What a great place! We really enjoyed our time eating here. The food was super good. I especially like their rice bowls. Also, they had really good service! All of the employees there were so kind and helpful. And, the inside was super clean! Bathrooms were clean too. I would also like to add that the staff there gave us a free side of chicken. (It was small) but still, very kind act from them. I'm definitely coming here again and I highly recommend this place if you want some quality Mexican food.

My dad and I got takeout from here for the first time. I got the chicken quesadilla and my dad got the half order of their nachos with beef. The half order of nachos was more than enough for his dinner and my chicken quesadilla was really good. It was a little greasy, but the flavor of the chicken and the size of the quesadilla was large. It was a great price for the amount of food and the food was very fresh and very tasty. The only thing I was not a fan of was the cheesy rice it was not for me. When I was there, I saw all the tacos they were making. They looked huge and really good and now I cannot wait to go back and try some tacos. They donate a meal every time you buy a meal and I love that and this is definitely a place I look forward to going back to. The restaurant was a good size but they had a big group come in right before me so I did have to wait 20 minutes for my To Go order but the guy let me know they were running behind because of the large group that came in. Also, it looked very very clean.

This was my second time eating at this establishment thinking it will get better. It doesn't. Queso is never hot, always lukewarm warm (maybe that's how it's always served). I guess I'm used to queso always being hot at other restaurants. It didn't taste good. We took it home hoping someone else would eat it. Taco was decent, meat was kind of cold. The side of cream corn was the best thing there. This is my third time trying this restaurant (tried one in another city) and it never gets any better.

This place is like the Chick-fil-A of taco restaurants... the food is such high quality, and the morale behind the restaurant giving food to underprivileged kids in other countries is really beautiful. The restaurant is always clean, and we took our puppy there tonight to be greeted by the friendliest staff who brought her water and even a cup of chicken for her to eat while we enjoyed our meal. The tacos, chips, queso, sides -- all of it is always exceptional! Special shoutout to Austin and thank you to the awesome staff!! We love recommending Tacos4Life to everybody we know!

Absolutely delicious! The Mexican street corn is easily one of my favorite things about this place, and the tacos are also wonderful. Service is super speedy and efficient. The ambiance of the restaurant is also great and I love knowing they donate to a good cause. Only complaint is I wish the portion sizes were a little bit bigger, but still love this overall!

Just had Taco's 4 Life for the very 1st time. Went through the drive thru and was pleasantly greeted by Justine who offered free sopapilla's because we'd never eaten there before. Justine was super friendly and knowledgeable in explaining Tacos 4 Life's mission. If you don't know go find out. The food is really good and I think I just found a new favorite salad!

So good! We got the one taco combo. Love the Mexican cream corn and the chicken bacon ranch taco! We also tried the sopapillas, they were ok, not a huge fan.

Mahi on the right, grilled chicken mango habanero on left. SO fresh and delicious! Amazing service from Kali!

Service was spot on throughout the entire night. We started with the deviled eggs, half plain and half Chef's Choice. The Chef's Choice were the best, drizzled with chili crisp (or pickled Szechuan peppercorns) and topped with a tiny gherkin and fresh dill. The soup of the day was a cabbage and radish soup. It was interesting and very homey but I wish I had ordered the salad. I had the Novarro Farm sweet Potato Gnocchi (kale and pecan pesto, Birch Bottom Farm Georgia candy roaster, fresh chevre). I was a little hesitant about the kale pesto but should NOT have been. This dish was delicious--great garlic flavor. Would order again. The burger looked amazing and while The Hubs said it was good, he also said it needed some more spice. They had a couple of rotating beers from Heirloom--a Mexican Lager and an Italian Pilsner. I had the Water Lily cocktail, their take on an Aviation. Order it just because it's beautiful (and refreshing). The photo does not depict the deep color of it. I asked what other gin based cocktails they had on their menu. They didn't but the server/bartender offered to make me a Bee's Knees for the second round. It was delicious! The atmosphere here is casual but the food is elevated. I kept thinking this is what a French bistro would be like inside. I want to come back and shop the market. Oh, and the apple pie was excellent as well!

They definitely have their own twist on things. The sweet potatoes were good but a little heavy on the nutmeg. They tasted like a mix of apple and pumpkin pie. The mac and cheese was really creamy. I really liked the horseradish coleslaw. I'm not a big fan of collard greens but I still tried them and actually thought they were pretty good. For our mains, two of us had the brisket and one had ribs. Both were super good. There were 4 different sauces. I recommend trying them all. I wanted to try the sausage but they were sold out. I guess you need to get there earlier than an hour before they closed. We finished with a couple desserts. The banana pudding was probably the best I've had. Their seasonal cobbler was blueberry and very tasty! I was hoping for peach. Maybe next time. Yes there will definitely be a next time. It was a lot of food so we had plenty left over that ate for lunch the next day. The atmosphere is super friendly and really clean. Like most barbecue places I've been to there is no table service. You order and pay at the counter. Then depending on how busy they are they will bring your food to your table or have you pick up at the counter. For me the cherry on top is their pay it forward meal. For $15 you can buy a meal for someone in need. They hand you a receipt that you pin to a board. Then when someone needs a meal they can go in and grab one off the board. They offer them their lunch special. While I was there I saw a very grateful individual come in and get a meal. The staff were super nice and treated them just like any other customer. Great food! Great service! Great value! Do yourself a favor and try this place!

Located downtown, parking appears to be mostly street parking--I didn't notice a dedicated lot nearby. Inside, the restaurant is long and narrow with bar seating, hanging plants, and an open wood-fire grill that immediately sets the vibe. We sat in the back room, which is darker and not quite as charming as the main dining area. It was also verrrry warm. When we mentioned it, our waiter's sarcastic comment about it being hot outside caught us a little off guard, but thankfully it did seem to cool down afterward. Now THE FOOD. The fire-roasted carrots with whipped tahini were unreal. Tender without being mushy, smoky, and absolutely packed with flavor. I ate most of the plate and regret nothing. The empanadas were buttery, soft and flaky with a chimichurri sauce I would've happily put on everything. My Campfire Atlantic Salmon was the star--perfectly cooked with this incredible smoky, citrusy flavor that carried through the whole plate. Even the kale had me excited, which feels like an accomplishment. The artichoke au gratin was creamy, loaded with artichokes, and had a great crunchy texture on top. Portions are generous enough that my dinner became lunch the next day. Our table also tried the filet, pasta, and another salmon. Everyone was happy. I sampled the crab-and-corn pasta--it was good, just not personally my thing. The filet was tender with a glaze my friend loved, although I'd probably order mine without it. We finished with the strawberry rhubarb cobbler + vanilla ice cream--tangy, sweet, warm, cold, crunchy, creamy...basically I didn't want to share. Service overall was attentive without hovering, plates disappeared quickly, and everyone's drinks were beautiful and well received. Bathrooms were clean and well-kept, too. When our server finally brought the salad, she told us, "I thought you wanted your appetizer first, and I have another table, so someone else is going to take care of you." A word of caution, it is extremely filling and with just the two of us I had to muster my self control to stop eating it. Our service was so helpful, informative and made conversation but not overly so. It was such a beautiful space with a delightful patio space and a market in the back with so much more than I imagined. Don't miss on opportunity to try Stone Horse nor the market. You will delighted you did!
