyhow at the kiosk and I can get my free reward item. I can rip open the bag and make sure everything is there as well. I did the same today, but didn't notice there was no cheese on my Pintos & cheese (with no red sauce) ordered. I guess I'd rather have no red sauce and no cheese too rather than the alternative, and it's the only thing I can complain about, so I'd probably still give 4.8 stars. I've been here often though, and observed more than once, someone want to order at the counter and sent to the kiosk. I've watched customers argue they want the interaction and help and get "chatted at" in a language they don't understand.. so dropping my star for those past experiences here in the last 6 months.. BUT today was spectacular and can't imagine any customer would have been treated badly. This place was sparkling clean too!! I will also add, I live on the other side of town and absolutely refuse to go there anymore. Awful service, awful food.. items always missing, order vegetarian and get beef... Drive over here! Horrible! First of all they didn't give me any taco sauce, I had to park the car and go back inside to get taco sauce packets. It was my first time shopping for Carne Asada at this market that was closest authentic Mexican market. The staff was very friendly, probably a bit surprised that I spoke a little Spanish asking for seasoned Carne Asada meat. Lots of great spices, groceries and friendly behind the counter staff (even though I was not Mexican). A bit more expensive on the per pound of seasoned meat compared to other markets but equivalent price if you consider travel time & fuel to get good Mexican flavors. I'm not an AI BOT, just a new customer...I can't provide a 5-star yet, need to evaluate the other aspects of the market offerings that I have not ventured into yet. The Taqueria inside the market was busy, lots of locals eating there, will need to try out next time for real Mexican food, not fusion or TexMex. read more

I would give this location zero stars!!! The entire team of employees needs to be fired that worked the night shift at 7pm November 7th 2026. I came in with my daughters to pick up our order. The cashier was a male, mind you none of the workers are wearing name tags! When I tried to ask if it was possible to remake my daughter's burrito because it was made wrong he told me no that's how it's made and he wouldn't listen after I tried asking him again to please remake he proceeded to ignore me and left. He did not want to give me my money back either. I waited to ask someone else and everyone that was working proceeded to ignore me like I wasn't even there! Other costumers were trying to help me get there attention and help me even and they also were very disrespectful to the other costumers and starting to ignore them as well. It took 30 minutes to finally get someone to help resolve the issue here. I'm no way should these employees be acting this way in a costumer service industry! They made this a huge problem and it didn't need to be at all. I felt extremely disrespected by everyone there working. It seemed like a race issue as well. The women working were speaking Spanish like I didn't understand what they were saying about me. This matter needs to be addressed higher up with a regional manager and have these employees terminate. We stopped at this place since the traffic on 580 was very bad. The ambiance is great and it is very clean, all the interiors looked new. Coming to the service we have to order at the kiosk and we added few paid condiments in all of our tacos like Jalapeños and extra sauces. None of our tacos came with the extras and the worst part is there is only one person available for assistance so I had to wait for a long time. The food is ok, we ordered chicken tacos and potato tacos. The hard shell tacos are good and the soft tacos are not that great. I would give -5 if I could, I went on Saturday night and it was clearly busy so we waited in line. I accidentally ordered food to the wrong location so I ordered it to the correct location online after we bought more food at the drive thru, once I get to the drive thru I asked if I could do the pick up. The bigger white dude who is always there, might be the manager but he was extremely rude!!! He started to yell that we needed to go back in line and wait for it again, I said ok didn't even care to continue. But meanwhile we ordered at the drive thru, he kept huffing and puffing being hella rude! Had attitude the entire time and was just being an asshole. I was also once at the window waiting for my food to be handed to me when the exact same white dude started to fight with a door dasher who was picking up the food thru the window and the door dasher was not being rude whatsoever when all of a sudden the white dude who works there started to cuss at the door dasher worker and said he would beat the f*** out of him and then also said he needed to calm down before he "knocked him out" meanwhile the door dasher worker never was rude or said anything. All of this happened right in my face and the worker didn't even care to say anything and just gave me my food. His upper management needs to check him or fire him for his bad customer service before he picks a fight with the wrong person who isn't gonna be afraid to throw a punch at him. read more

