First time here! Taco Tuesday special all you can eat tacos! The tacos were huge! We ordered 4 different meals all huge portions and the grilled vegetables were delicious' the queso is clearly homemade! Authentic all around! Can't beat the prices either! This was recommended by the hotel next door where we were staying. Early weeknight dinner. There were a few patrons at the bar, the dining room was practically empty. A few more customers came in as we ate. The decor was nice, "papel picado" were strung below the ceilings and the ceiling lights themselves were creative. We ordered ala carte and got the shrimp fajitas, chile rellenos, refried beans and a soft steak street taco (flour tortilla). The shrimp fajitas were disappointing, the refried bean needed more salt. The chile rellenos were just ok; lukewarm, small blobs of oil in the cheese and a very bland attempt at a ranchero sauce. The street taco was a little better (also lukewarm), the steak wasn't tough or chewy, but with way too much cheese (the finely shredded commercial kind used at Taco Bell). The beer (bottled Modela Negra) was fine, but the margarita was a disaster. The sweetness of whatever mix they used was overwhelming (and tasted artificial), you couldn't taste the tequila! I was going to send it back, but instead ordered a shot of Cuervo Blanco to try to save it. The extra shot made it barely salvageable, but it was the worst margarita I've ever had (and I'm from California). Maybe we just didn't order the right items. I'm so sad about this place, we loved the one in Bradford the food there was good, but this place is not. The first time was when they first opened, the meat had an off putting flavor in the fajitas and in the tacos and the refried beans were old tasting, don't get me started on the disgusting guacamole. We waited to go back to see if it would change, we went back and the food was a little better, the fajitas didn't have the off putting flavor but the guacamole tasted like lime juice. Today was our 3rd try and will be my last, my husband's meal was good but my tostada had some kind of slime on the beans and the rice was dry, of course the guacamole tasted like bad lime juice. read more

Venango county needs a great Mexican restaurant, and Taco Inc. definitely has potential! The decor has been completely updated from the previous occupant for a fresh, modern look. The servers seem to be enthusiastic and engaged, but like most new restaurants there's a few bugs to work out with making sure service occurs efficiently from meal start to finish. Our dinners were slow to arrive, but worth the wait. My husband had a multi-protein entree with rice & beans, and I had a grilled shrimp with rice & beans. Overall it was a good experience (especially for the local area), and we're looking forward to returning after they become more established. Recommend! read more

Originally being from the area - so excited about a Mexican restaurant being available. The upgrade to the restaurant has been done well - smooth, clean and classy! The service when we were there at lunch time was impeccable and the staff were so kind. Now the best part - the food is amazing. We eat Mexican food a lot in Raleigh and this tops anything I have had there. Do not let the fact that it is in a hotel stop you from experiencing this great place! read more

The food was amazing! I ordered chicken fajitas, it came with rice, instead of beans I got the mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, ) all food was super amazing! The portions were huge. The service was phenomenal, all staff was super friendly, brought more chips over without having to ask for refills, drinks were never empty. Speaking of drinks, the skinny margarita is absolutely amazing. This is my first time here, definitely will not be the last! read more

The staff were very nice and welcoming... that is the plus. The food was barely warm and not very good but in my opinion. I had enchiladas. The beef one was runny, almost like hot dog chili and the chicken one was very dry. Also, our table "wobbled" drastically which would have been tolerable if the food was better. Walking into Taco Inc. we had such high expectations. Service was meh. staff was nice. I order arroz con pollo... the only thing I have ever ordered at every Mexican restaurant. And this was the worst I have ever had. Not only was it shredded chicken... under the bed of rice and chicken it was practically a whole plate of water.... Not a good experience!
