For some reason my Cheesecake Factory experience hasn't always been the best. I don't know if I'm just picking the wrong stuff on the menu. But two of my fellow yelpers Celeste and Alice convinced me to try it out one more time so I did. First off Cheesecake Factory restaurants the place always looks amazing. Our server gave off a very energetic and friendly vibe his name is Will and he tells us if there's a will there's a way. Now on to the food this time I did order the Cajun pasta and I do love me some Cajun style anything so I did love my pasta. I was able to try the Louisiana chicken pasta as well and there was a bit of a kick to it but I did like it too. Will also recommended the Godiva cheesecake because of you were looking for something chocolatey and he was right it was Fluffy and not very heavy and it was really great he did recommend some banana cream cheesecake thing that I would definitely try out the next time I go back. Their calamari was also great it's super tender and perfectly cooked. So yes I would definitely be going back and trying more stuff. Happy eating! read more

The waitress commented that it was disgusting and moved us to a different section. The new table was sticky and the plates were dirty. Restrooms were trashed. Service was extremely scattered. Food served before any drinks, including water. Drink order was incorrect multiple times, and we had to continuously track down our server for service. My parents and I went here for dinner recently because my mom had a gift card she wanted to use. The restaurant is big and bustling and the menu is huge (it's actually considered a great place for new chefs to work because everything is made from scratch and they produce such a wide variety of dishes). For the entree, I got something off their "Skinnylicious" menu so I would still have room for dessert! Steak medallions in a Madeira wine sauce with mushrooms and asparagus were delicious and perfectly cooked. We split two pieces of cheesecake, the key lime and the salted caramel with a Blondie crust; both were amazing! Our only complaint was our server was rushing us at every opportunity to order and be done. I told her we planned to take our time ordering and some of that subsided. Food was absolutely wonderful which is the only reason they got 2 stars. Worst service I have ever received. Doesn't matter how good the food is when we were out of something to drink for over 30 minutes and didn't see our server for over 45 minutes. I had to personally go up and ask a different server to help us out with getting a drink refill because we had been without drinks and had our food for almost 30 minutes. The food rated a 5 star rating. The service did not. Let me explain. I went to scope this place out as the restaurant to bring my out of town guest to for lunch in July. It was loud and busy this afternoon. Our server was a little off. She brought us water but never asked us for our drink order. She said she would bring us bread but disappeared for 10 minutes. She brought the bread and apologized and said she "got distracted". She explained that she was going on her break but she would put our order in and explain our order to another server. The next part was a failure. A food runner dropped off my meal but not my husband's meal. I figured his would be out shortly. I started eating. Before i knew it, i had been eating by myself for 15 minutes. I didn't come to this restaurant to eat by myself. I flagged a server down. She had no idea about my husband's dinner. By the time his meal came, i was done with my meal and he spent 15 minutes eating by himself. I am having 2nd thoughts about bringing my friend here in July. I visited the restaurant in Block59 Naperville. I've been going to the Cheesecake Factory for decades, and my guests and I have been very pleased. However over the last couple years, the food quality has gone down, but the prices have rapidly gone up. I visited the one in Naperville this past Saturday 08/22. I ordered the Sweet-Soy glazed ribs, and always the sweet tamale cakes. They gave me 4 riblets 2x2 inches for $10:00! They were basically bones. The sweet tamale cakes recipe has changed. They tasted like mushed. Ridiculous! This establishment is on its way down. I've heard this from others as well. I have no other choice but to extremely limit my visits, to not going back at all. read more

My sister and I decided to come here for her birthday. If you have the app, you get to choose a cheesecake for your birthday reward (so download the app if you haven't already). We had tried their calamari at another visit and we definitely had those cravings again so we opted to get that. They brought out their bread and our server was super nice to indulge us with extra butter. I got influenced and ordered the Cajun chicken pasta (I was too shy to ask for the extra gravy boat of sauce) but it was delicious. My sister got the fish and chips and she enjoyed that also. We ended up sharing her birthday cheesecake and we opted for their Oreo cheesecake. It was huge and tasty but we had to take the rest home because we were stuffed. Right off the back my party was placed in the back of the restaurant. I killed one fly on the glass window. Then realized two more dead one at the bottom of the window seal. I still sat hopeful. Service was good but the fly's that was buzzing around was a deterrent. Ambiance was good. Service nehemiah my waiter was great. My friends and I came here after a nearby class. We opted to sit at a high top in the bar area as it seemed like there was a wait at 7:30pm. We all ordered a drink from the skinnylicious menu. I had the sangria and it was delicious, but quite expensive. All the drinks were $15.95 each. I just wanted something small to eat so I ordered the Little Gem salad - I informed the server I had a gluten allergy, but didn't see the allergy listed on my check to inform the kitchen and everything came out together. Was in the area and decided to try out this new location. It's conveniently located on Rt 59 along with the many other new restaurants they have built in the area. One thing I really enjoyed about this location as compared to others is how much lighter the interior is. I'm used to Cheesecake Factory being so dark and dimly lit inside. This newer location has plenty of natural light, while still sticking to the traditional style of the Cheesecake Factory. The food was great as always. I love the food here and the diverse menu. For my party of two we ordered the sliders, the skinnylicious chicken sandwich, and my mother got the Renee lunch special. That included a turkey sandwich, soup, and salad. Everything was superb and filled us up quickly. The service was your standard friendly service. Our waitress was pleasant and present throughout our meal. I think this newer location will be my go to if I'm ever in the mood for the Cheesecake Factory. It's more convenient for me to come here than go to Oakbrook. I think it's a great addition to Rt 59! read more

