The store has a small parking lot. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. I tried the fish tacos. They said it could he made fried or grilled to my amazement. I ordered mine grilled. I also tried shrimp quesadilla. The fish tacos were awesome! Piled with plenty of veggies. This will be my new fish taco spot. The quesadilla was also good. I usually go to the Duarte location, but decided to place a to go order here as it is actually a bit closer to my house. The lady taking the order on the phone was extremely slow, having to repeat myself several times and she still got it wrong when she read it back to me. She told me it would be 15 minutes, so I purposely took 45 to get there to ensure my order is ready when I arrive. She took another 10 minutes ringing everything up on the register then I proceeded to wait 10 minutes for my order just for her to realize that she forgot to charge me something. So happy to have a location closer to home for those $1.25 Fish Taco Tuesdays! This location took over the old Starbucks location. There's a parking lot and parking in front of the restaurant (careful when you open the door, the curb is high and uneven in some places). The food was consistent to the other locations, but instead of my 2 fish tacos and 2 potato tacos, I got 4 fish. Right now it's cash only, but I'm sure that will change as things get settled. There's very little space inside to eat, but a small shaded area on the side of the building outside, so you can bring your small pets! Looking forward to frequenting this place! read more

Ok so I want to be objective here... some people seem to be really up in arms due to a lack of customer service, Cc service charge or no free sauce. It's a hole in the wall type of place... so my expectations were low. A younger guy took our order and we got what we needed. He did ask cash or card... and appeared to use different registers depending on how you answered. But w/o reading any reviews I also figured there might be a service charge if I paid by credit card. So really not a big deal imo. Especially when any eatery could just factor that into their prices and ALWAYS add the additional into the cost of the food. I mean come on people, lighten up. Is ignorance truly bliss? Anyway... my first time here but I heard some good things from a few friends so we dropped in for lunch in Taco Tue. Apparently they have a special on Fish Tacos... and I'm not even that big into Mexican food, but I really thought they were really good... and on top of that I paid $10.50 for 7 (I mean doesn't del taco charge like $3.50/fish taco and they aren't nearly as good as these), $4 for 2 cans of soda... before tax and a $.49 service charge. So only $16.47 for lunch (for 2). As for sauce, I didn't need any more or ask for extra. But even fast food places sometimes charge for extra sauces. And hey... the onions and peppers were a nice FREE add-on. I mean could the front register people have been super outgoing and friendly? Sure but for my first visit I wouldn't say they were rude or unfriendly either. So for now I'm giving them a 5... I mean if I had experienced truly poor customer service maybe I would knock them down to a 4*... but the food and value were definitely 5* (at least on Tue so far). I mean they haven't claimed the Yelp business page, so I think they realize their reputation for food and value will win most people over and it probably works for them since it was pretty busy event around 2:30p. I love this place and usually get the fish tacos. Today I tried the nachos con carne with carne asada as the meat. They were a good portion size- big enough to share. But they weren't prepared as advertised on the menu. They are supposed to have pico de gallo salsa and guacamole. Instead I got some other red salsa that was too spicy for me and no guacamole, just a few slices of avocado. I wasn't really able to enjoy them because they were too spicy for me. They had dirt and were so gritty with sand I could not eat it after a few bites. It is an expensive item and it was wasted. The shrimp also had a strange texture - not fresh.
