Service: Top-notch and elegant. Flavor: To be completely honest, the flavor profile here differs vastly from what you find in Asia. I've conversed with many chefs, and there is no "secret recipe." Every single one of them told me: "Just use a heavy hand with the seasoning, and it will taste good." Broccoli: Cut into perfectly uniform sizes, making the presentation look exceptionally clean. It's stir-fried with large garlic slices to release the aroma, resulting in a relatively light flavor profile. Xiaolongbao (Soup Dumplings): Packed with rich broth, and the dough wrappers have a pleasantly chewy texture, though the flavor itself is remarkably bland. Shumai & Steamed Cod Dumplings: Both suffer from the exact same issue of being under-seasoned, though the portion sizes are quite generous. The dough had an aftertaste that was similar to something chemical like. The filling was OK but I couldn't get past that chemical taste. The rice dish with bean sprouts that I ordered, I can't remember the name, came with hair in it. Luckily they were able to send it back and give me a new one. My friend felt pretty eh about her meal as well. Great service though. The staff are amazing. Welcoming, friendly and kind. Server didn't give us a hard time about returning the food.
