Came here again, because I was in the area. I ordered my FAVORITE, the TACO BURGER. It was very good and generous in size. Then, I turned around and also ordered a chicken enchilada platter! I really didn't need all that food! But I remember from YEARS ago, that their enchilada platters were pretty good and that the "other" fast food taco place (that has the chihuahua) doesn't have these. The chicken enchilada platter was "regular restaurant" quality. The enchilada and the chicken tasted very fresh! I was not fond of the rice, but in their defense, I had some sinus issues and I believe it affected my taste buds. I think the reason I ordered a taco burger and the enchilada platter was to say "neener neener" to the "other" taco fast food chain (the one with the chihuahua). Not that they saw me or heard me..... but I believe the "other" taco chain does not serve enchilada platters! So, to me, Taco Time way beats the "chihuahua" place. On the other hand, there is another fast food taco chain that has "del" in their name. I've been to one of those and they are pretty good, too! So, between Taco Time and "taco with del in their name," it's a toss-up. But both are way better than the chihuahua. Came here in a rental car. read more

We don't have Taco Time in our neck of the woods. I first heard of this chain on an episode of Bridezillas (seriously. haha) and felt compelled to give it a go, when we spotted this location on a drive down from Seattle. We only tried the crisp burritos and their weird tater tots with cheese. The pinto bean crisp burrito is inedible (really dry and nasty) but the chicken one is alright. The tater tots were super greasy and gross. I'd probably give this place another chance, if I was back up this way, but I don't think I'd go for any of those items. Del Taco is definitely better, based on what we've tried here so far. read more

I like Taco time so much better than Taco Bell by far. I'm not going to give it more than 3 stars because it is a fast food joint but it is still very tasty. I like how they give you sour cream, Hot sauce, pico de Gallio, etc for FREE. I love how they also have the all flavor soda machine. read more

Horrible service!! The ASSISTANT manager Danielle was very poor by meeting expectations of an order the store has messed up not only ONCE , but TWICE ! We ordered two natural soft taco meals with no Tomato's , and yet they put no meat in one burrito then tried to over stuff the other with more beans than MEAT in the second burrito . We called to explain and at first she was only trying to replace ONE MEAL and give us no refund ! I was appalled the fact we came there prior to our LAST order having hair in it last time we came in that she would even be negotiating with us on our needs , especially paying a nice amount of money for the food. She was very argumentative and got upset that we had ask for two simple crisp burritos instead of the natural soft burritos saying "oh that's not what we agreed with over the phone" At that moment I just wanted my money back and left. We just made a quick stop during our long trip down I-5. There was a mixup with our order. The staff handled the situation promptly and with grace. We were delivered fresh, delicious food and they gave the kids free cookies. I can not say enough about the staff, they were all friendly and full of smiles. I have always liked Taco Time. Their hot sauce is what makes the meal. Went through the drive through. Asked for hot sauce with my order, then asked again when i paid at the window. I got back to work to eat and guess what? NO hot sauce. Very disappointing. Very consistent. That is a good thing when thinking about fast food. Also very fresh tasting for the items I have tried. Time to get food could be awhile but have patience. I noticed yesterday that when I want a quick lunch, taco time is the first place I think of. It's fast food, but it's not heavy and greasy and the toppings are always fresh so I can't really ask for more out of a quick lunch. It's the workers that make the place nice. It's rare in this area to find people so happy at their job, but legit the last 6-7 times I've driven away thinking "damn, that person at the counter was really in a good mood" or "that drive thru person was on point again" and it's always different crew. Locally grown produce helps to ensure it's not GMO. If you dine inside the chips and salsa are all you can eat. I must admit the food is not very good but at least it's on the healthier side for fast food. read more

I only tried Taco Time when I moved up here to WA from CA...I was instantly hooked!! Del Taco and Taco Bell has nothing on this place. It by far is the best fast food Mexican cuisine EVER, that I've had. The facility is always nice and clean. The kitchen is quite open and simple so you can see your food being freshly made when you dine-in...And the special sauce is THE best top off to any meal!! It's spicy but mild enough to enjoy!!! The crunchy beef tacos taste nothing like when you make them at home. Home taste much much better, so that was an issue for me. I will never get a crispy beef taco here again! I won't we getting anything beef here again. However, the classic chicken burritos are decent. They are big and hearty. The chicken caesar burrito is bland. Yes it is fresh, but I couldn't taste any Caesar at all. All in all I give this place a 3 for average. Definitely better than Taco Bell, but most certainly not Baja Fresh or Chipotle. read more

