Seems like it was a training day but our serve didn't miss a beat (LaToria) was provided great customer service I ordered lemon pepper baked wings and Brussel sprouts. Now my lemon pepper wings didn't looked cooked. I saw the pepper but not much lemon flavoring. The skin was not fully cooked. Asked for a manager and they said that's how they looks. Even with me showing them a previous review and the color was not the same. Was recommended the Asian sticky flavor and they were ok. First time at Taco Mac and the service was excellent! Our server was friendly, funny, and quick! We tried 6 boneless wings each; I got mine naked with honey chipotle sauce (so good!) and ranch, and my husband got the medium. The wings were flavorful and not overly breaded, which I loved. We also ordered mozzarella sticks. It was too salty for me (pregnancy taste buds!) but my husband enjoyed them. A vast selection of beers and cheap bar food. Taco Mac opened up recently in Conyers. There is plenty of parking. There was a short wait of 20 mins on Sunday night. We ended up getting some draft and craft beer. Ordered All the Way Nachos, Garlic Parmesan and Buffalo Wings, Grilled Baja Shrimp Tacos, and Salsa Verde Chicken Tacos. The food was very meh, everything lacked something and was not great to indulge in. The chicken wings were tough and dry. The tacos were bland and the meat tasted not that great. They gave us a chocolate cake for a birthday celebration which was also the most sugary artificial tasting cake. I would go back for the beer alone. read more

This location is new and it's really nice! Our waitress Tish was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of my family and I. We didn't have to wait around or look for her because she was always on top of everything. Literally some of the best service I've had at a restaurant. We really enjoyed her service and it made our time her top tier. This is my second time being her and I think this time around all the food was a little too salty. We've visited this Taco Mac a few times since it opened, and I remember being genuinely excited to have one relatively close to home. They have a spacious parking lot--plenty of available spots, so parking should not be an issue. I remembered the first time I walked in here I said, "Oh!! This is a Real Taco Mac!" TVs everywhere, lots of seating, and everything looked spotless--it was brand new, after all. Although we've been here multiple times before, I'm just now getting around to writing a review. Our last visit was on a sunny, almost spring-like afternoon. We entered, greeted warmly and informed the host that we preferred to sit outside. He invited us to choose any open table on the patio, and we selected one with plenty of direct sunlight. This was our first time sitting on the patio, and I have to say, it's a nice size with four or five TVs out there as well--great for catching games in nice weather. Our server arrived shortly and took our beer orders: Wifey went with a SweetWater lager, and I opted for a Founders hazy IPA. Don't forget to sign up for their Brewniversity program where you can accumulate points for all the different beers you order. The beers took a little while but eventually arrived, and we went ahead and placed our food orders.I ordered 10 wings--half honey habanero, half lemon pepper, all drums--with a side of coleslaw. Wifey got 10 lemon pepper wings with a side of honey Brussels sprouts. After a bit of a wait, our server came by to check in, and we mentioned that the food hadn't arrived yet. They went to follow up, and shortly after, our meals came out.I started with the lemon pepper wings, which were solid. But when I bit into one of the honey habanero wings, it looked undercooked--reddish inside--and was also cold. I checked the others, and they were all cold too. I let our server know, who quickly brought it to the manager's attention. Our server brought out five fresh honey habanero wings, which were much better. Wifey noted that her honey brussels sprouts didn't have much, if any, honey flavor. Again, the manager stepped in and brought a ramekin of honey to add on the side. We've noticed that the food can be hit or miss. The staff has always been apologetic and accommodating when issues arise, which we do appreciate, but the inconsistency from the kitchen is hard to overlook. That said, we'll definitely be back for the beer selection and the abundance of TVs--especially when football season rolls around. We just hope they get the kitchen kinks worked out by then. P.S. We just went back again yesterday and sat outside and had a great experience with our server Tae. Thanks to him and the manager who came and checked on us two times unprovoked, I'm gonna change my rating from a 3.5 to 4. I tried Taco Mac in Atlanta and it was pretty good. Me and my boyfriend wanred to try something new, and while he was satisfied for his first time I was slightly disappointed. We started with the Jalapeño Cheddar Egg Rolls I believe. My boyfriends choice not mine.. and it was disappointing. It was filled to the brim with