Stopped to pick up lunch on the way home. Ordered from the kiosk, no issues pretty simple. Place was crowded and food came out in a reasonable amount of time. What caught my eye was the staff ensuring all the sauces, straws etc were filled prior to running out or having to be ask, nice job!! Typical TB ambiance, clean. I ordered two TB pizza combos and my only complaint was the pizza shells had a very bitter taste. Not sure why, maybe old oil...We also had nacho bell grande the tacos were all delicious. read more

The food was fine, but at roughly 5:55 PM on July 8th, 2025 an employee attempted to strike a female customer who I assume the employee had a relationship with and the management did nothing! Physical violence is never acceptable, especially when you work there. It also didn't help that they were letting customers vape inside the restaurant too. I will never return. read more

Consistently the worst Taco Bell I have ever encountered. Orders missing ingredients, burrito wrapped incorrectly so that everything leaks out of both ends. The crunch wrap supreme had no crunch and fell apart. The management of this store is to blame, not the workers making peanuts. They are poorly trained to prepare the food correctly and poorly trained in customer service. After swearing off this location for about a year, I tried again, assuming natural turnover would improve things. I don't know how they stay in business. Just awful. read more

If I could rate this location a 0 I absolutely would. I live down the street and have been to this specific Taco Bell a handful of times. I have literally never experience worse service/food in my entire life. Tonight, I went after work with my boyfriend and we sat in the drive thru line for a moment before being acknowledged/greeted. We were told they had a big order that was being worked on and that it would be a moment. We sat there for 5-7 minutes as the line behind us was beginning to grow. There were cars honking at us, yelling, and cussing thinking we were the issue. A worker came onto the intercom to address what she had picked up on the mic (someone yelling at us) and she began to apologize and then fight with the manager because he/she wasn't doing anything to assist the issue. Once we finally got to order we drove up to the window to pay. There was a younger male there who was on his phone and not friendly at all. We asked for sauce (there was none in the bag) and he said "yeah I put some in there but here is more" threw it in there and we drove off. Once we got home, our order was wrong, the food was cold, and it looked like the tacos had been crushed prior to packaging them up (photo attached). We haven't been to TB in roughly a year bc we had a crummy experience last time, but of course everyone is allowed one lackluster experience. Today we did the order thru the app, went to pick it up immediately (we're about 10 minutes from the store) and it wasn't ready. They asked my husband 3 times if he was John (he is) and still didn't have the food ready. They didn't know which drinks we had ordered and unfortunately for me neither did John so I got the wrong drink (the baja blast eluded me once again). Our food wasn't warm and again just wasn't as good as TB used to be! Not sure if its this location or TB in general- but the wait at this location has been a problem for years. It is 8 o'clock on a Tuesday night. There is a long line so you think they are open. But I've been sitting in this one lane drive-through for 25 minutes. They help a customer about every seven minutes and you're sitting there hostage in the line with no way to get out of the single file car line for the drive through. I have no complaints. The staff is friendly to me, the food had always been good, and they are more consistent than the Burger King up the street. I don't do fast food often, but when I do I want a good experience. It's been clean when I've been there too. My only complaint is that darned parking lot. It's a bear to get in and out of sometimes.
