There are 4 people behind the counter and only one is working. The other three are having a grand old time yelling and laughing, really making a lot of noise. The place is a filthy mess. Floor is dirty, greasy and slippery. The tray with my food on it looks like it hasn't been washed in weeks. It has sticky food spots on it. So much for Covid precautions. The soda machine has no ice. The location on the map was wrong i think but overall it was pretty nice atmosphere wise. It was fairly clean, and the landscaping was kinda eh. One thing, wear sweatpants and a hoodie in there, as it's pretty chilly. Also, there were flies everywhere, house flies, fruit flies, moth flies. Okay everywhere is an exaggeration but you get the picture. The bathroom was also nasty, and no, no pics of it. The staff was nice and the food was good and came out quick, especially with how large the order was. But, they did forget tomatoes on my supreme tacos, but idrc. One positive is that this is the only taco bell I've been to with coffee, but sadly this place uses paper straws. This is a stand alone taco bell. Don't let all the weird photos of greasy looking fish throw you...it's not attached to Long John Silvers anymore. They remodeled this one not too long ago and it looks pretty clean inside. Staff work the drive through line pretty quickly and are always friendly. 3 stars only because I've had them mess up my drive through order on more than one occasion. Last experience was solid though - ordered 8 of the same dollar menu burritos and the order was correct with max fire sauce provided! This Taco Bell has turned into a Long John Silver's / Taco Bell co-branded restaurant. They have their own parking area. They are next to the ShopRite strip mall but connected only via an internal road. Like the LJS/Taco Bell in Mantua, this place looks new and clean. Service is decent. Because of the co-branding, you get to choose from both LJS and Taco Bell sauces. Try Taco Bell hot sauce on your LJS fried fish. It is different. However, they don't seem to have as many types of sauces as the Mantua LJS/Taco Bell. read more

Drive through took over 15 minutes for me to get through. By the time I left there where 6 more cars behind me at 4:00, not even the lunch rush. Terrible service, I sat at the window waiting forever got my two power bowls and they were both missing guacamole. $14 dollars and 20 minutes later and no guacamole. Awful. read more

I'm a California girl from South San Diego and Mexican food is my comfort food but every now and then munching on some Taco Bell is nothing less than divine. This is the closest location to us and we hit this place one a m both or so. It's clean and the staff is friendly. It has definitely had a facelift and has a more modern look to it. There are High top tables mixed among traditional table and chairs and a bar for single seating. The crunchy shells and tostada shells are always fresh. They have not been stale when we go so that is a big plus. I am not a fan of the chipotle queso but other than that it is a decent Tack Bell location. We always have a pretty large order, and the food is well made and hot. I try to give you guys chances to see if it improves but everytime I'm let down. Either things are missing from my bag that I paid for or the order is just wrong all together or it looks like a toddler threw my food together with their eyes closed and it's practically EVERY SINGLE TIME. I ate a burrito here more than once and I ate almost the whole thing before I stopped tasting Just mushed beans. Not a LJS / Taco Bell combo anymore. Now it's just a Taco Bell. Either way, this is probably one of the better Taco Bell locations in the state. I've only been coming here for a short while, mainly started coming here to avoid the absolutely atrocious taco bell location that is close to my house (Blackwood Clementon Rd. location), and so far have not been disappointed. I am standing here right now at nearly 41 weeks pregnant. My husband is sick and I live nearby so I came to get his food that he ordered online. They messed up the order, I came BACK to get it straightened out. I have been standing here for 25 minutes. Every single employee has made eye contact at some point and one did find out what I needed when I walked in but 25 minutes later, here I stand, debating whether or not I'm going to have this baby before my husband gets his food. This is not the first time and it's ridiculous. They revamped their customer service recently and you can really tell. Everyone is so friendly and nice. An absolute pleasure to go through the drive thru as well. As I sat at the window waiting I could see one staff member step outside for a smoke.
