Staff was rude and before I could box up my leftovers they put dirt utensils on my food so I basically paid for not even half a meal! Definitely won't be coming back

This is my go-to delivery spot for a solid and affordable wet burrito and hard shell tacos. I've had their potato hard shell taco and ground beef hard shell taco. Both are good but I have a slight preference for the potato one - something about the texture in the potato hard shell taco gave it the edge for me. I've also tried their chicken quesadilla, carne asada taco, chicken taco, and grilled shrimp taco. It's your average tacos but I do love their corn tortilla - it taste homemade. I've only ordered here via their delivery apps, and I really appreciate that when I put in notes in the app for green & red salsa and carrots, they make sure to include those in my package. They've always provided great care and service for my delivery orders. Always ordering back here for their reliability, consistently good food and affordable prices!

We came on a Taco Tuesday for the first time around 5:00pm for our first time. Luckily there were 2 other couples inside the restaurant already eating. However, we noticed only 1 guy on the register and 1 cook. The service was a little slow for it being so slow. However, as soon as we ordered, there was a HUGE family of 10 that came in. Once they came in, the 1 server/register guy was very preoccupied with them. We had to attempt to get his attention for refills and remind him about the salsa & extra onion/cilantro request. Besides that, the inside is very vibey; lots of neon and cute decor. The tacos were delicious! The hard shell ones were the only ones that were $2 on Tuesdays. However, you can taste the house-made tortillas and the meats were fresh! All the food was fresh and made immediately, which was great. Not too greasy, great tasting meats, and fresh veggies and delicious pickled onions! The prices were a little steep, but truly, the food was delicious and worth it.

GREAT FOOD, POOR SERVICE. I waited half an hour to get my food (during the lunch rush). Also waited 10 minutes before server took my drink order. Thankfully when the food arrived, that somewhat redeemed the service. I got a chicken torta, which was EXCEPTIONALLY seasoned. I was shocked, b/c most other Mexican places tend to use substandard chicken, smothered in sauce, hoping you don't notice. I gave a $0 tip for the service, but might still come back for the chicken!

Been here a few times. Food so far, what I have ordered has been great. My daughter enjoys the potatoes from the Norwalk Breakfast and hubby enjoys the chilaquiles plate. The tacos were well seasoned. We have been here a few times now. First time, service was slow as there was only one person on the floor. Poor guy, he did his best to keep up with everyone, so kiddos to him. Overall, we enjoy the food.

Was pretty excited to try this place out. I ordered 2 of the jefe tacos and was left disappointed. Flavor was there but for a six buck taco, I was expecting more. I guess this is what most people rave about? Go down the street and get your money's worth. Won't be back.

This is my fav spot rn. The potato enchiladas are amazing. The staff is nice especially Rodrigo! I don't usually leave reviews but definitely in my top 5 now.

The food is always good. I get the ground beef crispy taco. Odd thing this the only ground beef item on the menu. Service always good. Rather disappointing on the last visit saw this sign on the tables. I guess that's a way to make you buy more?

REALLY DELICIOUS! My biggest compliment was that the meats were INSANELY delicious. Potentially some of the best carne asada I've ever had. I was originally craving some "trash" Mexican food such as Albert's or Alberto's (and I say "trash" in the most loving way possible because I love and adore places like those). Decided to take a chance on Norwalk Taco Factory cuz the reviews were so good. THIS WAS NOT TRASH MEXICAN FOOD. This was like a more elevated experience of Alberts/Albertos and it was oh so good. I ended up trying the Carne Asada Fries (Loaded Fries with Carne Asada), Chicken Nachos (Super Nachos with Chicken), Quesadilla with Al Pastor, and the 3 Tacos Plate. And OMG! Everything was SOOO GOOD. The meats were genuinely the standout. This meant that every dish was truly delicious in their own way. The carne asada fries were insanely yummy, the quesadilla had no right to be that addictive (it's just meat and cheese! why was it so good), the nachos were delicious, and the tacos were crazy good. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Came on a Thursday afternoon and received great service & food! Ordered the 4 enchiladas plate with chicken, half green half red and was the best decision! The red sauce is tasty with a hint of spice! The green is well seasoned & just the right amount of acidity from the tomatillo! The sides were definitely good! All their salsas are DELICIOUS! My favorite was the Chipotle creamy salsa! The service here was excellent, our server was friendly and attentive! The ambience is wonderful, plenty of tables and well kept in cleanliness. Oh! They play some great jams in there! They had some 60s-70s music station and my family & I enjoyed it! :D I want to go back soon! Highly recommend! Solid spot for some enchiladas and tacos! :D

