It took 22 minutes to get 2 combo items a Nachos and a Steak Quasarito. When I go up to the counter after 15 min, I am told I ordered wrong at the Kiosk and I had to check in at the register. I said I paid at the Kiosk and it defeats the purpose of one if I still need to get in line. I'm then asked for my order number and flatly told there are 2 orders ahead of me. If you follow @NeilHamburger on Twitter you have definitely read a myriad of tweets where people describe how violently ill they have become after eating Taco Bell. I guarantee that none of them ate here. This location features, friendly staff, delicious food, and fast service. If you arrive between the hours of midnight and 3 am (prime TB hours), expect to have about a 10 minute wait to even order. This spot stays BUSY. If you have never had a Chalupa, I can not recommend it enough. Fun fact: Gordita means "little fat girl" in Spanish. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the chicken had an almost undercooked/fishy texture. It was weird.

It's just another Taco Bell, a chain fast food tex-mex mexican restaurant with pretty good food and low prices! If Taco bell located in good area usually service decent if it locates in ghetto then service is horrible just like the location! My husband and I stopped in our local Taco Bell , I ordered soft Taco and cashier said , we are out , he also said they were out of the round shells , they had no sauces , no mild that I like , husband found last 3 hot sauces lucky him, was no Dr Pepper soda , sweet tea was nasty , so I ha hard taco's with no sauce so not much flavor ,When we were leaving the men's restroom had an out of order sign and the entrance doors had signs stating NoLettuce , very disappointing . This location has great hours and the service and quality of food is better than most. Plus it's open till 4am!

The food is good but I wish I had stayed in that long drive-through line because I hate seeing a dirty food prep area. The floor is absolutely filthy back there with trash strewn everywhere. The dining area is clean though. Drink station needs help. And the workers are slow, which explains the long drive-through line too. read more

I ordered 6 tacos for me and my girlfriend. Not once were we told that they were out of anything. They operated business as usual. However i get all the way home only to find out that NOT one taco had lettuce on it or barely even any chicken on the taco. The first taco had literally 3 small pieces of chicken, a slight sprinkle of cheese and a ton of tomato chunks and it was drowned in sour cream. Who the hell eats tacos like this. Then to top it off the girl hands me the bag and doesn't even say anything just hands the bag over and shuts the glass door. This taco bell tends to mess up orders often and it is quite inconvenient and annoying. Its a mobile order, how hard is it to follow? Numerous times I have received orders with beef in them when I ask for beans. Beef is against my religion and yet I still accidentally eat it because this taco bell can't follow instructions? How hard is it to follow a list of instructions?? Maybe Taco bell workers need some degree to be able to do their job. It's honestly appalling how bad this taco bell is and how rude the owner of this taco bell is. It's like they don't even want business. Not to mention that they forget to include all the items that you order. One time, they wanted me to pay for their own error because they didn't believe me which is ridiculous. The following time they forgot items, I had to bring my whole order back and they went through it and opened up items which isn't even sanitary especially during times of pandemics. Yet, they still wouldn't believe me and opened up everything. They claimed they ran out of product and substituted the items with alternatives which is bullshit. All together, they suck, the owner sucks and the workers need some type of education to be able to follow a list of items that is written out for them. It's really not that hard. I promise. Taco Bell has, and always will be the greatest fast food establishment on the face of the Earth. The creativity in their meals, flexibility of their cashiers and their menu, and the love that emulates throughout their restaurant truly inspires me. As an aspiring restaurant owner I have already accepted that my restaurant - Caribou Cam's - will never live up to Taco Bell. In comparison, Caribou Cam's is a failure. Slow service... On 5/5 placed the order at 6:30 received it at 7:30. People were getting refunds and leaving. Called the call center and complained about it on 5/6/16...they said the management will call back w/in 3 days still waiting. Food service sucks. I have not had Taco Bell for about 5 years. This Taco Bell is probably the best I've been to. Drive thru is open till 3am Sunday-Thursday and till 4am on Friday and Saturday. I keep kosher so I have not tried the majority of what is on the menu, but the things I do get have always been quality. I've eaten both inside and via drive thru. During late night, the line is always wrapped all the way around out to the surrounding road. Coming home from a night out, I go out of my way to go to this location. Cheesy fiesta potatoes and cheese quesadillas are ALWAYS cooked hot. My order is taken promptly and there is no hold up with getting the food. I have never had a wrong order, which is amazing considering how late I usually go and how many cars are there. This may not be a big deal to everyone, but they always even remember to put the spork in my bag for the cheesy fiesta potatoes. Definitely the best late night spot in the Reisterstown/Owings Mills corridor. They have two thumbs up in my mind so keep up the good work guys! read more

So I ordered 3 spicy potato soft taco extra potato.all 3 of them came with alittle potatoes. One of the potato was hard like a rock, the rest was ok. I bought 2 potato grilliers and 1 was with no bacon and and both came with bacon. so that was trash. read more
