I've made a huge mistake in my life. I have weakness in my life and that weakness is eggs. I eat at least 4 eggs a day. When I saw they had a taco made of egg I had to indulge. So its a conglomeration of egg in the shape of the taco shell with meat and potatoes in the middle. I'm sorry, I had to try it. Boy was I wrong. The huge problem with this thing is that it was slathered, I mean dripping with nacho cheese sauce. It was disgusting. If I had known that this was the topping I would have never even bothered. To be fair, if I ordered it again, I would say no cheese sauce. My son got the churro doughnut things for himself and he really liked them. I haven't eaten Taco Bell in I don't know how long and the day I decided to try again I was terribly disappointed. It will probably be many more years before I try again. read more

You know it takes a seriously bad experience to write a review for a Taco Bell. This Taco Bell seriously sucks. Just waited in the lobby for half an hour just to get my money back because they refused to even acknowledge that I had been standing there waiting amongst the crowd of at least 10 people that had been there just as long as I was. Meanwhile the drive-through surprisingly was moving fast for the first time ever, which is why I went inside to begin with. The night shift sucks literally can't handle this job period. I could understand if having dine in drive-through and online orders is a big deal then close the fucking lobby but don't make people sit and wait for half an hour for a bean burrito and ignore you the whole time. Especially the older lady that works at night. Unbelievably rude always gets my order. Wrong rushes me when ordering I always know exactly who it is before I even get to the window because it's very obvious with her attitude. Went through the drive-thru and my server was Frank. He was pleasant wore gloves mask and served my tacos in a sealed bag on a tray. Was given enough sauces.The drive-thru was clean and had a pleasant order. Not like other Taco Bells, I have been to in recent months. Based on other reviews, I must always get really really lucky when I come here because it's always a good experience. I probably come once every couple of months (always drive thru, even pre-covid) and every time, the cashiers are always super pleasant and nice! I've never had my order be wrong or felt like the people at the window were rude or short with me which is a huge plus in my book. Good customer service is always really important no matter where you're at! The wait obviously depends on what time of day it is and I seem to get lucky there too and never gave to wait that long either, to be honest if I see a long line I don't even bother going lol. Anyways...wish I had all the names for the people who have ever rung me up at the window because they've always been super nice and friendly! I personally love this location and the staff! read more

Owner obviously does not care about customers, been there when manager closes shop way before "closing" (at least 30 minutes). They close earlier than advertised and do not carry all items the actual taco bell run stores are advertising. Covid or no covid, the lack of customer service can only be blamed on the management. Perhaps if they cared about the customer and not their profits, both employees and customers would be able to leave satisfied. I am beginning to regret giving this location a chance over and over again, hopefully they figure it out sooner rather than later. Taking customer's money and dishing out subpar service seems like the opposite of what taco bell wants to offer. Am I really that wrong? Yikes. I went to get my coworker and I something quick to eat this morning, and I arrived at 7:11 AM-right after they open. I asked that two separate orders be processed, and I was told no-that per management it was one order per person. This lady made me literally drive around again to order my own meal. She told me I had to come in for cream and sugar also, then proceeded to ask me how many creams and sugars I needed-this was confusing, because I was under the impression she was putting them in the bag. Nope! I found out later we had nothing. Then when I nicely asked to double check with a manager, she said I can talk to them, but it's policy-one order per drive thru. I can understand if I had like 10 different orders. But it was first thing in the morning. Normally, breakfasts come with hash browns or Cinnabon bites. I asked for a hash brown for my coworker's meal. She instead put in TWO Cinnabon bites in one package. And by that I mean two pieces. Even if she wanted that, that's less than the average I'd assume (I don't eat out much). After leaving, I noticed the Cinnabon bites, and returned. She stated, "oh, I put an extra hash brown in there for you." Which is nice. But then I returned to the office and coworker and I noticed errors in our orders. Not a fan of this place. read more

