It was my first time coming to this location, they were very polite! What got my attention about this location were the other reviews, as they are much higher than other locations around here. I love Taco Bell, I came here today so excited to have a crunchwrap supreme, nacho fries and cinnamon delights. they got rid of there nacho fries once again, and they don't cinnamon to make cinnamon delights. Don't try ordering here anywhere near 11pm. Says they're open until 12am Sunday-Wednesday and 1am Thursday-Saturday but don't order in advance because they have the drive thru set to tell you they're closed. Drive all the way there for nothing but frustration and disappointment! Youphoria to miss out on another restaurant that might close while you drive to this disaster of a fast food joint. And if you think you're just going to drive up to the speaker and try to order. That definitely isn't going to happen. They won't answer the phone either so don't bother trying that! I love this Taco Bell! The service is always really fast for drive thru, and I am always happy with my food from here. Obviously, it's fast food.. but to me Taco Bell is a wonderful option for a quick bite to eat. I love how their vegetarian menu has expanded, lots of options! read more

I ordered a decent order on March 19th...there were a number of items missing - I ordered through the Taco Bell App - Problem Number 1. I sent multiple messages through the App - been 2 weeks....no response. Called DoorDash...since it was an "App" order, their hands were tied. Called the store 5 times over 2 days - 10 rings then a fax picks up. Finally, today, got enough time to go to the location (not near my house) and explained to the manager that all my sauces were missing, a burrito supreme and A Nachos Bellgrande. Zero stars this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to we had to wait 30 minutes for our food and once we got it there was barely any meat on any of it my chicken power bowl had 4 slivers of chicken and a massive scoop of guacamole and sour cream in a way smaller container than advertised they were out of Baja blast you could also hear the workers yelling and laughing in the Background about inappropriate things. read more

This is a newer Taco Bell. It is decorated in a contemporary style. I had 2 sets of customers ahead of me. The cashier took care of the quickly so the wait wasn't long. I ordered the special or "Box". It was a quesadilla box. It came with a Dorito Taco, a regular taco, and a drink. It was just a little over $6. It is a bargain. Both tacos had freshly crunchy shells with a nice portion of meat to cheese and lettuce. The quesadilla was very warm and very tasty. The restaurant was very clean-including the bathroom. It was a great place to grab a quick bite before shopping in the plaza. read more

Stopped by cause the college age kids wanted a quick breakfast burrito. The place looks relatively new and was clean. The staff was friendly. Having not been to a TB for years so was not sure what to expect. They have a breakfast burrito for $1 that the kids like because it taste OK and is cheap. I decided to join in and found it to be OK but the tortilla was a little over cooked for my tasted. Not sure how they heat it up but it was very brown on most of the shell, similar to being heated in a pan but for way to long. read more

So idk who tF prepares the food here in the middle of the day but they just need to be fired. I did every thing I could do not make a shitty review about this place. After receiving consecutive trash food preparation, it's deff I time. I personally try to avoid this location but sometimes it's what's available. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend. We ordered 2 sets of the taco meal where you get three tacos and a choice between soft or hard tacos. I got the taco meal with soft tacos with only meat and cheese & my sister got the meal with hard tacos with only meat and lettuce. Our orders were mixed up and we kindly asked them to fix our food. The manager comes out saying that she knew our order was wrong and still sent it out anyway. Do NOT waste your time coming to this Taco Bell. Only gave it a 1 star review because I had to. read more

Avoid this Taco Bell. The hours on the door and online claim that they open at 7 AM. Since this fast food restaurant was in the direction I was headed, I decided to stop there instead of McDonalds or one of the other nearby franchises. When I got there, I sat at the speaker for a couple minutes only to realize that they weren't there. I drove around to check the hours which said 7 AM and I was there at 7:40. I also saw workers inside switching the signs from the afternoon menu to the breakfast menu and cleaning off the counters. I drove through one more time to see if they were at the register and no one was. If your hours are 7 AM then your workers should be there earlier to be open and serving customers at 7 AM. This is a waste of time during your customers morning commute. This hasn't been the only time I've had problems with this Taco Bell. When they were doing their prize giveaways for their boxes, all of the codes on the boxes were already used. Clearly, the workers seem to care more about themselves and their schedules to help customers. Please hire workers that actually appreciate the business. This will be the last time I choose this Taco Bell location. read more