We really enjoy going to Cheesecake Factory. It's usually a good experience and one can have comfort in the familiarity or the menu and quality of the food & service. Unfortunately the management is terrible at this location. We were in the area of this particular location so we agreed to try it. We had a server, seemed very polite but inebriated. We waited for drink service almost 30minutes. Unusual for the brand but my daughter just finished competing so she was extra hungry and we stuck around. We ordered 2 salads and 2 orders of Pasta with sauce on the side. Nothing complicated. After 47 minutes our 1st drinks were finally refilled. I asked if everything was ok with the food and I was told they were alittle behind. I looked around and the place is about a quarter empty and It's just before 6pm. We got there around 4 thinking we'd beat the dinner rush. Just in my field of view I saw 16 employees. 7 were standing by a door or by their service stations on their phones. Most the empty tables haven't been bussed. I told my family what I saw and over the next few minutes they said "wow they keep coming out of nowhere". We counted 28 waiters or bus service, most standing around. We finally get 1 pasta dish and 1 salad. I just thought maybe it was too much to carry but they didn't come back. I started looking around after 10min and a manger came by the table. I said politely we were there for awhile and were missing a few items. Just then another salad arrived. The manager apologized and said he'd check on the food. He returned and said our order was lost in the system and they'd start it right away. 5 min later, a pasta dish showed up for my daughter. The manager apologized and said it was human error and offered to refill our drinks. The pasta dish arrived, was not the one she ordered. Were there over 2 hours and practically the simplest and quickest dishes to make, salad and pasta took an extraordinarily long time. The whole purpose of ordering those items was because of the potential expediency of their preparation. We ate and continued to watch so many employees standing around doing nothing. I was taught in the restaurant industry there is no time to do nothing unless you're on break. Setting silverware, cleaning menus, helping bus, refilling drinks, definitely not standing around playing on a phone. The management was embarrassingly inefficient with no accountability for their over bloated staff. I'd recommend avoiding this location. read more

This place is newly opened and love the ambiance. It's cozy and quiet. We ordered our standard vegetarian items like nachos ( customised to remove the meat ) , garlic Parmesan truffle fries, fettuccine alfredo, regatoni alla vodka. First I want to say that Jordan was a fabulous server, very kind and accommodating & made the dinner special. Everything else I am about to say, has absolutely nothing to do with him. I have been here twice now & on both occasions the amount of time spent here was kind of absurd. I'm not sure if it's because the place is relatively new or what but I've not had the same issues at other locations. On both occasions it took a very long time to get our drinks & appetizers & then our entrees as well. It's a fine line to walk between not wanting to be rushed & feeling like you're jumping out of your seat because you've been waiting so long. I think the first time I went we were there for almost 3 hours simply because the waitress (not Jordan!) took so long between table touches that we had to flag her down every time we needed something. On both occasions modifications were not made even though they were communicated & it felt like the amount of time to have it fixed would not be nearly worth it. The food is of course delicious as it always is at all the locations I've been to, but I found being told that my food request not being possible because they were "too busy" was very odd, never have I heard that before from any restaurant honestly. Overall I would say I will return because in general I love the cheesecake factory, but I think this particular location has a lot to learn before they will be fully running smoothly. read more

