Quality offerings here, carne asada taco salad is my go to dish! The serving is generous, loaded with juicy carne, fresh guacamole, sour cream, hot rice and beans, and fresh lettuce and tomatoes on top. This dish is like getting a hug from your favorite Tia, the crispy tostada shell is also amazing! The service is great here, yes sometimes you will wait a little longer than you'd like for your meal--all good things take time, don't come here if you are in a rush especially to dine in, the space is not huge and is often very full/busy. The chips and salsa are top tier! Fresh, crispy, and warm. The habanero salsa and the house salsa are my favorite! The gentleman working at Taco Factory was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. He brought my food to the table, gave me chips and salsa, and checked to make sure I had everything I needed. The beans and rice were delicious, and the salsa was really good. I just wish there had been a little more, although I probably could have asked. The homemade corn tortillas were thick, soft, and pretty good, but I think they would have been even better with a little time on the griddle to give them some light crispness instead of tasting steamed. Unfortunately, the meat was where the meal fell short. The carne asada was soft but chewy, with some tendons still attached, and it did not have the grilled or slightly crispy texture I enjoy. I also did not notice any onions or cilantro on the tacos. The small spoonful of avocado was a nice touch. I saved the chorizo taco for last because it is usually my favorite, but it was extremely salty and tasted more like breakfast chorizo that is meant to be mixed with eggs rather than a premium taco-style chorizo. Overall, they have many of the basics down. The tortillas, rice, beans, salsa, cleanliness, and customer service were all good. The dining area felt slightly dated, but it was reasonable for a small, hole-in-the-wall taco shop. A fresh salsa bar with onions, cilantro, carrots, and other toppings would add a lot to the experience. I left full and appreciated the kindness of the staff. With better-quality meat, improved seasoning, and a little more attention to how the tacos are prepared, this place could become very good. I would give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. read more

This is my go-to delivery spot for a solid and affordable wet burrito and hard shell tacos. I've had their potato hard shell taco and ground beef hard shell taco. Both are good but I have a slight preference for the potato one - something about the texture in the potato hard shell taco gave it the edge for me. I've also tried their chicken quesadilla, carne asada taco, chicken taco, and grilled shrimp taco. It's your average tacos but I do love their corn tortilla - it taste homemade. I've only ordered here via their delivery apps, and I really appreciate that when I put in notes in the app for green & red salsa and carrots, they make sure to include those in my package. wow. some of the best tacos i've had in a really long time. found a gem. the birria taco was juicy and flavorful and ofc i got it with the cheese. the soup was yummy to dip it in. the asada was a great, fresh cut of meat and cooked to perfection with a balance of juiciness, flavor, and crispness on the edges. the pastor tacos were delish as well. rice and bean okay lol. my coworkers are obsessed with this place. we love it read more

We came on a Taco Tuesday for the first time around 5:00pm for our first time. Luckily there were 2 other couples inside the restaurant already eating. However, we noticed only 1 guy on the register and 1 cook. The service was a little slow for it being so slow. However, as soon as we ordered, there was a HUGE family of 10 that came in. Once they came in, the 1 server/register guy was very preoccupied with them. We had to attempt to get his attention for refills and remind him about the salsa & extra onion/cilantro request. Besides that, the inside is very vibey; lots of neon and cute decor. The tacos were delicious! The hard shell ones were the only ones that were $2 on Tuesdays. However, you can taste the house-made tortillas and the meats were fresh! All the food was fresh and made immediately, which was great. I used to love this place. I went every Tuesday for Taco Tuesday. The steak and eggs is really good. But on depending cook, one will cook it as ordered, the other does what he wants and cook it well done. Then taco Tuesday changed to 2 dollars each. Not only that you are charged for chips and salsa only on Tuesday. The third strike was when we walked in 15 minutes before closing, they told us since they are closing soon they are only making orders to go. I had enough. Taco Tuesday, they raised their price but ONLY on this day, there is no more free chips and salsa. The catch also is they will ask if you want cheese on your tacos, if you say yes, it is no longer Taco Tuesday special. If they over cook your food, it is not a discount on that entree. They will only comp you for a drink. Now. You have to pay for a bottle of water. They no longer provide you a cup of ice water. The final draw for us 30 minutes before closing time. I was originally craving some "trash" Mexican food such as Albert's or Alberto's (and I say "trash" in the most loving way possible because I love and adore places like those). The chips were a good texture of not overly soggy and had a good crunch but I'm sure you can ask for extra sauce if needed. The steak was soft and had a good taste. Salsa was also good. The only note I have is that for one order I asked for double protein (steak and chicken) but I wasn't clear on it being extra protein (not half and half) but that was on me.
