Although I was born in the United States, my family heritage is Peruvian, so I was excited to see Lomo Saltado on the menu. To my surprise, the person who greeted me was also from Peru and assured me they would make me a delicious plate to go--and they absolutely delivered. The Lomo Saltado was flavorful, well-prepared, and reminded me of the authentic flavors I grew up enjoying. What makes this restaurant unique is its blend of Latin American cuisines, offering Mexican, Venezuelan, Colombian, and Peruvian-inspired dishes all in one place.