Last night I went to dinner at The Cheesecake Factory with my Pilates friends. It's the typical format of this restaurant - bar area with a large indoor dining area and much more quieter outdoor patio. The noise level in this restaurant is ridiculous, as is the music they're blaring. I could hardly hear our server Taj, who was sweet and friendly - and I was the one sitting closest to him. We waited quite a bit for cocktails and wine from the bar. We had to ask where they were and Taj said the bar was very busy and there was a new bartender. I ordered something off the Skinnylicious menu . This restaurant is on my Weight Watchers app so it makes me it easy for me to choose something within my points budget. I was surprised, however, to find some things on the Skinnylicious menu to be very high in points. Don't let the word "skinny" fool you. I ended up ordering the Tuscan chicken with farro and vegetables. I asked Taj to switch out the asparagus for green beans and he said no problem. He came back a few minutes later and said there were no green beans that night but he could substitute carrots, which I did. When our dinners were finally brought to the table, there were green beans on someone's plate. I didn't appreciate that misinformation. The meat portion of my meal was generous in size, as were the carrots, however, the farro was approximately a 1/3 cup at best. At the end of the meal someone ordered the tiramisu cheesecake and I tasted it. It was delicious, but 50 points on my Weight Watchers plan. To give you an idea, I only get 23 points a day. There were some cheesecakes that were upwards of 95 points! The cheesecake here is certainly an indulgence. If I choose to come back, I would sit on the quiet patio. I missed half the conversation at our table of five people dining inside. To be honest, I don't think I would come back to dine here unless, like last night, someone chooses the place to go for dinner. It wouldn't be my choice. read more

My server was cheery and attentive. The Food lacked the same luster. I don't know how you can go wrong with the impossible burger, but they did!! It's not even real meat, so How?! But they were. I don't wanna see any pink in my burger, meat or otherwise. The location was easy to find. I have not been in this area in the last year, and it is amazing to see how it has changed. Driving around this area was a little confusing due to the massive construction project going around this entire block. Parking, once very big and easy, is now difficult and confusing now. I am hoping this will change when Block 59 is officially finished. However, I am glad to see there is life in this area again. The location reminds me of the typical Cheesecake Factory. There is an open kitchen so you can see your food being prepared. Even at 4pm on a Sunday, there was a little bit of a wait, but luckily, I remembered to get reservations online. I am very happy they have started to allow reservations now. Seating is a little cramped, but so are all the other locations I have been to too. The food is always amazing here. There is nothing I have tried here that I did not like. Today, I got the Fried Mac and Cheese, which was delicious. I decided to try the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. It does have a little kick but nothing too bad for a person who likes to eat spicy foods. Our server was amazing and went above and beyond. He got my 2-year-old a little plate that looked like a butterfly made of bananas and bread. And after dinner, he got her a little serving of ice cream. During my visit, it was very busy and there was a huge wait list at the front door. The service and waiting did take a while, and our waiter was hard to find sometimes. However, I will not dock them for this mainly because this is a new location and our server was still amazing. This is easily a learning experience. Maybe the restaurant did not anticipate a busy Sunday and/or they did not staff properly due to being new. Overall, the food was delicious. New place and so glad we made reservations. It was a Wednesday night and it was super busy. Also be patient with the staff. Our waiter was very friendly and made sure we left happy. We started out with some drinks and they were really sweet. I wanted the Sangria, but they were out of the ingredients for it. So got the passion fruit margarita instead. My friend got a drink from the skinny menu, but it was still sugary sweet just less sugar than mine. Got the Cajun Jambalaya pasta. The shrimp and chicken were cooked perfectly and wasn't over cooked. Pasta tasted like fresh homemade pasta and not from a box. Wasn't super spicy but did have a bit of heat. Very delicious. Was getting full, so we decided to share the Low -Licious Cheesecake with strawberries, but they forgot the strawberries. Our waiter did bring them out later and told us they are dipped in Splenda. Strawberries don't need to be dipped in Splenda. But I know the chef did that. They did cut the cheesecake in half for us, but they didn't cut it in half equally. The cheesecake wasn't too bad as it is the healthier option out of all their selections. Parking lot will be hard to find a spot once all the other restaurants in the area are up and running. So recommend to give yourself some time to find a parking spot. The sidewalks are wide for large groups to walk around. There are some benches in front of the restaurant. read more

My husband ordered steak with mash potatoes and as soon as I saw him adding salt to the steak I knew..... it wasn't it. I ordered the bbq burger with mash potatoes and it was decent, not all that. We also had the Texas egg rolls, those were okay not too bad but not worth the price. The service was good, our waiter was a young man and he was really attentive. Our bill came out to be $93 and to be completely honest I would rather have gone done the street to Vais, better food quality. Another thing I wish is that the seating wasn't so close to other people, the lady next to us just kept staring and when my daughter's desert arrived she felt the need to make a comment.
