I heard the manager yell that they only had 4 bags of lettuce to last until Saturday (today is Wednesday). It was clean. Music was not loud. Got the combo meals, and they didn't give drink cups. My husband went up and waited and kept asking for drink cups. It was, for real, more than 20 minutes. I went to the car and got my coffee mug and found a thermos, and my 4 kids shared those to drink because they didn't have their drink cups they paid for. When he finally got the drink cup, my kids were like, "a new design". It was not a new design. It was actually dried soda crusted up on the side of each drink cup in a festive splatter pattern. Instead of wait 20+ minutes to get other cups, which I assume also are not clean, husband got some napkins and went in the bathroom and washed the cups in the bathroom sink. Just super depressing to pay so much and can't even get the soda we paid for. I guess they are understaffed, but when they called the name for food, they should have also given the drinks at that same time. Not give part of the meal and then no way to get the rest. I asked for my money back but instead the manager started yelling at me for being mean to his staff. I was also not able to get my money back. I went in and immediately there was another customer upset over waiting for her food for a long time. I learned quickly that she wasn't exaggerating. After about 20 minutes after we ordered k went up and asked about my food and the guy made a joke saying "oh you're not getting your food" and that he'd start on it. turns out he wasn't joking. The food is always never hot enough. Not even warm. Just cold, sad, and wet. . Disappointing but it's never good and it's very inconsistent. The employees are arguing over the drive thru speaker. Every time I come here, there's always a new batch of employees. Once, I came here months ago and a manager was yelling at an employee that was using the restroom and commenting on how they "should've done that before coming here". Got to the store to pick it up and both the drive through clerk and the store manager were the rudest people I have ever encountered. They quickly flashed the monitor to me and then back away and told me that they don't have my order and when I told them to just cancel my order they told me that I must have order through a third party vendor like door dash and would have to go through them. I showed them my confirmation email and order number and was told that I would have to cancel it through the app which takes 2 to three days to get my money back. They are useless at this store and Richmond Hill shouldn't let such a deplorable store operate business in this town. I would give them zero stars but can't. read more

Was waiting for 15 mins in the drive through for a mobile order and not a single car moved the whole time. I pulled out of the drive through, walked inside, and went to the mobile pickup area. They were very rude to me and to other costumers, after 10 min ONE person got their single Crunchwrap (without their drinks) and after another 20 minutes I finally got my ONE TACO order. There were three people in the kitchen and it was around 12:00 PM. It's one thing to be under staffed but the drive through people were just cleaning their area playing music from their phones because no orders were taken. I honestly love Taco Bell I was very excited that Richmond hill was getting a full Taco Bell. (not the KFC Taco Bell hybrid). I placed my first order through the app. I stopped at the new store to go pick up my food, only to find that the lobby was closed. There are a lot of things going on across country, so this may be out of control but was surprising. I pulled up to get order and while they were getting it I asked if I could please have a water. I was ignored. I had to ask several times. The 2 workers at window seemed totally uninterested. However, the biggest problem was my food was completely wrong. I had the correct number of items but they were all wrong. It was literally eating out of a box of chocolates I had no idea what I was going to get. This was very frustrating. I know you have young people working here, but that's no excuse to not put the food in the wrapper and in the bag properly. And for the record: NO! I DIDN'T DROP THE BAG OR TURN IT IN SOME ODD POSITION. Placed an order on the app for a pickup order for several people. First, it took 45 minutes for the order to be prepared. As I was already there waiting on it, I noticed the mass confusion in the kitchen and was concerned for the accuracy of the order. Once the order was ready, I checked it and as suspected, there were multiple items missing and one was not prepared correctly. We had to ask for the drinks as those were not given to us. When asked, the young lady asked what we ordered! After finally getting all the right items we ordered, the food was cold and the frozen drinks were almost completely thawed. Not a good experience at all to include the staff having no sense of urgency nor any care of their poor performance. 42 bucks later and food that was not enjoyable to eat. The most unprofessional individuals anyone can find are located in the Taco Bell in Richmond Hill, GA on 40 Oleander Street Went there today at around 5:30PM, to pick up an order I made through DoorDash and walked in the restaurant and my order was sitting on the shelf; the only order on the shelf; so I waited to see if someone would come over and give me my order and drinks, because the drinks weren't on the shelf, just the food and they all looked my way, but none of them asked me if I needed help, than some kid walked in and one of the females came closer to the counter and told him he could go to the back of the counter, I looked at him and he looked at me and than she repeated again, that he could go to the back of the counter, after the guy linked up behind the counter with her; they walked away and again ignored me. I had not said anything until that point, but decided to walk away because of the no service received. Place needs to lock down if they have a bunch of irresponsible millennials working there. These kids think they deserve it all without putting the work in. By the way; it was only me and some other guy in there during this event and the guy had been ordering something or messing with the screen in front before I arrived.