cream cheese, so much so... I could hardly find bacon. For main course I had a 10 pc wing, half Honey Chiptole and half Asian Sweet Heat. As someone who enjoys wings... I definitely was left a little disappointed with the flavors. They were a tad lack luster. The blue cheese was also very thick. But the wing itself was not terrible... My boyfriend had shrimp tacos which he thoroughly enjoyed! I didnt even get a chance to try. For sides he had tater tots which were great, and I had fried pickles which were a bit on the salty side but very thin and crunchy! Not a bad place to eat at all. If I do return I will just make different eating choices. The service was great! I personally knew my server, but when we walked in we were just awkwardly standing there but we were served sooner than later. The bathrooms were a tad dirty, but the main place was VERY clean! Been to this location 3 times and it's always a HIT! Nice addition to Rockdale County though it's kinda hidden behind Lowe's so I still don't think everyone knows about it. The wings are to LIVE FOR! My daughter swears by the brisket tacos and my some has an acquired taste for brisket as a fairly new others and their brisket burger was a hit. These A-holes twice just tried to tell me that their RED-colored hot honey mustard wing sauce was intended to be pure ghost pepper with no trace whatsoever of honey mustard flavor. We have been to this location 5 different times. Everytime the food takes an extremely long time to come out(Wings, Fries). Generally 45 to 60 min after ordering. We never receive the correct order, sides are mixed up, sides never come out... We spoke with the manager and she stated they are prioritizing online orders over in store customers. I ordered the slaw but got fries instead (sort of cold and not crispy) and each time the server came around and I reminded her that I wanted the slaw she would say yes OK and then when I finally got it, it literally had zero flavor. The fried pickles, which are already salty in and of themselves, were doused in salt, so almost inedible. My friend's chicken wings were dry and not crispy. Then the server spilled an entire soda all over me, and while that's OK and it happens, there should've been some sort of a comp on my bill for it and there wasn't. I would have happily paid a tip based on the full value of the meal, but it just didn't really seem to matter. I also asked if they could put a splash of cranberry juice in my ginger ale and they said that they weren't allowed to. Kind of ridiculous. Called before opening to confirm I could watch the F1 race even though it was a nfl Sunday. Falcons played early so just need one tv. Arrive 10 min after opening ask where I can sit to watch the race (50 min before the race and since espn and youtubetv are fighting I can watch at home). Go to one end of the bar after consulting the bartenders to place myself where I can see the thing I'm there to watch without screwing up the nfl experience for others. NFL games start at 1 and all tvs are changed to the games. Race is gone. Probably should have communicated better. Upon calling back to express the issues i was told the TVs change automatically (something management probably should know) and I should have communicated AGAIN the only reason I was there. We often do TacoMac takeout on Friday nights but here's our general experience; flavor is great, but we often get home and open our food to find our 3 tacos barely filled, and literally 7 or 8 chips. 2 out of 5 times our orders are incorrect, the staff are careless and seem only there for a paycheck and care little about the quality that goes out the door. Ultimately management is the problem: poor training, poor supervision, poor quality control. But it really sucks to pick up dinner on a Friday night only to get home and either have an incorrect order, or such a minimal amount of food that we are hungry for something more substantial afterwards. Not to mention the $40 bucks we pay for 3 tiny, barely filled tacos and 8 tortilla chips. read more

Went in twice in two days. The first day was for lunch. Our server was very good and very attentive. The food was good as always and this newer location was very nice. The next day we went in for drinks and appetizers. We were seated quickly- but no one came to our table for 12min. A server came by and said it would be just a minute. That server finished up serving a table and stood near us- just staring. Not really sure why- and never came back to us. After another 7min (20min total), we considered leaving. Luckily, some spots opens at the bar - so we moved there. I kept watch and saw the same server clear the table... so no clue why they didn't want to serve us. We almost left over it. That said, the bartender was very cool and very attentive to our needs. We should have just come straight to the bar. If TMAC management sees this- you should remind your serving staff that you don't get tips for not taking tables. And had that server taken our table after 20min of ignoring us, I'm not sure the tip would have been that great.
