Went to late lunch/ early dinner at Taco Mac. It wasn't busy when we went which is cool. Noise level was low. I was informed they were out of a few of the beers I was interested in so I opted for an old faithful option. For food, I got 10 original wings with 2 flavors! Asian Sweet Heat and I believe Chili Mango. Great picks. My friend got the Salmon plate with an extra side of Brussels sprouts. And we also had an order of the Butterscotch Cronuts! Boy has this place took a turn for the worse. The ambiance and TV's are still great. The food would be great, if the workers actually cared about it. Does the owner/manager still read these reviews. The last two times we got our food to-go. The order was wrong. Not like one thing was wrong, it was multiple things. Missing fries, drums instead of flats, flats instead of mix wings. Who you got back there reading the tickets?? They gotta have dyslexia or something, because the confusion is extremely overwhelming. It depends the day. Some days service is great some days it can be pretty slow. You will have a lot of options for beers and of course wings and I do think it's a good place to grab something simple to eat while watching a game. Parking can be a little bit out a headache depending on when you show up but for the most part they do well sitting people quickly once you park. read more

Saturday night late hours were appreciated. There was a 30 minute wait because there were not enough servers. Once seated, our server was wonderful. She arrived immediately to take our drink order and provide me us and to answer any questions. The trio appetizer was fresh and delicious. Just enough for our party of 3. Our food was delivered quicker than expected. Everything was beautiful to the eyes. The flavors were good. The shrimp on my salad was cooked perfectly. I loved Taco Mac in PTC our go to spot for all sports and group gatherings. No longer living in GA i was happy to see Taco Mac near my destination hotel. I craved a high gravity 8 oz beer, amazing wedge salad with blue cheese and hot fresh wings. No beer under 16 ounces only high gravity was IPA beers, menu cut in half maybe more no more wedge salad. Wings what you are know for so how did they come out cold? Fresh never frozen cooked to order we all know it takes 12 minutes and when busy you are busy we wait for the wings and they are steaming hot burn your fingers with the amazing hot sauce smell permeating. I'm going to see a review on this location here on the maps that the iPhones have it shows a bunch of beautiful pictures but why doesn't it show pictures of the food the main thing while you're going there not the atmosphere not any of that there's about maybe six pictures of food on there but the rest of the building the building I'm in front of it now it ain't no spectacular thing so why they show dozens of pictures of the building but not the food maybe like five or six pictures of nachos we want to see tacos what it's called you don't see nothing so that's what I think of this place. Not traditional ranch...way too thin and the corn meal was seasoned in a way that completely ruined the flavor of the pickle. Need to change that recipe. Love the atmosphere here. It is a great spot to watch your favorite sporting event. For the place to be intimate in size, they had an enormous amount of tv's. Drinks were tasty. Well blended and not too strong. Food was decent. The flavor of the wings were really good just wish they were a little bigger. Service was ok. Great food! Wings are crispy, tender and delicious! The burgers are amazing and you can get fries or tater tots!! The finale...sea salt caramel cronuts...sinful and worth it!! I'm a fan of this chain due to my experience at the Stockbridge location that is now closed. I expected a great experience, but that wasn't the case. I ordered the wings and sweet potato fries that came out cold after an extended wait to even be acknowledged to take my order. 2 of 4 people in my party had cold food so we had to wait for the food to be recooked. Management was apolitical and the food did come out hot the second time. The wings had great flavor and the fish plate was heavily seasoned to the point of someone not even finishing their food. Train wreck Nachos, indeed. They were aptly named. We were able to overlook the slow service, despite many empty tables (nobody wants to work anymore... right?). We ordered the pretzel bites and the cheese was tasteless and had the consistency of water. I had concern, as I ordered the train wreck nachos and didn't want that watery cheese on my nachos. The concept of the meal is good: all the things you love on your nachos in a bowl, served with chips for dipping. The execution was lacking horribly. The mixture not only looked like something the "day after" it was also completely tasteless. The salsa tasted more like ketchup than anything zesty or fresh. The server was either inexperienced or had too many tables, or both. She was sweet, but we had to ask for everything at least twice, including placing our order. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! The service was good. The drinks are strong and worth every dime. The traditional chicken wings were cooked perfectly! They were well done and the blue cheese sauce we ordered alongside the wings was nice and chunky just how I like it. The vegetables (celery and carrots) were fresh and crunchy. The spinach dip was amazing! Piping hot and so fresh as well as savory. It didn't taste like cream cheese and spinach but instead a well- made dip. I 100% would return. I like the decor, it's as if Buffalo Wild Wings and Applebees combined to create Tacomac's. It's different, but, still has the traditional sports bar feel with a modern decorum and twist. The spice levels on the menu were accurate in my opinion and the staff was very knowledgeable on it. The cleanliness of the Resturaunt was great! The tables and seats were clean, and I did not witness any unsanitary or inappropriate behavior from staff. My only "negative" opinion would be the bathrooms. While it wasn't filthy, the stalls themselves are very dark and hard to see in. I would recommend different lighting or a change in bulbs possibly. I prefer a well lit bathroom. It's harder to see what needs to be cleaned in a dark bathroom too. To finalize, I highly recommend this Resturaunt. Great food, great decor and an awesome place to grab a drink. Cheers! read more

Excellent server waiting on a group of 8 on the patio. The food however was just average. The worst thing is having to scan the menu for the beer list is annoying to say the least .
