This location is ridiculous and needs a completely new staff. Underperforming and rude. The guy at the window just starts putting a mountain of hot sauce packs on top of the drink holder. The customer asks for a bag nicely and then employee starts mumbling with the look on his face "why doesnt he just take it". Like really? You can't do you job and put hot sauce packets in a bag? Instead of a drink holder where they can fall off. Then he closes the window and starts to laugh at the guy that asked for the bag with another employee like we cant see or hear him. Hi, I dont like to write bad reviews but this is a first. Decided to go get taco bell, I reached the window through the drive thru, the girl that was helping me her back was facing me i mean that's fine, but 2 min goes across the room fixing her hair, then turns around comes to my side slowly opens the window doesn't remember if she charged on me or something, then gets confused w the amount, I think she was on something. While I do not expect much from Taco Bell, I do expect more than what I experienced at this particular location. There were only three cars in front of me but the wait was 25 minutes. The only reason I didn't leave was because I was already committed and boxed in. The food was as expected, the staff was nice (when I finally saw them), but the wait was unacceptable. It takes the meaning of "fast food" and throws it right out the window. Twenty-five minutes should never be a thing at a drive-thru. read more

I eat Taco Bell way more than I probably should but oh well. This location is on my way home from work so I stop here often. The reason for the 4 stars is because this location likes to take their sweet time but I got to get home and eat! Sometimes I e had the time at the window to look through Facebook (which is too long) I love the dollar menu in particular because I can try different things in smaller portions. The shredded chicken quesadilla is mouth watering and so are those spicy potato soft tacos, which really aren't too spicy. The employees here are always in a good mood, super nice. They once made a mistake with my order and after correcting it, upgraded my drink completely free (just paid for my food). I love when staff are this nice and accommodating. What's great and Taco Bell is that you can substitute meat for beans if you have diet restrictions and if you ask for an item 'fresco' they omit all dairy and add Pico. read more

I order the taco party pack for 17.99 at the drive Thur tonight and I noticed they were charging me 21.99, I told them it's display as 17.99 on their menu in the drive thur and they told me "no that incorrect! The 17.99 displayed on the menu is for corporate locations and they're a franchise so they charge a different price then what is displayed on the menu.". They refused to change the price that was display on the menu and end up charging my card $24.08. They never gave me a receipt and refuse to give me one. I called another franchise and ask them how much they're selling their party pack for, They told me "their party pack was 17.99 and total would be around $19.88 with tax.". So clearly this location over charged me and is refusing to refund me the different that is due to me. They don't give one fuck about their customers at this location and is over charging them on food. They're obviously taking advantage of customers and stealing money from them. I'm going to report them to BBB and Taco Bell corporate about their illegal acts of over charging people at this location. Don't go here, unless you like getting over charged and be treated like shit!!! read more

My order was the abosolute simplest. It comprised of (3) Taco Supremes and a Steak Burito Supreme. My 6yr old Grandson could manage this. First of all, with a closing time of 3:00am, I wouldn't expect mopping the floor of an empty fast food restaurant would be the priority at the dinner hour. With a busy drive thru, you wouldn't think there would be time for horse play either. After working a long busy day, my wife an I thought the neighborhood Taco Bell would be an easy in and out with no hassle. Not so! The simplest order turned into me having leave my wife eating alone because a group of youngsters, clearly with no work ethic, no pride in their work, a disregard for other people's time, a careless approach towards quality assurance, no respect for the Taco Bell Brand, and a lack of concern and respect for the Owner of the restaurant, decided to grace us with their version of quality service. To totally disregard a customers order to the extent of not caring to confirm that one out of only (4) simply items, the Steak Burito, was ordered with Steak, and not ground beef, was asinine. In today's economic environment, where four simple items from Taco Bell ring out at nearly $20.00, oblivious young people, with a mindless perspective towards serving customers in the food industry, should be home playing video games with their youngest siblings. Never, ever, ever ever ever, go to this Taco Bell. Been here a few times just to see if I went at a bad time, but nope, the service is as painful as it gets from fast food. They are easily the slowest joint ever, like put your car in park, turn off the engine and wait..... and wait, at some point you may actually get to move a little, and then more waiting. The staff are politely cold at best, but usually on the surly side, they never get your order right. Oh, but before you even get that far, trying to get them to actually listen to your order is a joke. It literally takes you three or four tries before they understand anything you are saying. So, in summation.... super slow, attitude from the employees, and missing/wrong food. Best bet is to go next door to the gas station, ask if they sell those horrible heat lamped hot dogs, and know it will still be a 100% more pleasurable experience than the Taco Bell could ever hope to be. read more

