You must be thinking I'm nuts for giving a fast food joint 5 stars!!! But they are worth every star! Here is why: 1. Their service is always speedy. Even when there's a long line ahead of you, it speeds through pretty quickly. 2. I frequently get this girl on the voicebox asking me "How are you doing?" And I always respond, "Good thanks, how are you?!" She will always reply "I'm doing great! Thank you for asking!" That alone already puts a smile on my face. 3. I get to the window to pick up my food, they greet me with a smile and ask me how many packets of sauces I'd like. And then as I'm leaving, she tells me to have a great evening. The food is always on point. I normally get my combo # 6; steak chalupas & a pepsi. It's a fast food joint, I'm not expecting kobe beef but their beef is always tender (not dry) and they always load it with the right amount of ingredients like lettuce, cheese and sour cream. I will always rate places at least 4 stars based on the service alone. LA is too saturated with restaurants to really distinguish the best and the nasty. Wow was shocked at how bad this location was! We went through drive through at about 10:30pm. Ordering was fine. When we got to the window, she asked us how many packets of sauce do we want. Wow a Taco Bell has never asked me how much sauce I wanted before. Then next thing u know she hands our food. Everything was accounted for except my change!!!! She said she gave it to us with the receipt. But the receipt was in the bag with the food! So we had to pull over to the side until her boss can authorize that. Which took another 5 minutes!!!! Beware. You may get a missing item even if you order only one item. They gave me half a taco. I never knew it was possible but it was very clean on one side and stuffing on the other. My usual Taco Bell go to. I used to come here all the time back when I was a high school student at Gabrielino. Ever since, I'm impressed that the restroom are much cleaner! It looks like they got remodeled. Pricing here is like any fast food restaurant.. Cheap and go! Parking space is not an issue here since they have their own lot. If your car is lowered like mine before, you will hate entering and exiting at this Taco Bell since the pavement is so low. They have a drive thru and accept credit cards. I haven't been to this taco bell since they remodeled. I used to hate coming here because it was outdated and depressing. Today my girlfriend was craving taco bell so we stopped by. I was amazed how comfortable I felt here. It was so clean and the colors were warm. It didn't feel like every other fast food joint from before. I was actually proud that this nicely decorated tacobell was in my neighborhood. The service was great, No punk ass kids who don't care about their jobs served us . Adults who took pride in their work were the ones who attended to us. I will be most definitely be coming here again. Good work taco bell. Keep up the good work. read more

They sell tacos but they don't sell bells. So their name is quite misleading. Parking can get full but it's rare. If you use the drive thru, don't speed out because it's a blind spot into the alleyway and I've almost hit people speeding out of the drive thru several times. Also, if you turn out of the parking lot onto San Gabriel Blvd, go slow because the ramp is very steep and it will scrap the bottom of your sedan. Food is good. I like their crunchy tacos. Lots is seating. Never very full so it's a good place to sit and rest with your box of tacos and burritos. read more

This place has gone extremely downhill recently the new workers are very incompetent and are rude specifically Dulce (the lady working) messed up my order and asked me when I was at the window if my order was right on the screen but I was at the window so how could I see it? Went because you get treated like family. In this case you are treated as a general customer and your workers family members are the ones there hanging out and talking. I felt uncomfortable being there. The food was ok with the exception of not receiving my whole order at once.
