I told him what he was doing was against the law and fraud and that he is lucky I didn't call the police. No one knows who is doing what at this company. Now they are Soliciting my door to discuss their invoice that was not correct. Professionalism is lacking and their practices are illegal. If this is the way you treat a disabled veteran, it's a wonder you're still in business.

They meticulously moved furniture to rip up the flooring and place the new flooring down. Dan even put floor protectors on the bottom of all furniture. An absolute amazing touch and really thoughtful piece of service. Truly above and beyond. The job was done as if it was their own home. I cannot recommend them enough. Actually a really good one since we ended up ordering a high table and swivel chairs from them. We were NOT in the market for them but they were really nice and price was great. Leroy was our sales person and was very helpful. Actually it seemed like he was very busy. We left a deposit for our custom set and then we received it a few weeks later. Leroy and another person dropped off the furniture. We wanted it on a high deck and he lifted the heavy pieces so I can have them in the exact spot I wanted them. He also made sure it did not get scratched on the way up. He then came up and make sure it was positioned in the exact spot I wanted it. he didn't mind moving it a few times until it was just right. I'm glad he did as the furniture is heavy and sturdy. We were so happy with the quality that my husband called the store (Leroy picked up) and ordered two Adirondack chairs with foot stools. The custom items were dropped off (Leroy again) and places in my unique high location. We are extremely happy with the service and the product. Next we want a large table that seats 8 with swivel chairs. I just need to convince hubby since it's an investment.
