I ordered a crave case of taco supremes. I took them to an event. I opened the box. Did I have taco supremes? Nope. Thanks for screwing me over and for disappointing the children. I can't say I'm surprised. The cashier was on her phone all the time and three others were making the food. Slow as heck. The shorter, fatter worker had a shirt on that was too small. Her belly and back fat were flowing over her pants and pushing under the shirt. That didn't seem hygienic. At one point one of the workers turned to me and yelled, "Hey, dude." Wow, I'm really disappointed by this Taco Bell, not good. I love my cinnamon twists but do not get them here until they change the grease they fry them in, tasted like old dirty feet. The crunch wrap supreme's were burnt to a crisp and not well put together. I love Taco Bell but I won't be back to this location. read more

It was around 5pm and one of the two workers there forgot my drink. I called them and no one answered, the doors are locked because of covid. the only thing left I could do is... get back in line and wait another 15min because the drive thru lane is only one lane long. After waiting another 15 min in the drive thru, I didn't receive any compensation for what they forgot! Terrible service and won't ever come back until they fix the drive thru lane and hire more workers. read more

Everyone knows what you're going to get at Taco Bell... It's not authentic but you definitely grow to crave certain menu items and nothing is more frustrating than ordering your favorite item and it being made poorly. That is not the case for this particular location. I ordered a chicken quesadilla today and it was quite possibly the best Taco Bell chicken quesadilla I've EVER had. It had the perfect amount of cheese and sauce and it was melted evenly through. It doesn't sound like a difficult item to make but I can't count the number of times I've gotten half melted, no sauce, stale tortilla quesadillas. Went to this store on Mother's Day around 1:30 pm. Ordered 4 crunchy taco supremes. Got the order quickly but when I opened the first taco there was a dime size squirt of sour cream on it so I opened a second one it had even less sour cream. I went to the counter and told them there was hardly any sour cream on my tacos and asked for some sour cream. The girl handed me one small container that wasn't even half full. So I told her I had just purchased 4 tacos and asked for a second containeer of sour cream. She said sorry but we usually charge for sour cream. I felt we had already paid for sour cream on our supreme tacos and told her we would not be coming back to this store and went back to my seat. A few minutes later she brought another container of sour cream. Ot so funny thing is that my sister ate the same meal the Wednesday before and had the same thing happen to her. Surely sour cream isn't that expensive that they have to skimp giving you a decent amount on your taco. My regular Taco Bell in Glendale has never skimped on the sour cream when I ordered crunchy taco supremes. read more

Decent food. Sometimes long wait. One time I spent 20 minutes stuck in the drive through waiting for one car.

Let me just start off by saying wow! As soon as I entered the parking lot I noticed that there was no loose trash everything was very tidy and clean. There was several cars in the drive-through but not a problem it was very efficient and moved quickly. As I pulled up to the speaker box I was hopeful and wishing that I would hear my favorite words and I was not disappointed when I heard the person on the intercom say hi how are you? The gentleman over the intercom was precise effective and pronounced his words clearly. Later when I approached the window I was met with a very gentle smile and very smooth transaction in and out no problems. lastly as I was eating my meal at home I had the urge to call the store and just thank them for being awesome the food was delicious and mouth watering I will be returning thank you the guy at Taco Bell! read more

I thought that maybe the drive thru wasn't working, so I tried to go into the lobby. It was closed. 2.5 hours early, with no notice and multiple employees inside. This is not the first time I've received poor service, but the time that definitely deserves a review. I went through the drive through, and the lady kept telling me I was wrong and they didn't have items that were listed on the menu, charged me for everything I ordered, but after being pushed away from the window to wait for my food I also noticed I didn't get two of my items, or a receipt. The lady at the window left the window open while running my card, and was loudly cursing out a coworker. Worst service experience I've ever had.. I've never made a bad review on Yelp, but I felt like I had to share because I felt so victimized that I had a good cry when I got home. Lady in the drive-thru was rude from the start. Which I've gotten pretty used to in St. Louis. She started laughing on the intercom. Probably flirting with the cook in the back. Lol When I got to the front she handed me my water I ordered. Waiting for her to give me my quesadilla, I couldn't even get my straw in the hole because there was so much ice. I wanted a bottle of water anyway so I asked nicely.. can I actually buy a bottle of water. "We don't have bottle water!" she said in a very rude tone and then wouldn't take my cup I tried to hand her to get the ice taken out. I said oh I'm pretty sure I got a bottle of water here a couple days ago and then she screamed at me saying we don't have bottled water!!! Then shut her glass window in my face. this place was closed hours early for no reason, it was 7 at night and we waited in drive through for 15 minutes and when we drove past the window to see if it was closed saw multiple workers standing there doing nothing, we then tried to go inside and the lobby was locked for some reason saw someone look at us and then walk back to the kitchen, not only were they closed hours early for no reason or any indications they had completely ignored us and we wasted 15+ minutes there with no knowledge it was closed until we left, terrible service would avoid this place at all costs read more
