I like Taco Joe's! Personally, I have always had a good experience here. The staff is always very nice, recommending food options as well as making sure we get our salsas and other condiments! It's a pretty casual spot, nothing too crazy. I like to get the chicken dinner, it comes with fries and salad. The portion is really big- it's shareable! Honestly I feel like some of their plates are all pretty large sizes my family and I always end up sharing everything. I've also tried the nachos and pozole and both are good. Prices are comparable to other places, the chicken dinner is pricier but nothing out of the ordinary when looking at other food places prices also. read more

Never been compelled to leave a Yelp review until today. Downloaded the app just to leave this review. Only because they forced me to download the DoorDash app otherwise, I wouldn't get my food they said. The wait was long, the service from the young man behind the counter was indifferent--bordering on poor, the food was excessively salty, less than ideal, and cold by the time I got home because of the wait from them making me stand there and download an app to confirm the order. I order via DoorDash web and they made me download the app because they said they needed to visually confirm me clicking "received order." Never had to do that. Had the Tuesday lunch special, 4 taco plate. Selected Al Pastor as meat and went with hot salsa. The meat was good and salsa started off with small amount of heat that built up toward the final taco. I went into this place to order a small pastrami chili cheese fry and bacon cheeseburger the price was outrageous. Small chili cheese fry and a bacon cheeseburger came out to 31.79. They charge me for a small chili cheese fry then also charge me for a a pastrami sandwich and a bacon cheeseburger then when I ask the question about does a small chili cheese fry come with the same amount of pastrami as a sandwich. The guy told me way less than a sandwich.... I have ate at Taco Joe's since I was a kid when it was under different ownership. I still have memory so I went back today to order two burritos. One was a bean and cheese and the other one was carne asada meat burrito. Can you guess the price??? Over $26. When I got home thinking I just bought filet mignon the bean and cheese burrito was awful and my carne asada burrito was dry and horrible! This place hasn't been the same since the 90's the food sucks now, I ordered some carne asada fries and the cheese wasn't melted and the pico de gallo sucked A**! Really good breakfast burritos at just the right size and price. Some places usually make giant breaky burritos that I can never finish and then feel bad for wasting, but that's definitely not the case here at Taco Joes. I also appreciate how the burrito is rolled correctly so that you get an even bite of egg, bacon, hashbrown and cheese each time. My piggy self also had a craving for fries, which were fried golden, crisp and fresh. Staff is really friendly and welcoming. Parking is convenient as it's located in a strip mall with plenty of parking right in the front of the business. Next time I'm here, I'll try other menu items and report back ;) read more

I would go back every chance I had whenever I was visiting that area. Unfortunately, the prices have gotten so high that it's not worth it anymore. Last time I was there was December of 2022. It was my last visit. I paid about $22 for that exact order, and that's ridiculous. While I was eating, a women ordered her food to go. When they gave her total, she argued with the cashier, then walked out... People are complaining about price increases, however, a small cheese fry is the size of a huge plate. The owner tries very hard to balance prices With quality.
