Walked in at 11:15 and there was only one other in there. My friend got her before the person that was in there before us. 15 minutes later we both were still waiting. Horrible, the Manage Saturday night 3/15/25 around 10:30 needs to be fired. Would not give me any information, i.e. franchise owner contact nor their 1st name either. I order thru app new Steak sliders and the app shows a "sauce" with it. Manager said they don't sell that sauce??? The discussion was so bad with them I never even got to the issue they did not include my chips I paid for before they hung up on me and would not answer the phone after repeated attempt to call back. To boot my soft taco had at most 1/2 a tablespoon of meet..... If the serving size / calorie chart is required to be "accurate" by law then they are out of compliance massively as the amount of meat, etc. was almost nothing. Stopped in to pick up quick dinner on 7/11/25 & ended up walking out after 10 minutes of no one even coming up front to acknowledge my presence. There was already an angry group of people waiting for orders. One person commented that they were told no one knew how to take orders - what?? The staff decided to tell drive thru people that their system was down because they took too many orders which I don't believe was true since they all seemed to be laughing about it. The front door was dirty and unwelcoming and the whole place inside was gross. Doesn't appear to get cleaned at all. I'm not a huge fast food person but for some reason every once in a while I get a craving. These 5 dollar "crave" boxes are not bad. You get a ton of food and a drink. Is it good Mexican food? Not really. But it's your typical fast food Mexican. It wasn't horrible but not great either. The Taco Bell in Rotterdam looked neat and tidy. I always look at the beverage station to see how clean that is before I ever order anything. This one was exceptionally neat. My husband ordered delivery for himself and my 3yo. 3yo got his food but husband only received a taco and a crunchwrap and not the meal he ordered. He called and was told the delivery driver left with it so he needs to call them. He drove to taco bell and the manager refused to make his meal. Husband called grubhub from taco bell who apologized for the invonvenience but said the driver doesn't have it. Manager STILL refused to make the food. Refunded the money for the food that wasn't received. Nothing for the inconvenience at all, not to mention he didn't want the money back, just the food he ordered. Came home very hungry and angry and ate the 2 items that were delivered. This morning, he AND my 3yo have food poisoning. Vomitting and diarrhea for both, and we have 1 bathroom. On our 4/19 visit We ordered a Number 4, 1 cheese quesadilla, 1 apple empanada, 2 pinto and cheese, 1 bean burrito and a shredded chicken burrito. Our order was made incorrectly and was missing items such as the tacos for the number 4. After inspecting the order in the parking lot i went inside to have the order corrected. I politely explained to the cashier that the I was missing tacos, the pizza had tomatoes on it which i asked for them to omit and i was missing a pintos and cheese. One of the people who was making my meal whom i assumed to be a manager since he was wearing a dress shirt was loudly making a sarcastic remark said" well if he doesn't want tomatoes than why does he want the sauce" Somebody else on the line was complaining about having to make the tacos. Oh and i had to pay for the second pintos and cheese even though we expressly asked for two. I would excuse the mistakes if they were short staffed but they had at least 8 people on duty last night and 5-6 people working both sides of the steam table. I just had the worst experience at the drive through at the Taco Bell located at 1417 Altamont Avenue Schenectady, New York 12303 at approximately 6pm when rush hour is at its peak and wouldn't expect this type of thing to occur at that time. After several attempts of trying to contact that Taco Bell location and being hung up on twice, I decided to write a formal complaint. Here's what happened. I pulled up to the speaker with the menu to place my order and immediately I could hear a woman shouting. Her name is Destiny. I began talking to her asking about the nacho fries and she immediately stopped me, not letting me complete my sentence shouting on the top of her lungs "WE DONT HAVE FRIES!" in the most rudest way possible. I said ok and so I continued with my order by asking her for the steak rattlesnake fries burrito and she said "we don't have fries" so I told her burrito not fries...she uttered some rude remarks. I proceeded to order 2 supreme crunch-wraps, then realizing I would like another one. So I told her make it 3 supreme crunch-wraps. Then pulled up to the window to confirm again, I asked how many order of the crunch-wraps do you have on my order? she said two! I politely told her that I asked for 3 supreme crunch wraps and she rolled her eyes and shouted to the cook "MAKE ANOTHER SUPREME CRUNCH-WRAP. I decided I didn't want to remain there and wait for the other crunch wrap because of how rude she was then she slammed the window and I left with only 2 supreme crunch-wraps. Not only was she rude to me but the manager at this location was also very rude when I called and hung the phone up on me twice. Not only did I feel helpless but everyone in my vehicle also did, including a sleeping infant in a baby seat. When I got home and opened my food, it was burnt and tasted awful so I threw it away. I really hope no one ever has to go through this horrible experience ever again at any Taco Bell location and would like for you to take immediate action against this person. I like Taco Bell as much as the next guy. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. However, with all my experience coming here, the high number of negative occurrence , in my opinion, is greatly frowned upon. They locked the doors half an hour before the inside reportedly closed, a majority of my orders have been screwed up or items were left out. Additionally, I once waited 40 minutes to get my meal inside. Now, I understand that you can't fully stop human error, and a simple mistake happens now and again. This used to be my go-to spot for food before heading in to work, but my last two visits have been a nightmare. The first time, I ordered a Dorito Gordita Crunch without lettuce, and I somehow wound up with a Chalupa. The gentleman who handed me my order (who made me extremely uncomfortable in the way he was staring at me) even told me it was mt lettuce-free Gordita Crunch, and yet apparently didn't look at the order to ensure he was handing me the correct items. The second time, I tried ordering the same thing: Dorito Gordita Crunch without lettuce. I wound up sitting in the drive thru for about 7-8 minutes, only to discover that while they gave me the correct taco, it was overflowing with lettuce. The aforementioned creepy gentleman has also been there every time I've shown up to get breakfast. There was one time when he wasn't the one taking the drive-thru orders, but when he saw me at the window, he insisted on being the one to hand me my breakfast. The way he stared at me, grinning and rubbing his hands together as he listed off every individual item in my bag made me extremely uncomfortable.
