The quality, taste, freshness and authenticity of the seafood was impressive and top notch. If you're looking for 100% authentic Mexican seafood this is definitely the place to go. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and they were willing to work with me to get around my payment option limitations at the time. It's somewhat expensive but most definitely worth every dime. Sure! Here's a rephrased message: After visiting this seafood company, unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience. I was unhappy with the quality of the food as it tasted unappetizing and didn't seem authentic. To my surprise, the price was also high for the frozen seafood I received. Overall, I wouldn't recommend coming here as I found my experience to be extremely disappointing. Even the worst mariscos I have had tasted better in comparison to the one served. I hope this feedback helps the company to improve the quality of their food and services but it probably won't so please, get McDonald's if you can. Save money not worth it what so ever read more

To begin with, the windows are boarded up. We walked in and felt bad just turning around to walk out so we ordered anyway. The food isn't traditional. I'm not sure if that's what they're going for, but if you're looking for traditional Mexican food this isn't it. It's also very expensive we spent $80 for 2 beers and 2 plates of aguachiles. They served the aguachiles with saltines. The aguachiles were also in a creamy green sauce that just tasted like salt and avocado or something. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I've been here for takeout for my family a couple times now and we've been satisfied The roasted chicken is great, with whole beans, tortillas and salsa, it reminds me of El Pollo Loco in the old days. My partner prefers seafood, she gets the camarones. Fajitas come with a delicious mild red sauce. Since there is no menu posted, I'll just tell you , they have the normal burritos and tacos with all types of meat, plus great roasted chicken bbq'd outside the front door, and a variety of plate dinners including several different shrimp plates, cream, ranchero etc... $8-15 for lunch or dinner. Ceviche and Aguachiles were excessively salty, completely unedible. I ordered over the phone 2 coteles, 1 aguachile and a fish tostada. Both the aguachile and fish tostada were over salted to the point of gagging, the coctel was edible. I called to express my concern and the women who answered the phone was vulgar and attempted to argue with me to which I did not engage, She claimed she tasted the salsa in the aguachile and that I was lying she offered to replace it but I refused as that salsa she had a batch of was salty so it would be the same outcome, I offered to drive over but she kept refusing to refund me until ultimately I drove down. She did give me a refund for the aguachiles only and she deducted the 4 shrimp that she said I ate which I had no problem with, what I did have a problem with was with her over salted food which I believe is due to a preservative they put in their seafood to keep it "fresh" longer than they should, it's speculation but I have prepared these plates myself and home and for them to be that salty it absolutely has to be intentional. Her attitude was horrible she had no customer service skills because if she did I would've never shown up to return the food would've cared it a loss for me, I'm one to appreciate people working customer service as I worked teh field at one point myself, you really have to do something for me to escalate something to the point of driving back with the food. If management reads this I hope you train your employees in order to have a successful business. In conclusion at this point I do not recommend. read more

I had high hopes for this place thinking it would be a tasty restaurant with great food, but I was sadly wrong! The customer service was alright; our waiter was nice & of course none of this is her fault but first off the restaurant was so cold inside & literally had no heating at all, second the food was horrible...my husband got the enchiladas & he got four VERY small enchiladas with sour cream & a small salad on the side & that was it! No rice or beans at all & if you wanted that you'd have to pay extra, that to me is ridiculous. Then on top of that I got aguachiles & it was literally just 5 shrimps & didn't even come with tostadas. Smh, I regret spending money here because everything is overpriced & not worth it for the amount & taste they give you & don't be fooled by the pictures they have, it does not look like that anymore it's super run down. This is a phenomenal place to eat authentic, Oaxacan Mexican food. Huge portions at prices that feel like theft. Homemade tortillas (corn are the best). A juke box filled with country western songs (huh?). Small seating area, but it's clean and the service is prompt and friendly. The large numbers of seemingly single Latino men who eat at this joint after work made me suspicious it was truly authentic when I first encountered it. Then I dined there with a friend who lived in Oaxaca for 3 years. She fell into a state of blissful nostalgia that made her misty-eyed and prompted hours of Spanish speaking (luckily, I am fairly fluent and could follow her). Not to echo the previous review too much, but I too was looking for a Mexican restaurant that could rival some of the establishments that I frequented back in California. I moved to WA 6 months ago and tried various Mexican restaurants and did not have much luck finding one I particularly enjoyed. As fate would have it, last night it was recommended that I try this humble eatery and I was subsequently blown away. I'm from California and spoiled by all the good restaurants there. I got the Chile Colorado dinner plate. The meat was tender and very flavorful. The tacos were a little small but, very tasty. The salsa they serve with Chips is pretty plain needs more flavor. The food tastes like authentic Mexican food, they serve homemade tortillas which were delicious. Prices are a little high for the amount of food served. The actual establishment and dinner tables are pretty small. Music was too loud. read more

Hands down they have the best burrito, It is so huge and flavorful I can eat it for lunch and dinner!! It is a hole in the wall type place, but is very clean and friendly. Their prices are very decant. My work office loves getting our lunch from them, at least once a month if not two. read more

I didn't like this restaurant here is why first off when my family and I got here they didn't even give us a menu and then we were the ones that that had to ask to start ordering because they didn't even offer drinks or anything. The food was ok not impressed but they messed up a few orders ( my family). Usually you would think that they asked you if you needed more water or napkins but no they didn't ask at all. Los Reyes is the most authentic Mexican restaurant I have ever been to, including Olivera Street in Los Angeles. If you're looking for Tacos or Taco Salads this isn't the place. Their Menudo is outstanding as is everything on the menu especially their cactus and pork dish. I go here every chance I get. Their English is not very good so if you're trying to substitute something it will be an adventure. read more

The customer service is really, really poor. They need better training or better management. I ordered by phone and the person that was taking the order was irritated, or seemed bothered by the phone call. I get there and they have the sign on the door as closed. I called the number and the answer me but seconds later the hangup. So I don't understand what was going. Store hours are supposed to be from 10am to 9pm.