Being a Taco Bell aficionado, I've been eyeing the construction of this TB location right off of the Morello exit on hwy 4 awaiting it's opening. No soft opening here. This bad boy opened to the public this week to long drive thru lines and happy customers. Local TB addicts saddened by the loss of the old school mission style TB just down the street off Center Ave, no doubt rejoiced with the grand opening of this sparkly new location with plenty of parking. As for us Vegan/vegetarian folks, TB is welcome in my 'hood anytime. It's one of the best, most satisfying quick options around. Gimme dos bean burritos, minus cheese, add potatoes, rice, and gauc, and you got the makings of a satisfying junk food experience. Although this TB does do battle with the superior Chipotle across the street, they have the benefit of later hours if you're looking for your fourth, fifth, or however many meals you desire. Breakfast is available at this TB, although sadly there's no real Vegan options. I'll be happy to claim the Dukedom legitimately and wear the crown proudly whilst visiting with my Queen. This Taco Bell is the worst. I had a mobile order, which said it was ready to pick up. So after hanging around the counter a little bit I asked one of the cooks to check on it. She sent me to the cashier....with a fat line. So mobile order customers are expected to wait in line if they have any questions?? That defeats the purpose. THEN when I got to the cashier she went and asked the cooks about it!!! I think my jaw physically dropped. I got my food, got to work and my order was made wrong so I wasn't even able to eat it due to a food allergy. Taco Bell 1130 Arnold Dr, Martinez, CA 94553 and 500 Contra Costa Blvd, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 each time I have gone there have shorted me on the Cinnamon Twists. Grant you they cost $1.00 each, so between the two stores, they owe me $12.00 now. So, if they do this to each customer throughout the day, how much money is Taco Bell at these locations stealing from their customers. It is not worth the gas in my truck to drive back for a $2.00 item. We were going to the Taco Bell on Contra Costa, and two days in a row they shorted us the Cinnamon Twists, $4.00 worth. Another trip there, and the same thing, but we checked the order before driving off, and sure enough the Cinnamon Twists were not in the bag, so we asked for them and they grabbed them off the counter and handed them to us like "Oh Well." So we will no longer go to the Taco Bell on Contra Costa and I went to the one on Arnold Dr. and it happened again, no Cinnamon Twists after the lady told me they only sell the Cinnabon with breakfast. I was alone and the bag was sealed so I didn't check. Guess what??? No Cinnamon Twists. They do not answer the phone at 925-957-9410 which is printed on the receipt. Corporate doesn't answer their phone either. The customer service has gotten so poor that it is less than 1 star for these locations. I am so disappointed in Taco Bell that I will pay more to go get food from a Mexican restaurant instead and get what I ordered, guaranteed!!! I am your CUSTOMER!!! You, Taco Bell are in business because of CUSTOMERS!!! These two customers are not going back to either location because of you ripping off your customers every single time to us and how many other customers are you doing this to through out a 24 hr period? If you often get fast food because you want to eat in a rush, save yourself an excruciatingly long trip to this Taco Bell and eat anywhere else. I have tried this location multiple times because it's close to my house and I have never made it in and out in under 40 minutes. That does not include the time that I spent eating because I always get it to go it is quite literally at least 40 minutes just to order my food and receive my food. It doesn't matter if you go inside or if you order in the drive-through it is always excruciatingly long. I have no idea why it takes so long to make food at this location and every other location is incredibly fast but it is what it is. I have had good and bad experiences with the staff as far as customer service goes. I understand not receiving five star service at a fast food restaurant but it would be nice to not catch attitude from the employees that work there. read more

I am amazed by the lack of brain usage that goes on at this Taco Bell. I work in the food industry and it is not hard to make the order correctly. I ordered a Crunchwrap with chicken instead of beef and add beans and rice it makes it so much better but I was extremely upset to take a couple bites and realize this is a normal Crunchwrap. And let me say I paid extra for that damn chicken and there was nooooooo chicken. This was a funny experience. As a joke we came here since it has literally been 23 years since I have been to a Taco Bell. The last time I ate at TB was when the menu was $0.59, $0.79, $0.99. Now that same soft taco is $1.29. Any you know what? It tastes exactly the same as it did 23 years ago. The cheese, a little to much cellulose coating to keep it from sticking together in the bag. The tortilla, heavy on the flour flavor. The meat, a blend of TVP and beef. I will say that for $6 and change two of us were able to get enough food to curb the hunger. It really must be one of the cheapest places to eat at. The staff where friendly. It seems like people complain about them. I thought they were fine. If you want to know what bad help looks like, spend a few days in Baltimore or the DC area. That is a true nightmare. What did I learn today? Why two stars? Every single experience I have here is bad. Why do I keep going back?!! A few nights ago, my family and I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru line with just a few cars in front of us. I actually called them on the phone from in my car and asked if there was an issue going on, and why they weren't making the car in front wait in the parking lot for their order (like other fast food restaurants do). They literally were in stunned silence and didn't know what to say to me. When we got up to the front, there were like 2 people working during a rush-hour.
