My sandwich was very good, toasted, and messy. Really good. Potbelly is an order at the counter and they make your sandwich to order, and there are tables inside if you want to stay to eat. The colorful décor is general and also Sarasota specific. The staff was fine, not chatty but got the sandwich made properly. No complaints.
