Visited la Bufadora as a recommendation. We Ordered as a family for 4 people to go. The agua Fresca was delicious ! Only thing is we got guac and salsa for our tacos and it was uncomfortably spicy. We're Latino and eat salsa all the time I drench my food in salsa but putting a little bit in my tacos made them crazy spicy so I didn't put it on the rest of my tacos. Only guac. Come to find they must have spiked that guac with the same stuff they put in the salsa because it was almost just as spicy! Kids love guac so almost had a big problem if I didn't take a bite first! So disappointed I went first time to this location my daughter is vegetarian. I simply asked to put the meat on the side from the sope the lady "Aydee" cashier said it could not be done. Do not go to this restaurant. The interior of the place is just as cheap as the food. The customer service is horrible and in the an event of an injury they do not display a single ounce of concern for the customer. Please Read my story below. I was there for first time few days ago and there was water leaking from the roof right outside of the restroom. There was not wet floor sign and I slipped and fell really hard. It happened so quickly that I did not get a chance to brace myself at all. When the manager came out I had to ask him to call the paramedics to make sure I was okay, and instead they only called the owner. They never bothered to called an ambulance so my son had to call instead. Instead of apologizing and trying to make sure I was okay they simply grabbed a wet floor sign after the fact and put it near the water leak. They were more concerned about their liability and how the fall happened that they showed no human decency. I have absolutely every right to sue them for their negligence. I had to go to a chiropractor to repair injuries that happened in the fall out of my own pocket. For the moment I just want to warn people about this restaurant so that no one else gets hurt here. One of our favorite places for food. Completely authentic and outshines the majority of its many competitors in this area. They have really great weekly specials on their street tacos. Once you start eating here your will begin to crave it. They have no problem getting your order correct - EVERYTIME. I've stopped checking because most places require you to check everytime. The ONLY downside is that it seems when you order over the phone they don't start to make your order until you get there - which defeats the purpose. read more

Only reason why I didn't give then a five stars is because they have a $.50 charge for using a debit/credit card and you can't see the prices on anything on the menu! Only leaving 3 stars because the fish tacos were very good. Everything else was just meh. Ordered a torta special and it came with a bag of chips instead of fries. Also they put craft singles cheddar cheese in the torta instead of queso fresco/panela. Very different from the other Perris location. Food was just alright.. However they are extremely stingy and you have to pay for every last thing, example: no refills on horchata and no signs that indicate so. First time eating here. The shrimp taco was really good. The fish taco seemed tasteless. Was super hot inside the restaurant. They also had a dumb rule where you can only order one fish or crab meat tostada if you're ordering to go. What sense does that make. You can order multiple if you're sitting in that hot place but only one if you're leaving. Makes no sense. read more

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Honestly I have been here plenty of times and always had a good experience but this time around it wasn't that way and definitely won't be going back anymore. I'm all for customer service and think customer service should be key for ANY business but especially in the food industry, although to Tacos La Bufadora that doesn't seem to be the case. When I went in & paid $70 worth of food to feed my family of 5 you'd think they let you get a decent amount of salsa to feed a family of 5 instead of getting yelled at by the OWNER (or what she said to be the owner) all for getting COMPLIMENTARY salsa. I asked if they had a small cup for the salsa she then tries to charge me $3.75 for a tiny cup for the salsa which I then kindly proceeded to decline & decided I could get the salsa with the complimentary small ziplock bags they have to get the condiments. She then started to yell at me making a big scene in front of everyone in the restaurant for getting the salsa in the bag (which is something I've always done and has never been an issue when I order to go). Keep in mind there's not even a sign posted for what the bags are there for; they're simply just there to get the condiments. I then explained to her that I was getting it in the bag because I ordered food for 5 and she proceeds to yell and say "Do you expect me to feel bad for you?" along with many other rude comments. As a business owner you should not be screaming at your customers nor talking to them in that manner. She should have politely come and explain to me their rules or put up a sign saying that the bags are there for something else not yell at me as a paying customer and make a scene in front of everyone for getting COMPLIMENTARY SALSA. DEFINITELY NEVER going back there again. Five stars for the fish tacos alone. I have had another dish or 2, but it's all about that Wednesday fish taco special, which used to be $.99 cent but since I like them so much I'll pay a little extra now. Also this this one of the very few places where I actually eat the beans, sopes are good too. And I've had a side order of tacos dorado s de papa, very good! The only downside and not complaining, but some people may want to know that you are limited to one refill from the fountain drink. read more

