Amazing authentic Mexican food at super reasonable prices. Their dollar steak tacos are to die for- slightly smaller than a regular taco, but still a great value! This is not a fancy restaurant but you will definitely love luv the tacos . They have green hot salsa and the red is not mild. The smells are to inhale and thirst for more food than you can eat! I just bought my first carry out meal there last Friday. There was a constant flow of customers. I bought the #3 burrito (chicken), beans and rice. It was delicious. The servers were polite and there were plenty of cooks and prep people to keep the line moving. I'll definitely be back! P.S. beware the bright green salsa!! Tasty, but reeeaaallll hot!! read more

Being a die hard al pastor taco fan, I was pretty upset at the fact the Los Comales in EC's tacos were gradually getting smaller and pricier. So, I eventually stopped going. Then, I heard about this place! THESE TACOS ARE ONLY $1!!! They're small, but I mean still it's only a dollar. I was a bit worried that the al pastor would be spicy, but it's not at all. I love this place! I'm from Chicago and almost every Sunday my friends and I come here for $1 tacos. These are legit and delicious tacos - not only is the meat fresh but so are the tortillas. I'd recommend the pastor and asada, although all are fantastic. Tamales are also $1 and are really good. The older woman who usually takes orders is such a sweetheart! My husband and I decided to stop here for a quick bite. We ordered the veggie burrito which included veggies, beans, and we added avocados for a dollar extra. The presentation of our meal looked great however the taste was off. The beans and avocados were hardly visible and could not be tasted. I left feeling hungry without the "full" feeling. The food is great. The food is 5 stars, but I am giving 3 stars for overall experience. The place is very busy and have given me the wrong order on 3 separate occassions this year. It's a long wait for the food, but when the order is wrong, you can be there a very long time. The restraurant would be better if the management would get better organized. read more

We noticed a lot of people heading in here for tacos and decided to try it. The food was great! Authentic Mexican food, is hard to find, so definitely give it a try. Its pretty much a carry out place, there isn't really a place to sit down, since mostly everyone is standing waiting for their orders. i love this place but every time i get the rice & beans, the plastic lid separates from the rim and i end up with shreds of plastic in my food that are undetected until i'm already eating it. which terrifies me cos how much plastic have i eaten without knowing and others too if it has happened to them. other than that they're delicious! read more

Terrible absolutely ridiculous customer service. Completely messed up the order called said to come back in pick up the stuff up and then try to charge for the missing tacos again. Ask to speak to a manager and I was told they don't have one. There will never be another order placed at this place again and we will make sure that we tell everybody how bad the service was.
