I am very into mexican food and this food slaps. I HIGHLY recommend the chicken chimichanga, extremely tasty and covered in delicious queso. Also the manager (as i'm assuming is the manager) Lenny, extremely friendly and thoughtful, made sure to check on everyones food within 5 minutes into eating it and held a very nice convo when my party was almost done eating. Just went to Clearwater Beach Taco Bus and it was awesome. The staff greeted us as soon as we came in and were lovely. Len was helpful with picking things from the menu and Chica was great and brought the food over to us. Had the empanada with chicken; chips and queso; and a Torta with steak (sandwich). I went to the taco bus in Tampa a while back and thought it was great and have even hit one up in a gas station once and had a great meal. Today, not so much. Walked in and the heavier set woman was munching on chips and salsa behind the counter at the register (I know people have to eat, but there are places for that, not at the register) I ordered 2 CORN tortillas, 1 with ground beef and the other with pork carnitas. The ground beef was terrible, I may as well of had a sloppy Joe in a taco. The pork carnitas that was supposedly slow cooked for hours was chewy and resembled beef tips, not to mention they both came on FLOUR tortillas as I ordered corn. The best part of the taco was the shredded cabbage mixed with sour cream. From the moment I saw taco bus on Clearwater Beach I was set on what I wanted to eat but I was super disappointed and unsatisfied. If this location wasn't in such a populated area, I wouldn't see them being open long. read more

This place was amazing with lots of choices for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Though I'm not vegetarian I do love my veggies.