The LA metro often has an array of cuisine to try, one of my favorites being Mexican food! Norwalk Taco Factory is located right in the middle of town, and offers a large selection of Mexican food that's sure to leave you wanting more. The restaurant allows you to see the entire kitchen, making room for an authentic street dining experience, indoors! Ordering over the phone is fairly simple and easy, and you will be greeted with a smile! Our food was delicious and affordable! The only thing I wish they had was refillable dine in drinks if you eat in.

Machaca plate with homemade flour tortillas

The food at Norwalk Taco Factory was so good. We tried the breakfast burrito and the machaca plate, and both were delicious and super filling. The flour tortillas are made from scratch and are incredibly good. The red salsa is seriously addictive -- we couldn't stop putting it on everything. Service was fast and friendly, and the decor is modern, fresh, and very clean. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to.

They have a wide variety of drinks and food, but I believe they specialize in their churros. We ended up getting a few drinks along with an order of churros that came with three different dipping sauces. The churros were good. They were a little doughy on the inside, but overall they were enjoyable and not too greasy. The drinks were solid as well. The ice cream was a 5/5 for me, the toppings, and waffles combined well giving a crunch to the soft ice cream. Free parking is available but limited, and they have outdoor seating with a v for entertainment. I was joyed to see the international snacks available for purchase! I had to buy some oreos. Another perk was the eatery nextdoor!

Update: They're no longer affiliated with Fivestars!…read more I've since gone two additional times to try their waffle bites. My last trip was kind of spontaneous because I suddenly got a Fivestars reward that day for these waffle bites. However, when I arrived, I was looking for the Fivestars tablet only to be met by a Clover tablet instead. It felt like I went through a time warp because the employee working behind the register didn't seem to have any idea what I was trying to say regarding Fivestars, though he did notice a little trifold card on the front counter mentioning Fivestars. I asked if he could get his manager so I could explain, and even show, him my Fivestars reward. The reward said "already accepted", which he almost thought meant I had redeemed it already, but if that were the case, then it would have said "already redeemed". Given that they've now done away with Fivestars, I'm not too surprised he may have gotten the words "accepted" confused with "redeemed", but luckily, he was happy enough to honor it for me. The employee who assisted me was very helpful, though he did ask me to repeat the topping and the drizzle that I wanted. I chose the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor ice cream with Fruity Pebbles toppings and a Strawberry drizzle on top. Since I had already tried the cookie flavors before, I figured I'd try the fruity flavors this time around. He said he needed about 5 minutes to prepare my waffle bites, which were presented a little different than last time. Last time, I got the Cookie Butter flavor with *Cookie* Crisp and Peanut *Butter* (see what I did there?), and it came in a small plastic takeout container. This one came in a large plastic cup, and I'm thinking the logistics may have changed a ton between my last two visits. I did appreciate how the employee asked if I wanted the waffles on top of or beneath the ice cream before making the waffle bites; I chose on top. He also asked if I'd like powdered sugar on top, to which I agreed. Unfortunately, neither of the waffle bites I got from my last two visits impressed me that much. As a matter of fact, the only thing that impressed me was the strawberry drizzle. Everything else fell kind of flat. While generous in size for the $8 price tag, the Cookie Butter and the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream didn't really taste like these flavors at all! For whatever reason, the peanut butter didn't add much flavor, but the strawberry drizzle added a lot! How even?! In short, the waffle bites weren't that much of an upgrade from the ice cream scoop that I had on my first visit. I'm willing to say "too much good was no good" here. The waffles themselves were good, but they can only do so much when a flavored ice cream doesn't even taste like that flavor. It's worth noting that on my penultimate visit, when I got the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, I saw two employees behind the front counter who were ready to take my order. I asked them to explain what the waffle bites were, but it took them a couple of tries to actually understand what I was asking. From what I gathered, the waffle bites were similar to the ice cream scoop I had on my first visit, but with the addition of a warm waffle to supplement the ice cream. However, the step-by-step process remains the same. I was initially told it would take 6 minutes to prepare the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, but it actually took 15! It seemed like one was training the other or they were trying to gather the ingredients and/or the steps needed to create the waffle bites. After about 10 minutes, I was told by one of the employees they had to make a new batch of waffles because the first batch had burnt. The music was getting pretty loud, so it was hard to hear him after that, but I didn't want to hold up the kitchen prep process any longer. I just said "Alright, sure" so he could continue preparing my order. I do appreciate how he let me know of this so that I'd know the reason for the extended wait, but I wish they weren't so ill-prepared during my visit. So overall, still 3 stars overall. I appreciate the prior partnership with Fivestars, but these missed opportunities have led me to believe that Cravings is just not for me. I doubt I'll try anything else on their ice cream menu, and considering that there are only a few parking spots in their lot, it will take a lot to get me to try their hot chicken. And speaking of lack of parking, I also want to mention that on my second visit, I saw two open parking stalls right in front of Cravings, one on either side of a car. That car had its driver's side wide open so that I couldn't park there. I had to park on the passenger side of that car, which he left much less room for. Perhaps a microcosm of the clientele in this part of town? Everybody deserves a second chance, right? Unfortunately, not everybody can make the most of them, and this is just one example of such. Thanks for the sweet treats Cravings, but I'll get my next one somewhere else.

