Muy deliciosa! Very authentic Mexican street tacos with many varieties of offal. The pastor and lengua were really excellent. The spicy pork was not very spicy but the green salsa made up for that. Luckily they gave us extra sauce so I can dip chips in it at home - so good. You have a choice of eat in ( counter of the truck) or take out (the wall opposite the truck). And they sell true Mexican sodas, which are made with sugar instead of corn syrup (yuck). I recommend the grapefruit soda. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other taco offerings. read more

Best tacos I've ever had in New York City. I got the spicy pork one and I think that was the taco that had small pieces of pineapple. It was SO delicious and juicy!!! The tacos here are some of the best I had in my area. Got two tacos for about 3 dollars. Which is a very good price. It was my first time trying them and I decided to buy spicy pork tacos and chicken tacos. The tacos were pretty good. A little dry but didn't ruin the experience. I also didn't put on the sauce so it might of been on me. The meat was well spiced which was nice. Some of the places I have been to add no spices at all. This causes their tacos to be very bland. I like that they have authentic mexican cuts of meat like tripe, head and tongue. now that I know their tacos are good I will be trying one of the 3 meats I had mentioned before. read more

This is the best place to go to for a late night craving, also pretty popular. I've only had the tacos here and they are so reasonably priced! I don't need to spend more than $6 here to be full. The workers here are so nice and they are very well staffed with people taking tour orders from outside of the truck so you don't have to cram in and wait online. Excellent authentic Mexican tacos! But this truck is just...*sigh* OK so when I come back to my hometown of NYC, my days and nights are spent scheming for Tacos El Bronco time. I don't know what I did right in life, but this truck is 3 blocks from my in-laws and El Bronco II is 3 blocks from my parents in the Bronx. #heaven #gracias So during the days and nights I'm here, while the parents want to feed me, I'm planning missions like a SWAT team to get out and GET THE TACOS--al pastor and bistec are my favorite but you literally cannot go wrong. They put onion and cilantro on everything so let them know if you don't like those, and the hot sauce on the side is BOMB. After we eat, we discard the evidence, pop some gum or a mint and wipe our filthy mouths, and go back to home cooking like we didn't just have another Transformative Taco Experience. Get your tacos.
