I love that they offer Buche and Tripas as these are not commonly offered. I also highly recommend the Cabeza and Al Pastor here. At $2 per taco, it is a steal for the quality and quantity. I wasn't a fan of their salsas, but I am happy with the radishes and lime wedges available at the self-serve station to go with my tacos.