IF YOU ARE USING MOBILE ORDERING, BE ADVISED: 1) The person who placed the order needs to pick it up with photo ID and the card used to place the order. Why am I telling you this? Because they won't tell you this until you after the fact. I placed a mobile order on 9/5/16 (about $13 total) and my husband went to pick it up. We've done this several times before without issue. The email confirmation does not stipulate that the person who placed the order, or their ID/card must be present. As soon as you place the order, your card is charged. When my husband got to the drive through to pick up the order, they wouldn't give him the food and said that I would have to come pick it up myself (how's THAT for convenient?). After a lot of back and forth, he finally said that he would just order the same thing and pay with his card. The woman in the drive through said if he was paying with his card, she needed to see his ID because "how do I know you're not a liar?" He left without any food and I have been working on getting my money back ever since. I immediately tried calling the store and they didn't answer. I then called their corporate number and they said they'd put in the refund request and that the regional manager would call me back within 3 business days. I didn't hear anything or see any charges reversed, so I started reaching out to Taco Bell customer service through Facebook. They were nice, but again, nothing happened. After 8 business days and me complaining more, they finally asked for a screenshot of my email confirmation so they could request the refund. I followed up the next day and they said the refund request has been submitted but refunds take 7-10 business days to process. Mind you, this is 8 biz days after I made my initial call to corporate! At that point, I was beyond irritated, so I started becoming "that" person and tweeting complaints at them relentlessly on Twitter. Lo and behold, the regional manager finally called and explained the local franchise has made the $10 card charge/ID requirement. Initially she said they don't normally process refunds, and that people deal with issues like this by contesting the charge with the bank. REALLY????! Then she offered for me to go to the store and get a refund in person. SO YOU WANT ME TO DRIVE BACK TO THE STORE TO GET MY MONEY?? Then she said she'd make an exception and send me a money order. It was such a frustrating conversation. My whole point is that mobile ordering is supposed to be convenient, but they've made it a complete pain. And treated my husband suspiciously. I was on my way to kaiser for my daughter, and went thru the drive thru with my kids today 10/12/2015 at 2:03pm. Ordered Volcano Box with two regular tacos, Bean and Cheese Burrito, Ice tea and captain crunch balls. The guy taking the order sounded less than enthused. Got up to the window paid for my food, got my food without a simple hello or thank you gesture. Whatever... Its fast food. I give the Tacos to my daughter and the Bean and cheese to my 5 year old boy. I hop on the the freeway headed west and not even a second on the freeway, my boy says.. "Daddy the burrito tastes yucky." I thought he was doing his typical complaining. I told him to eat it. He swallowed and than said. "Daddy, it really is yucky" So I grabbed the burrito and bit into it. I spit it out. It tasted rancid. I noticed that there was lettuce in it that looked wilted and the cheese was not melted and hard. There is no lettuce in a bean and cheese burrito. While my daughter's taco's were good, my volcano quesadilla was cold. These are normally made to order. Very upset, I tried calling them. HA HA HA HA what a mistake. I tried ALL DAY to call. From 2:06pm to 3:30, the line was busy. After that the line just rang and rang. I know they can hear it, one time someone picked up the phone and hung it up, another time I got a fax machine sound. Yes i verified the number. It is now 6:56pm and I just got off the phone again with nothing. I guess they don't care about customers calling. I left a message with corporate. Hopefully they will call me. FYI: My son has had a stomach ache since about 20 min after he swallowed that bite. He has been in and out of the bathroom. I have to echo a review from a month ago.... Order accuracy at this location is absolutely horrible. I always have a problem at this location. I always ask for extra cheese, sauce and onions and never get it even after being charged for the extra cheese. Tonight I was the only customer to be I. The property and was asked to wait at the drive through. Someone finally took my order and I pulled around to wait unusually long for my three simple items with extra everything. They employees were in there playing throwing ice at at each other instead of working. When they finally handed me my order I could tell it was to light weighing for extra everything so I asked if it was done the way I requested, she asked another employee who apparently said it was. Well you can guess.... When I got home there was no extra anything on my three items. I will stick with the Sherman Oaks location...
