Listen here fans. This place scares me. Im scared. I waited in the drive thru so patiently like a good boy and when I got up to the speaker some robot lady was talking to me. I don't know who it was but she definitely was being nosy. I kept trying to ask her name but she just kept saying "what can I get for you?". God forbid an old man wants to make friends. My wife kept yelling at me telling me to order. I was not sure I ordered right. I tried to order some quesadillas and the lady kept asking me questions. I don't have the answers. I'm just here for a quick quesadilla before I get recognized and it goes viral that my guilty pleasure is Taco Bell. Im only telling you guys this because I love yelp and Taco Bell. This store is difficult to order a simple Meal from lol. After sitting in the drive-thru line for 10 mins (which was fine I was willing to wait) I finally get to order my food and I asked for 2 cheesy Gordita crunches with extra spicy ranch sauce on them, and some mild sauce on the side. Pretty simple. I pay, get my food, drive off, open my bag and I received 1 chicken Chalupa and a few mild sauces. I pull back around waited again for 5 min, get to the cashier let her know there was a mistake, and I gave her the Chalupa back. She gives me a new bag and got what I ordered but no actual ranch sauce on either of them at all, never mind the extra part, which they charge like 60 cents for that. No napkins the second time around or any mild sauce at all. I'm pretty done with Taco Bell at this point. read more

Went here at 10:30 pm after a long day of work, not thinking that they would be open because of COVID-19. Went anyway and went through the drive thru. Let me just say, the guy who was running the orders was THE MOST POLITE employee I've ever encountered at a Taco Bell. When I got to the window, he was very sanitary with taking the money and handing me my food. I was so pleased with the service here. Food was hot and fresh! Definitely will be returning to this location! Taco Bell - all of your locations should have employees like this young man and run operations the same! My new favorite Taco Bell! read more

This location is really fantastic! I had a super difficult order & called ahead for my grub hub delivery to make a change in request & they assisted and were on top of it! Everything came out perfect! I was expecting them to forget or leave something out but, it was all so delicious! I never ate fast food so fast! I really enjoy the ways you can make Taco Bell Vegan!!! Terrible service. The staff I dealt with was clueless. Ended up leaving without my food. I placed an order on the app. I was told they didn't receive it via the app but sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes. I was told to leave the drive-thru and re-enter. I was asked for the address of the Taco Bell I placed the order at five times by three different employees. Two of the employees didn't know the address of the store they worked in. Finally I was told that they still didn't have my order and 8 Highway 35 N is the Ocean store. They said I was at the wrong location, but I wasn't. The staff was not helpful, knowledgeable, or accommodating. I have never had an issue like this at any other Taco Bell location I have visited. I will never revisit this location after dealing with this today. read more

I eat fast food maybe once every few months. Every once in a blue moon I must have Taco Bell. I went today and waited a really long time at the drive thru. At the window I saw a huge order handed to a customer. I was given an order of cinnamon twists to apologize for the wait. That was a nice touch. I am really writing about fast food to mention the employees. These young people are the most pleasant, respectful, professional, and helpful I've seen in a long time. Every single time and every single employee I have met has behaved in this manner. I once tried to offer a tip and the young man declined saying he could not take it. Great friendly service, very clean you could lick the floor type of clean(metaphorically,not literally), if you catch my drift. Very well lit. Great service - friendly staff. When we ordered the 5 layer burrito meal with two tacos and asked for 2 taco supremes instead, they were accommodating and pleasant. It cost 40 cents more per taco but was worth it to get what we wanted. Again, nice and efficient staff and clean place too. In the parking lot right now after waiting 40 minutes for an order THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN GET RIGHT but 40 minutes for a few tacos was enough time wasted on this place. The manager was great.