Stopped here on our way to Temecula from Las Vegas to go wine tasting, so happy we found it. Google maps plotted the location by the Jack-in-the-Box but it is not. It is in the Cardenas shopping center. Husband had the shrimp burrito & I had the ceviche. Both were fresh & crisp. Do not leave without trying the seasoned chilies in the warmer by the salsa bar!!! I heard good stuff about La Bufadora, so I had to try. I am so glad I went, the fish tacos are amazing!! They have great flavor and right amount of crunchiness. The salsas they have are great as well. I placed my order over the phone (since we were driving from Bloomington and didn't know how busy they got). When we arrived and paid is when they started making our order (which I don't mind, rather have warm than cold food). They have excellent customer service, one of the girls told us about their Sunday special (shrimp Tacos), which I can't wait to go back and try. read more

This place is a surprise every other time you go to it! The first time I went, I got there famous fish tacos! I am not going to lie! It was really good. They were crispy and fresh! But the last two time I went, it was an epic fail! Soggy and over greasy! So today when I went, I decided to try something new! I wanted there carne asada burrito. I ask what was in the burrito. The lady said carne asada bean, rice, and cilantro. Personal I can't stand cilantro, and I don't like when rice is in my burrito. I think it take away the taste of the carne asada and it just a filler! So I asked that they put the rice on the side and no cilantro! She said ok and took our money. After about 5 or so minutes my babe's meal was ready I was still waiting for my mine. But then the lady said from across the room that sorry they said they can't put the rice on the side! This confused me. She said the owner feels that it's changing the menu. So I was offered either rice in the burrito, or out. I said ok, just put the rice in it! This personally, says they don't give a shit about customer service! What does it take to put a scoop of rice they put in the burrito, on the same plate as the burrito? Now she said this came from the owner! But no the owner did not come out to explain there position when I pressed. Not to mention the burrito when it did come, it had barely any carne asada as it appears on the picture of there menu! And the carne asada was filled with gristle and fat. But you bet there was plenty of beans and rice and the cilantro I asked not to be put on it! Needless to say, I had to post this as it will be the last time I walk in to this place and spend my hard earn money. I a believer in patronizing local business! THIS IS NOT HOW A MANAGER IS SUPPOSE TO ACT AND HOW TO MANAGE. Today I came in for a dinner meal and I was so surprise on what happen. A manager FAILED to be in charge and things got out of control. And instead of fixing the problem he makes MUCH MUCH WORSE by BROADCASTING IT IN THE WHOLE RESTAURANT. With all due respect, what kind of business are you to allow your customers know every little thing that goes on in your business like that. I have been in management for over 10 years. I have been a store manager for 5 different stores and faced all kinds of people. The store I am at now has a total of 20 employees and 2 departments. Combined my store makes over 40k a week. I rely on my people and they rely on me. Never have I acted in a poor professional matter in front of my employees and especially my customers. Customers are the ones that spread good things of your business, its the managers that make people like me to share our experiences like this one on these platforms. The employee looks fairly new. And since you don't like taking care of your employees, then I will. I went back and offered her a position and hope to hear from her soon. The last few years I have decided to truly support small business, let it be restaurants, clothing store, and mom and pop mechanic shops. You guys have failed in my opinion by having him as a manager and by the comments, its not the first time he acts like this. I prefer the restaurant next to you, Juan Pollo or even the Pizza Restaurant. I will no longer go there and neither will support your business. Came here for the first time and was very disappointed. The lady at the register was so rude. I had to tell her that she needed to calm down. Horrible service. I'm not sure why she even got upset to be honest. I was placing my order and I guess she couldn't comprehend what I was saying so her voice grew louder and louder and she was pointing at the board and repeating a different order loudly. All this had me confused as to why this lady is raising her voice at me and what language am I speaking that she can't comprehend? So, I'm confused because I'm ordering what's on the board and I'm looking at my partner like what doesn't she understand? So he had to literally speak very slow sp she could understand. I told her there's no reason to talk to customers like that and she shouldn't get mad if she can't comprehend that's not my fault and she said she wasn't mad and said it's loud that's why she WAS yelling. If I could get them 1/2 of a star I would. Establishment is not very clean. The portions are meager for the prices (and compared to the menu photos) they are skimpy with salsa and have a new policy about how they give it out every week, and the math on their menu is questionable at best (ex: it's cheaper to buy each combo item separately for some meals as opposed to purchasing the combo which was created to save the consumer). I will never patron this restaurant again and since Moreno Valley is not lacking Mexican food eateries I will search for a better place with higher standards, that cares about what their customers want. read more
