It was our first time trying the tacos, and let me just say, the fresh, handmade tortillas were amazing! My husband loved the chicken mole, and I had the carnitas. Everything was delicious! This place definitely gets overlooked, and I'll admit, I overlooked it too because it didn't look like the typical authentic Mexican restaurants I usually go to in town. But I was wrong! Don't judge a book by its cover. The food and drinks are absolutely worth trying. We'll definitely be back!

They make their own tortillas. And the menu is straight forward. They have a nice bar area and televisions so you can watch sports but not get blinded by too many televisions. But most of all they were really friendly to me even though I walked in 10 minutes before closing. I'll be back here. If After I eat the 4 tacos I ordered to go, it doesn't live up to 5 stars I'll update my Yelp review. But for now... I'm trusting my gut.

I appreciated that they give me free chips and salsas but even the salsas weren't that great...not really spicy for "habanero" and the others just seemed watered down as do most Mexican restaurants. So for 32$ I was totally let down and I really dislike spending money on food that I don't like and then I need to spend more money getting food because I'm still hungry. I'm happy that I at least tried the place but now I can see why there was only 2 other diners in the afternoon/early evening. I guess my quest for good Mexican food in this city will continue. I don't think I can recommend or return to this establishment anytime soon.

So clearly, that one is a repeat-worthy dish! They still have the 3% credit card surcharge, which I'm not a huge fan of, but... oh well. Lunch was free thanks to the Amex benefit, so I can't complain too much! Definitely glad we came back for lunch -- it was a much more enjoyable experience than our first dinner visit.

My dad got the vegetarian wet burrito, and he loved the green sauce that came on it. We also got the carne asada tacos, which were basic but flavorful. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in Livermore again!

Horchata was flavorful but it was diluted. So sad because it did taste good. The best part was the customer service. There was a young guy out front and he was so friendly telling me about a car meet and inviting me to it. Inside was the same. Super friendly and helpful. I will go back to try again since I pass it after fishing so hopefully it was a one off time and I can update my review with more stars!

The food was really good. I ordered on-line and thought it was pretty expensive, but with the cost of leasing a place, servers, and such. When I got to the address it was a trailer! Low overhead and yet their burritos cost more than other sit down restaurants in the area and there's no nice place to sit and eat. On the plus side I didn't have to leave a tip. On top is marinated pork (Al Pastor), Cotija Cheese, a dash of sour cream, salsa and onions. Fold this in half and YUM! I really loved this, as it brought me back to my time in Mexico.