I normally love Taco Time, but today this location disappointed me. I placed a to go order inside the store and when I left my order was wrong. Understanding that mistakes are made, I went back through the drive thru to get the correct item. They gave me the correct item and asked for the other item in return because it was really important that he get the other item back. I had no problem giving him the item until I watched him throw it directly in the trash. What a waste and what a disappointment. I am sure I could have found someone to eat that item, but instead it was thrown in the trash. read more

We eat at this location every once in awhile and have always found it to be satisfying. Today was a different story. We did the drive-thru for lunch today and ate when we got back home. Tostada Salad (beef) : little beef and little taste Taco Salad (beef) : flavorful, but mostly lettuce with small portion of beef Crispy Beef Burrito : One of my old-time standbys, was almost unidentifiable as far as what was in it. It was lukewarm, crispy on the end, and creamy "something" in the middle. I honestly could not tell if it was meat or beans. I took a bite from each end and fed the rest to my dog. My last experience at Taco Time has left me with a tooth ache from the plastic pieces found in my Chicken Cesar Salad that I bit into while I was eating and swallowed particles of plastic pieces that scraped on the way down giving me a gut ache for three days. If I didn't have a tooth ache and have to go to a dentist I might be a nicer person. Taco Time probably needs to do a recall on their romaine lettuce or their chicken or figure out which employee has a grudge against them and wants to hurt their customers. I would not recommend eating here. For my lunch I ordered the chicken habanero burrito. The burrito was seasoned mostly with habanero flavored Tabasco. I happen to despise all Tabasco products. The salsa on the side had a tomato base as you'd expect, but tasted like it had solely been season with Tabasco... Which I hate. I had the opportunity to try other items that my fellow lunch goes ordered. Sometimes a menu will have a dud, not a huge deal. The veggie burrito that I tried was not good. It fell short with the lack of ingenuity. A bean and cheese burrito with a raw salad mix(iceberg, cabbage, carrots, celery) is a sad excuse for a "veggie" burrito. The fried burrito doesn't quite qualify either. It's size compared to the other burritos, was approximately half. Not to mention the indistinguishable paste it was filled with and greasy exterior. That's pretty lame. The only saving grace were the tots. Even though we had asked for ketchup, there was none to be found. My only dunking option was my Tabasco salsa, which will never again touch these lips. All in all, the highlight of my meal was my root beer. I really read more

Sorry been to Taco Time it was my go-to place on my days off get my Taco Time and go watch Netflix however I usually order the crisp burritos so I get home how about my bag I am so ready and my burritos are undercooked they are so light in color and not even the least bit hot I was beyond disappointed and this happened about 4 months ago so I called and the manager didn't even care that the temperature wasn't right she wasn't like I will definitely look into that she just simply asked me for my phone number and whatever information she needed so she can give me a free burrito next time I was unimpressed so being bothered by it I called back and asked to speak to another manager and let her know that the lady was very short with me and I really didn't appreciate the fact that she just wanted to give me some free food and hang up why would I want to come back for another cold burrito so the lady tells me that she'll check the temperature on the fryers well the thing is is your bank account with these fryers all day long how about check the cooks making sure we have some thermometers and place making sure that your cooks are not pulling these items up sooner than they should be so I don't go back because I'm not going to have another cold burrito and I clearly don't like being short talked and not listen to about a guest complaint if you have a manager running your company and they are clearly not knowledgeable about food safety that doesn't make me feel comfortable to come and eat there eating undercooked process food can also cause e-coli these things need to be taken serious and if a guest is or was upset as I was the store manager or somebody higher up should be contacting the guest I do not appreciate how it was handled so I waited this for months and my daughter went there and she called me and said Mom do you want something from Taco Time I gave her my complaint but I had her bring me a crisp burrito anyways and guess what money down the drain the burrito was the same way I had it last time however I called again to let them know wanted my four digits of my phone number and they wanted to give me another burrito go figure not happy and won't be returning one more thing the customer service from going through the drive-thru what's good however I know they're in a hurry but they have a new guy on the drive-thru and he reviews your order back with you however I think you should be an Auctioneer because he speaks that fast I think the people on the drive shift through should take that into consideration or be trained a little better on that cuz we have to actually understand what are the repeating and if they're talking 90 miles an hour no point in even repeating it so let's do it right the first time hope things get better for Taco Time read more

I have gone to this location several times and always enjoyed it, but i just went through the drive thru and have never dealt with someone so rude in my life. He was talking very rude the whole time and then when we finally got to the window we asked for another container of salsa for our salads and he looked at as like we were crazy and said weve already given you enough. Then he stops rolls his eyes and says "let me get that for you" very sarcastic and rude and uncalled for. Also id like to point out that he looked very unprofessional, his hair looked like he just doesnt care at all and ive worked for taco time nw for 2 years and appearance like that was never acceptable.
