Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location. The handful of times I've been, they will tell you their grill is already off/not working. They always get our order wrong and with how frequent this happens, I believe it is intentional. We recently order beefy 5 layer burritos, then turns out they gave us cold bean and cheese burritos. I don't know why I try to be kind and understanding of this spot and its employees, they need a talk with the BBB. Get Wendy's or McDonalds next door instead, less bullshit to deal with. read more

Zero stars. No customer service!! I'm a senior citizen! I don't know how to work computers. I was greeted with a sign to use the Kiosk to place my order! I myself and a group of 3 young pre teens were the only ones in the restaurant. I did my best to order from the computer, after I asked for help on how to use the Kiosk. I said can you help me? I was quickly told just touch the screen on what you want? I did struggle to place my order and still I got it wrong! Besides that It didn't even ask if I was a senior for my discount. Online it states that the hours that they are open is until 1am and Of course that is through the drive-through.... I just double checked to make sure. I will check again because I don't want to 2nd guess things. But I know I just saw it is 1am. Anyways I'm not sure why they decided to close down the restaurant at 12:38am, when there is 2 cars ahead of me, then I'm in line (the 3rd car) and then there was a car behind me which made it very hard to get out of the drive through line. Especially for the car ahead of me (if they didn't get to order, I guess they wouldn't have drove ahead past the menu where you order if they couldn't order, I really don't know at what time the employees decided to close down.) it's obvious that the truck that was parked at the window was able to order because I was driving in the parking lot headed to Taco Bell and noticed that truck was ordering. I was thinking there was a lot of traffic for it being so late. Anyways while in line behind the cars ahead of me and while cars were pulling in behind me for some reason the employees decided to close. This just really sucks for people like me and maybe the other customers are in the same situation as I am. I've gone here several times and it's hit or miss. But tonight... tonight was special. I ordered two chalupas and a taco supreme all with extra cheese. Now Taco Bell has upped the price of extra cheese to $.50 per item so really, you should expect something extra. Well I guess they must have confused "Extra cheese" for "Hardly any cheese" because there was like a very light dusting on each item. LOL, LOL, LOL I PAID $1.50 for like 1/10th of an ounce of cheese. The last three times we have been, we have had something found in our food. We have had hairs and nails in our food, which you wouldn't think would happen on such a consistent basis.
