I've noticed the mess up at the window as they're handing me my food and both times instead of apologizing or asking to fix it or asking me to go park and they'll bring the correct order out. Is Taco Bell the best place to eat in the world? No. Is it the tastiest in the world? No. Is it full of nostalgia and great to just have every once in a while? Yeah - that's it's niche. This taco bell has always been absolutely perfect. I've never had a messed up order. They're always fast. I don't think I've ever seen much of a line beyond 2-3 people. Maybe that's a testament to the other Yelp reviews. Super bizarre that my experience could be so different than other peoples'. But anyway... I love their tacos - just little greasy, salty soft tacos with (unidentified) cheese, lettuce, and (unidentified) meat. I know it's horrible, but it's so good! The star of the show for me is the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. It's two layers of shell (one soft, one crunchy... with CHEESE IN BETWEEN), all the normal tacobell stuff that doesn't surprise you (meatcheeselettucetomatoesetcetc), and then some special sour cream sauce. It's perfection that I didn't even know I needed. The secondary thing I love about Taco Bell is the dollar-menu things they rotate in and out. They always have something good! Like, once they had a cheesy fritos burrito - taco bell meat with fritos and some special sauce. Salt bomb, crunchy, saucy... man. So good - for like a dollar. Finally, if you're so lazy you can't wait in a quick, drive-thru line... you can order ahead on their app. You even say "hey, i'm almost there - start my stuff". lol. It's hilarious. But it works! "why did i create an extra step for myself in this process?" Service: Terrible - Manager Tristan has no problem solving or interpersonal skills. I ordered basic cravings menu items no substitutions or switch ups. Ordered at 6:16pm for 7pm pickup in store. Showed up at 7:03pm milled around in lobby for a good 5 minutes before being greeted and asked who the order was for. Ended up with food at 7:21pm. I went in to ask if there was any reason for the delay with a preorder not to mention the fact I was watching the lot and until after receiving the food there was no cars entering drive thru. The manager "Tristan" was asked to help with me because I was trying to understand why I didn't have my food until 20 mins later than scheduled . Tristan was outside on break in the lot the entire time I was there until I was given him to speak with. (Yes breaks are warranted and deserved not complaining about that) He told me they from corporate only cares about drive thru and since I received my food even 20 minutes later; I still took it and proceeded to take the "sorry it's your problem" approach. It's my food yes but extremely late. I told him I have worked fast food before and understood the times that were important but what is the point of timed pick up if it means nothing? I asked for solution to my frustration. Refund for late, a drink or even a real apology. But nope. I thanked the other girl and before I was done Tristan was telling me if I was just complaining I needed to leave because it's only the three of them. I told him he was horrible at his job and I would be contacting people. **Not to mention he flipped me off as I left.** I regret giving this location another try. When I was ordering at Taco Bell I got a supreme chalupa and the employee said they were out of the three cheese blend and asked if I was okay with the normal cheese. I said of course and then they proceeded to charge me for the cheese which was the biggest deal. The Taco Bell in Snohomish on Avenue D is so poorly ran and highly mismanaged. I work late and often visit them because they're the only option still open (or so their website says) it clearly states this specific location is open until 2am. I have been told multiple times, "sorry we're just out of food" or "sorry we're closed" it's 11:30pm? "We're out of 5-8 different menu items" but truly, it's just not good business practice to advertise saying "Taco Bell open late." And then not be open. It doesn't matter what night of the week, this has happened to me on multiple varying nights of the week. Weekends vs weekdays it doesn't make a difference. Either change your hours of operation or stay open and have your menu available. Just like all other functioning businesses, and your staff could be a lot more kind. read more

I am actually a fan of most Taco Bell's. I don't eat a lot of fast food, but when I choose to, it's usually a Taco Bell. This is by far, undoubtedly the worst one i've been to though. They always manage to muff up my order in some way or another. Usually it's missing items, or missing ingredients in my food. The staff is always lounging around, even if there is nobody else inside. on more than one occasion I have walked in, and had to wait around 4-5 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me and take my order with a surly attitude. If you're looking for piss poor management mixed in with yesterday's leftovers, all while being treated like you're unwanted, then sure, stop on in and take a chance with their russian roulette of food poisoning. Ick! This may be one of the worst Taco Bells ever. One employee is missing half of his teeth and always calls you "Hon" or "Sweetie" (I am not a fan of the terms of endearment in a business). Same guy is often found out back smoking (as are other employees.) I was there on a Tuesday at 1 PM a couple of weeks ago and they were out of BEEF! Pathetic service!!! Husband went back a second time to replace the soggy "crunchy" taco supremes that we were given and were STILL given a bag of soggy crunchy tacos!