Let me begin by saying I am a huge Taco Bell fan. I rarely get it but I am a lover not a hater. I'll speak only about this location. It's rather conveniently located and had a ton of extra parking. That's about it for positives. The food was the main issue - it's just lower quality than other Taco Bells are. I upgraded my Chalupa to steak, not only was it not very deep fried, there was barely any steak in it. Dorito Loco taco was standard, but the Crunchwrap supreme was underwhelming and falling apart. I'm not sure what was the issue with the food quality here but maybe it's just the location. read more

Its a Taco Bell! What are you yelping it for? You know their brand. I drive thru this location all the time and love their inexpensive food. I'm a fan of the crunchy tacos and the chips and cheese. It's not Mexican food... it's fast food and fairly unique in that category. This store is located conveniently off Railroad in Livermore so it's easy to find and easy to get to. Any time I'm in a pinch and need quick calories for cheap this is the spot. Shout out to the great staff who work hard at this location. read more

This location has repeatedly made my orders in correct. I've been inside, through the drive thru, and ordered to be delivered. The last few times I came here this past year I've had to have my order remade or requested for a refund. My order is repeated correctly of course and receipt is usually correct as well, however I've been met with disgust and frustration as I open or bite into my food and finding meat and cheese in my food. I visited the Taco Bell just like an hour ago drive-through at the Livermore location today. Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. We had ordered the medium fries through drive through and when we went to the window, The staff who was responsible to provide the order shouted at us saying "why did you order the drink". The lady working over there firstly did not understood what we had ordered and the "guts she had to shout loudly at us saying we don't have fries and why did you ordered the drink was just insane and disrespectful". They stiffed me on my order. When I politely showed them my receipt and said, "Sorry, it seems an item is missing. Here, I can show you." When I gave them my receipt including evidence of the missing item, I kid you not, the lady huffed, rolled her eyes, and walked away. What?! I waited several minutes trying to get another person as the staff ignored me and served other people. Finally a guy came up, I showed him my order stating the missing item, he didn't say a thing then disappeared. No acknowledgement, no statement of what he'd do to fix it. He came back with the item awhile later. No sorry, no thank you, no apology for the mixup. He threw the item at me. My mom taught me that if I mess up and someone is affected to apologize. Neither staff member even rose to meet any minimum level of that. This reflects on management and the owner of this restaurant. Stay away from this rude, appalling level of service. They lost my mobile order. I didn't get an apology , instead the manager told me that he called my name 4 times. I was maybe 1 minute late to pick up the food and I was expecting the food to be waiting for me at the pick up counter. Isn't that what mobile order is for? Anyway, they had to re-make my order. When I got home one of the taco is in pieces, the chicken quesadillas' cheese was just half-melted and the Baja Blast drink tasted just like carbonated water. When I was there, there's probably 4 more unhappy customers. There going to lose a lot more customers, if they don't get their act together. The reason for the 1 star is because of the employees, the last few times we have went there for lunch, they sit in the dining area and are just RUDE!!!! They make alot of noise. We have been there when this one lady had to pop bubble wrap the entire time it was very annoying. There have been multiple other times when they were watching videos with the volume up very high which is also very annoying. But today she sat right behind us and played multiple videos at what seemed like full volume this was MORE than very annoying!!! This location just had a remodel, i liked it better the way it was. The food is Taco Bell, its OK for what it is. I get it this isn't fine dining, but do the employees have to be that annoying? They can use ear buds, or even turn the volume down. This Taco Bell is right by the high school, but i always arrange my lunch time either before or after the students get there. But, now i guess i have arrange my lunch when their employees are not in the dining room also. Is it really to much to ask for some common curtiousy and not have your employees chase customers out because of their rudeness? Where are the managers? Is this behavior acceptable or are they trying to get customers out of the dining area? Either way the results are the same, I don't want to go back there for lunch!! Honestly, one of the worst TB locations I've been to. Crispy tacos were inconsistent with how they were filled, one had almsot no lettuce and another almost no cheese. And I received warm, nacho cheese instead of pico de gallo, which wasn't bad, but not what I ordered. We ordered inside and service was friendly, the food quality was def not the TB we are used to closer to home. Thankfully we were just on the road dealing with a lonng work day, but wish we had taken the time to go to the farmer's market nearby for something different. read more
