Staff didn't put the right sauce I ordered on the mobile app and also put no napkins at at all, when I came back to the window I was as polite as I can , word to word I said "not trying to be rude but y'all forgot to put napkins and put wrong sauce . In what the worker responded with "that's fine " , didn't even say sorry or anything or offer me napkins or sauce , just switched the topic to details about my second order , horrible example of customer service UPDATE! Next morning I got a call from the manager named Paula of this particular restaurant. Paula resolved the situation so quick and very professional and even offered a free meal . This location needs to be permanently closed. This is just terrible service. I work close and sometimes need something quick. The lobby is closed so I ordered through the app. Waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes. Drove back to work to eat and they messed my order up. I don't eat meat so I ordered a burrito with black beans. Take a bite and it's full of chicken. So now I drive back to see the drive thru line even longer than before. Bang on the front door since the lobby is closed and someone comes up and asks what I want. Told them they messed my order up so he says he will go have them remake it. They NEVER told anyone to remake it. So I stood out in 50° weather waiting for my burrito that was never coming. 10 minutes later I called the store and told them the issue. Again they said they would remake it. Finally they bring it out with no apology or anything. I understand this job sucks and most of the people that work there are doing so as a last resort. But screwing up someone's food and then treating them like crap isn't really acceptable. Hopefully this place shuts down soon. read more

My son wanted Taco Bell and this was the only one close to us that was open...well they were actually open for once, but they were out of beans...no notice written anywhere, only advised AFTER ordering that they were out. We sat in line for 15 minutes before ordering, they could've had a sign out noting this but NOPE. Wasted time waiting in line before and after ordering. As they have no way of exiting the line we couldn't leave. Had to wait another 20 minutes just to leave the line. Thanks for the waste of time and gas!!! Positives: right near Shaneco in a big shopping plaza. Affordable prices with a value menu, and they have a new diablo sauce wow. I remember back in the day there were only a few sauces , now they have even more haha. Good and fast customer service as well. The Taco Bell on North Sunrise needs to up their game. I was in shortly after they opened, the bathroom was not cleaned. Hand dryer doesn't work. The tables were not clean. The benches had food all over them. The chairs also were dirty and askew looking like people had just got up from them. No one is working the counter, call for them to take your order. The cashier stated, "well you can have that buts it not going to come with Fritos!". I was taken back by his response. I said, "that's okay, can I have the two chalupas and a taco please". Where other Taco Bells in the area fail, the Taco Bell on Sunrise in Roseville gives excellent customer service and my orders are always correct. The young man taking our order was impatient and rude from the second we pulled up in the drive thru, not only was the order taken incorrectly but the items that were placed correctly came out wrong (a beefy 5-layer burrito without beef???) When we got to the window he was clearly high and not only lacked customer service but went out of his way to make us feel like a burden with facial expressions and the way we were spoken too. With two stars they lucky...only got those because of the vegetarian options. So, you would think going inside to order take out would be avoiding the drive thru line ~ not at this place. With two "order" boards and people trying to figure them out one would think someone aka management would put someone at the cash registers to get the other orders taken ~ not at this place. They just stand there and look at you with the "it's not my job" face and continue to stock cups. With a 30 minute lunch time is of the essence for customers ~ if they went any slower they would be going backwards. I placed my order on the "board" and it still took 15 minutes for two items to be prepared. Now don't get me started on them being understaffed; this is an excuse that has worn out its welcome. Also, only one side of the preparation area was being used so it was obvious that the drive thru was the #1 customer and the lobby just had to wait. This location always comes up with a reason to close early. Tonight they closed 45 minutes prior to their posted hours. The boy that came out to tell everyone that they only had 3 people working tonight and supplies were out of everything which had already been waiting in line like me for 20 minutes prior. If you came to this location there is a high possibility they will be closed even with posted hours. I had been to the Wendy's next door dozens of times, so I figured that I should try this Taco Bell store as well. Its drive thru was half a dozen cars long, so I figured it would be decent. The store was clean, well organized, and much like the Wendy's next door. The staff were also very polite. So far so good. I ended up ordering their new Loaded Nacho Taco Box: 5 items for $5. The one I chose had a nacho taco, a nacho burrito, a basic taco, a medium drink, and a packet of cinnamon twists. It looked decently good, so I was optimistic that the days of Taco Hell were probably in the past. Oh boy was I wrong. I'm now convinced that nachos were never meant to be added to tacos or burritos. It was disgustingly warm and salty, and its taste quite resembled what I imagined should've been coming OUT of my body, not going into it. The crunchy taco was extremely bland and basic, and I think I'm too old to enjoy gratuitously-sugared cinnamon twists. Just ordered from there tonight, BEST staff ive ever encountered at a taco bell! The employee taking our order was super sweet and patient with our complicated order, then the gentleman at the window when we pulled up was so chill! He had an awesome positive attitude you just don't see normally at taco bells, where workers typically seem to not care about their job at all (not shaming them, it's just something ive noticed lol).