Parking: They're located in a high foot traffic plaza, so finding a parking spot can be difficult. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a decent amount of indoor seating. The tables and seats were kept clean. There's cute decor from the ceiling as well. This is the type of spot where you'd bring your family with younger kids for something sweet, while the adults sit and talk. When we visited, my family and one other family pretty much took up all the tables lol. Service: There was only one worker behind the counter serving and making the drinks and desserts. She doesn't acknowledge anyone. It wasn't too busy, but throughput took a while since she was by herself. There's two kiosk to order from. You don't really interact with the worker until she brings out your order. Desserts & drinks: We ordered a mixture of almost everything. We noticed there were a few menu items that were out of stock. I ordered a mango pamelo sago, my sister ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea, my cousin ordered an americano, and my other cousin ordered a strawberry & cream eggette. I thought the mango pamelo sago was okay; the mango flavor was lacking except for the actual mangos. There was plenty of sago, but I thought this dessert was underwhelming. My sister thought the boba was okay bc it had an interesting texture, and the drink itself was lightly sweet than what she's used to. My cousin thought the coffee was okay. The only thing we all enjoyed was the eggette. It's a bubble waffle with ice cream and fresh fruits, which is pretty difficult to mess up. Pricing: Prices are pretty high for the portions offered. Overall, the desserts were underwhelming and some didn't meet our expectations. The eggettes are most likely the only thing we'll come back for.

I've been eyeing this spot for awhile, but never got around trying it. I finally was able to try…read moretheir desserts after having dinner in this plaza. We came in around 730pm on a Monday night and there were a few tables taken. I thought that was a good sign since it was kind of cold tonight...if people are choosing to come here on a cold night, there must be a reason why! When we walked in, there was a gal at the counter, but was on her phone. Barely looked up to greet us, which wasn't a big deal since there are kiosks for you to order, but what I thought was kind of strange was she didn't bother trying to help us when we kept saying out loud "there are no photos of this or that" literally just on her phone and not trying to explain any of their menu items. The kiosk set up is on top of the counter, so we were asking these questions right in front of her. Lol. Made me wonder what the point of her sitting there was. Might as well have been in the back to watch whatever she was watching on her phone to make things less awkward. Luckily both our desserts were fine, but I did not appreciate having someone sitting at the counter only to let you know they don't care if 1) it's your first time there, 2) are confused by some of their dessert names, and 3) photos are missing for many of their items listed in the kiosk. The tables were dirty, my bag got wet from whatever was left from the previous party. Not cool. If the service (or lack there of) was better and tables clean I may have rated this place higher. Though the desserts were decent, not I'll be back. ** Warning Auto Tip: I noticed when I got home that they added a 12% tip to my total. There was no option to get a printed receipt nor was there a step to review ANY tip. I've never experienced such a thing, especially when this is a self service/pick up cafe **
