Several times I have gone to this location and it is very hit-or-miss. I've had items left out of orders more than once, which wouldn't be as much of a problem if I could actually go back through the drive-though to fix it. I can easily say I have spent upwards of 35-40 minutes in the drive-through sometimes. I almost always mobile order to this location and thankfully, when I order it to pick up in-store, I have never had a problem. In store experiences have so far been pretty good in terms of service. Drive-through, very hit or miss. Do not go through this drive-through at night if you need to be somewhere anytime soon. Food is fine, usual Taco Bell quality if not a tad inconsistent. Workers are friendly and service is usually wonderful. It's just a painfully slow drive-through some days with some paid-for items not being included, and with that line, it's not worth it to go back through to retrieve forgotten items. HORRIBLE. The last time I went through the drive thru last week it seriously took 45 minutes to get through. It has been that way for a while too as the last handful of times I have been going there it has been like that. And it wasn't even really that busy as far as number of people. I don't normally review fast food places but my last three experiences here have been so bad I feel a need to speak up. Tonight I waited ONE HOUR in the drive thru and the "Pizza Hut Menu was out of order due to a broken oven" so that wasn't a factor. There were appox 6 cars in the drive thru and no one was at the counter inside the store. I know this because you can see into the store. I elected to go inside to avoid the drive thru last time and had to wait for them to serve ALL the drive thru before they even took my order. Slowest drive through on the planet. Practically no one inside and it takes 20 minutes to get through with only two cars ahead of you.

My 3 friends and I at 9:50 were in the drive through and we wanted two separate orders but that was not allowed at that time. So we decided we would go through the line a second time and the line was long and knowing this Taco Bell it takes anywhere from 20minutes-an hour to get your food. So we decided to go inside at 9:54 but to our amazement the doors were locked 6 minutes early. Very upsetting. read more

Love this taco bell. They were fast, I normally came in the mornings before class. I'm a long commuter from sacramento (2 hour drive) and they always had my food fast. I was able to make it to class in time and not be starving. They always made my day. I give this Taco Bell a compliment on their location, because it's next to SSU so the crowd is diverse, making it a good place for people watching. It's a pretty average low wage fast food, not much for service and the food is not very nutritious, but gets the job done if you're out of money and need filling. read more

I have to say a stand out at this store was Jason! Not only is he kind and courteous but does whatever he can for his customers! Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Three days ago, we had to wait 35 mins to get through the line, and looking ahead at the cars in front and what they ordered, everyone's bag was realitively small. No clue why the wait! Then today I pulled to th drive through with noone in line and no one in the parking lot and ordered a A.M. crunch wrap , "Actually we don't serve breakfast pass 11am" I asked what time it was and she said "11:03am" are you joking ??! This used to be the best Taco Bell until they fired their manager. I used to get my food fairly quickly considering taco bell usually has a pretty long wait. Once they fired their manager I decided to not go as often and whenever I do now, the store is disgusting, they are always out of things, and the food takes forever. Also one time I was inside the store and was trying to get the Mtn Dew baja blast out of the machine and realized it was out and told one of the employees and all she had to say was "yeah sorry thats out". Like okay, I see you just standing there doing absolutely nothing and you can't even fill the soda machine? Zero stars for the slowest service I've ever had at a drive thru. There were two vehicles ahead of me when I arrived. I had time to check Facebook, several other apps, etc before the first vehicle went through ordering. While the 2nd vehicle waited to be acknowledge (I was watching the drivers face in the mirror) someone in the 8 cars behind me started honking. After 20 minutes of waiting it was my turn to order. I was not acknowledged at all. I sat in silence and waited. I got impatient and had time to google the locations phone number and call. The manager treated me to more silence than anything, simply responding with 'ok' when I complained it was 'pathetic' to be waiting so long. I hung up and waited another 5 minutes before I placed my order. The car ahead of me hasn't paid by the time I pulled around. All said and told, I waited 33 minutes in line. forget the ingredients inn a 7 layer burrito. took over a month for corp to send out a coupon. location refused corp coupon. took 6 more calls to corp with promised call backs. all of my calls were spaced out 3-5 days per their customer service. was promised escalation for with each of my calls. finally got call back and they offered less than the original coupon which is expiring. and blamed poor customer service on computer. excuses and bad customer service = taco bell read more
