Hubby ordered the 2 Cheese Enchiladas and I got the Large Taco Plate (I chose Carnitas and Al Pastor). They were served alongside rice and beans. The beans were nice and runny with cheese melted over. Hubby really enjoyed his enchiladas...they looked good, too. I asked for no cilantro (not a fan), so they doubled down on the onions, I guess. So many onions, I could barely make out what was in my tacos...LOL! After getting rid of some of them, I dug in. The tortillas were a bit dense, so I ended up taking the meats out of them and mixing it up with the rice/beans. The Carnitas were very tender, as was the Al Pastor.
