You can see the Taibat in the dining area right you enter. Friendly staffs and great service! Food was amazingly delicious! They have hand made noodle which it was very fresh and chewy!! Dessert for the red bean bao was perfect choice. Sooo delicious!!! Must try!!!!!

We were delighted to find this Chinese Islamic or Uyghur place, and had an excellent experience. If you are interested in trying out something slightly adventurous or if you love lamb, this is the place to go. We dined in and brought a couple of items to go, and everything was delicious. What we enjoyed the most was the Lamb clay pot with pickled Napa cabbage, that used to our family's favorite but fewer and fewer place serves them in LA, we are happy to find them, and it was excellent. Tip: We asked them why they don't serve the soup with rice noodles like others, they said they could do to us (by request), they don't do it because the soup gets sucked dry quickly. Other dishes we especially like were the string beans, and cumin lamb. Dumplings and buns were good, too. The place is huge, good for parties. Service was friendly and helpful.

Hungry for some Halal food? Then try Taibat in the city of Artesia off of Artesia Blvd. & Pioneer Blvd. for some delicious Chinese cuisine! Located in a small shopping center with free parking and spots located in front of the restaurant, this is a great place for dine-in as well as take-out. We ordered the flat noodles with lamb which is one of their specialty dishes, honey walnut shrimp, beef with green onion, eggplant with basil ($15.99), beef pot stickers, and steamed white rice (served in individual rice bowls). Everything was good, my favorite was the honey walnut shrimp for it's distinctive batter and plump shrimp. There were free wonton strips/chips and dates provided prior to our meal, great way to prepare your stomach and taste buds for the tasty flavors of Taibat. Thank you to the servers for excellent service with such great hospitality, like a fine dining experience for an affordable price. Taibat is a tasteful place for Halal cooking at its finest, enjoy!

It's the month of Ramadan and during iftar time there is only one lady running around everywhere. There is no one at the register and she is struggling by herself. There is one man probably the Manager or the standing right in front of the entrance of the kitchen doing nothing. The server didn't even ask for the drink. Just horrible service. I would not recommend anyone to come here. The food taste great.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked into a empty restaurant. I came in earlier. I had friends coming to join me so I ordered some chive pancakes to start off so when they came, you'll be ready. They came in and took our order right away. Let me just say if you come very hungry and watch your food right away. This is definitely not the spot. But if you want Great tasting food then this definitely is a place for you! We ordered a whole bunch of different dishes from stews, rice, noodles, lamb and vegetables everything was full of flavor. The place was very clean and welcoming

Throwback to when dine-in Chinese food was king!…read more There's something special about walking into a place that reminds you of childhood, and this spot absolutely delivers. The service is consistently exceptional, but what keeps bringing me back are the generous family portions, quality food, and incredible value. For a date night, we ordered: Family Orange Chicken Family Beef & Broccoli Fried Rice Steamed Rice 1 Egg Roll 2 Fried Shrimp Hot Tea 2 Sprites Total: $33. With the cost of everything going up these days, finding a place where you can enjoy a great meal, leave satisfied, and not feel like you just emptied your wallet is becoming increasingly rare. And the portions? Huge. We actually had enough left over for lunch the next day, which makes that $33 feel like an even better deal. For me, this is what good neighborhood Chinese food should be: great service, generous portions, quality food, reasonable prices, and that nostalgic feeling that takes you right back to being a kid. Absolutely love this place. We'll definitely be back!

The fried rice is fresh, unlike the other place where its texture and taste was that of two day old left overs. We love their broccoli beef and orange chicken as well. I also like to get the cream cheese wontons but it's disappointing when they forget to include the sweet and sour sauce with it. I think I'll be skipping that add on bc they never seem to include it anymore. Hence the 4/5 stars.

She did not let me down as we walked in and noticed how truly authentic it was going to look. Chinese decor on the walls and boxes of restaurant supples in the corners. Just as it should be. The bonus was that they had a TV showing the NBA Finals when we arrived. Pretty nice touch and in the back of the restaurant so as not to distract everyone. We went with a couple of our favorite dishes to run along and the Chicken Lo Mein was pretty good. Crispy pieces of chicken and soft noodles and veggies to go with it. We chose to get Mongolian Beef and it was absolutely fantastic. Crispy celery, green onions and decent sized pieces of meat in a terrific sauce. I would love to try to replicate that. My wife wanted a shrimp dish so she ordered the honey walnut and it even looked good to me when they brought it. She loves egg rolls, so she got a four piece and said they were pretty good. My biggest wow of the visit was their vegetable fried rice. MY GOD. I dont know what they season or flavor it with, but every fork full of rice that i ate, it was this sense of flavor that reminded me of butter or something else. I really loved the sensation i experienced from this particular dish. I am really curious on what it actually is. I will definitely be ordering out or coming in for Chinese because that reminded of many other places that put out fantastic dishes.

To be honest, the fried rice was a nice way to break the monotony of just plain ole white rice. I'd you like a good value, the entrees are also proportionally very generous. I thought both were quite good. You get plenty of protein and each dish tasted exactly how you'd expect them to taste. Highly recommend L V if you're in the mood for good ole Chinese food.

We made sure to balance out the noodles with plenty of protein and vegetables, and everything we ordered turned out to be quite satisfying. Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce - Perfectly steamed with just the right amount of crunch. I love my vegetables with a little bite to them, and this was cooked just right. The oyster sauce added enough savory flavor without overpowering the broccoli. Beef Chow Fun with Soy Sauce (Dry Style) - A comforting plate of wide rice noodles and tender slices of beef. The noodles were seasoned nicely with a balanced amount of soy sauce--flavorful without being overly salty--and the beef was tender and satisfying. Definitely helped that we had plenty of protein and vegetables to go along with it! Baked Cube Steak, French Style - This was a pleasant surprise! Tender, peppered chunks of beef with sautéed onions made for a very satisfying bite. Simple, savory, and packed with flavor. Deep-Fried Tofu with Special Sauce - Loved the contrast of the crispy tofu with the flavorful sauce. I could swear I picked up a subtle hint of Chinese five-spice in the sauce, although I could be mistaken. Either way, the combination worked beautifully. The tofu had that wonderful crisp exterior while staying soft inside. We came in on a Friday before 6 PM, so there weren't many patrons yet. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and we were seated without much of a wait. One thing that stood out to me was the service. Compared with some of the other Chinese/Asian restaurants we've visited where the staff can sometimes seem a little rushed or unfriendly, the staff here seemed noticeably warmer and more pleasant. That definitely makes for a better dining experience. I would have loved to finish with their Hong Kong-style waffle for dessert, but unfortunately, we were told they no longer offer it. Maybe another dessert will have to make up for it next time! Overall, a satisfying dinner with flavorful dishes, good portions, and friendlier service. And yes, I feel like we managed to enjoy Chinese food while being a little more mindful of the carbs. Would definitely come back to try more dishes!
