Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

Taco Bell located on the fern creek portion of Louisville just off bardstown road before the gene Snyder expressway entrance and exits. Other than being near the expressway ramps I frequent this location often because it is actually the closest one to my home. My daughters love Taco Bell and my second oldest who is picky will actually eat things from here. Usually on fast food giants such as Taco Bell I won't review the food. As by now most people know if they like it or not. Me personally I think Taco Bell is diverse food for a fast food and they have items I like and some I use to love (rip Mexican pizza). This location is about average. It is real hit or miss on speed. They do get some very long lines at this location however. The service here is better than other Taco Bell's By my experiences. They usually are good about not messing up your orders and usually practice common courtesy that other fast food giants struggle with. Overall nice and popular location. Convenient would be a key word if use for this location for me personally. However they haven't done anything that has made me not want to come back or Made it to wheee I dread coming here like other Taco Bell locations. So kudos to them on that. read more

Had a beef Crunchwrap supreme which was just a flour tortilla. It literally had nothing in it; two sprigs of lettuce;could not find any meat; few diced tomatoes and onions . it was literally razor thin. Just ridiculous for a $6+ item. Shameful really. Never again . read more

Amazing workers, cheap food, great quality! This is my favorite location, and my most visited one as it is the one nearest to my house.

Today I learned that Crunch Wraps are never going to look like the pics on the Taco Bell website (I was told) nor are they going to be crunchy. I couldn't find any beef in my original order. Its replacement, which I had to return for, had no more than about a tablespoon. Both had cheese, a few little shreds of lettuce and a few pieces of tomato. Nothing like the photo below. This is a good Taco Bell for sure. I have never had a bad time with this Taco Bell. I really enjoy their Dollar menu and the speedy drive thru service they offer. It is a good location that I highly recommend. Not every Taco Bell lives up to the expectations but this one does well every time. It is located in Fern Creek and is in Kroger shopping center. read more

When everything's closed I usually go to this Taco Bell because it's very close and the food is good for at least fast food. The only issue I had with this location is that while I was paying for my food at the main window. They stated after I handed then my card that they no longer take American Express. I explained to them i only had an Amex Card on me and that I wish someone had told me prior to ordering. They were going to let me leave, however since they just made that change that morning they gave it to me for free. This is probably my favorite taco Bell location. Each time I visit I get fresh hot food. My order is always correct. We are vegetarian and love the spicy potato soft tacos! Most places give us 2 potatoes on the tacos that are hard and stale, not this location! Always fresh potatoes! We even had a large 42 item order we made through the app. Everything was correct. It was ready when I arrived. Employees are always nice and friendly. Best taco Bell in Louisville! read more

This Taco Bell has always been my favorite location. They always have fast, friendly service and my order is always correct and delicious! They were super busy this evening and we went through the drive thru. There was a small mix-up with our order but I went inside and they quickly rectified it and apologized. My main problem with our visit was that most of the employees were not properly wearing masks. Their masks were not pulled over their noses and I feel that this was not sanitary. However, everything else was great! I'll probably be back to this location in the future but I hope that they start wearing their masks properly. I would never go back to this taco Bell. When you come out of the drive-through it is very tight to get around their flower rock garden and the concrete pole and the pole that holds the lights up on it. It was raining and Of course The pole hit me and it did a lot of damage to my vehicle and I had to be taken to the hospital. I ask the employee CALEIGH about this and she said it happens all the time and that she had already asked management why they hadn't moved that pole yet because so many people have had it. So how many People have to hit it in order to have it fixed.I talked to my insurance company and they said that management had told them that this is happened so many times they can't count either. Safety first and most of all your customers first and this Taco Bell certainly gives neither. read more

Place went downhill over the last couple years. Drive-thru is always 20+ cars. Workers are soo awful. They have 0 care about anything. Expect to sit there minimum 30 minutes, and even then if you're out in 30 you should feel lucky. Took me 15 minutes to get from speaker to pulling off. As I pulled up to the window the dude on the headset took minutes to take the persons order at the speaker. Then looked around seemingly confused before proceeding to grab the food that had been sitting there ready the whole time I was at the window, to finally see there are drinks with the order and starts to make them. All while not saying anything or acknowledging me at all. Then finally a good 5-7 minutes of sitting there I'm finally handed my stuff with barely a word being said. AVOID at all costs unless you just love wasting your time like a fool!! read more

I arrived in the drive thru at 12:40 am, the line was wrapped around the building and out to the adjacent parking lot. Literally after 14 minutes I left with all 16 items I had ordered plus a FREE Pepsi that was given to me by mistake, but even after I acknowledged to the manager that I had not ordered it, she let me keep it anyway. Got home and everything was easily organized and cooked to damn near perfection! I can describe in too many words how awesome this location is. This is how any taco bell should meet its performance goals at any time of the day. Keep up the good work! read more

Like most fast food places, this place has mediocre type food. The location of this Taco Bell however is convenient with a stop light nearby to easily get back onto Bardstown Road or get on the Gene Snyder Expressway. Speed of service is hit or miss depending on how many young high school kids seem to be working that day. Saturday nights is usually pretty quick though despite the long lines which is really the day when it counts. That's usually the only time I'll wolf down some Taco Bell anyway because it's open until about 4am and my body seems to have extreme cravings. Overall for what it is, this Taco Bell location does pretty well and is in a convenient location. read more

Tried the breakfast here and it was tasty! Service was fast and friendly and the inside was sparkling clean.

Stopped in to try the Nacho fries. Surprisingly enough, they were pretty good. Five bucks for the box which also included a Loco Taco and a Gordita. With a drink too. Cannot complain about the price. Not many fries though. But worth having. And the fries are better than most fast burger joints. Admittedly they could use a bit more spice. Flavor that is.
