2 item combo for $10? Holy yes. Food quality - better than panda Express. Portion - 2c more than Panda Express The food itself is not wow but it satisfies the stomach. I was fortunate enough to wait around to order the fresh Kung Pao chicken which was very good and mushroom chicken. Will likely try the orange chicken and shrimp in the future but definitely a repeat customer here. Support local business!

Wanted some chinese food and decided to try this place, food is pretty good maybe the rice can be a little better with flavor but, is not bad. Service was quick. The lady at the counter is very nice. Place is pretty clean. I would recommend if ur around and want some fast chinese food.

Chow Mien, Orange chicken, BBQ Pork

I been coming here since I was 16 years old. I used to live in the area. I still come all the way from East Long Beach to indulge in this nostalgic cuisine. I haven't been here in years but today it popped in our heads and we came down to relive the tasty remembrance of our past. To our surprise they ditched the cash only and finally accept cards. (with a 50 cent charge) The food is exactly how I remember it. The chow mien is so good. They use thick noodles and they don't just load it up with cabbage. The flavor of the noodles is amazing. The orange chicken is good too. I noticed it's dark meat instead of white meat. But that iconic flavor was still there. They have the best orange chicken ever. It's the sauce. I love this chicken because they put lots of sauce on top. The BBQ Pork is a staple here. It's strips of pork with a little fat and crispy edges. To my surprise I thought it would be dry like it was in the past, but not today, it was very moist and delicious. I notice the keep a dome cover over it. This makes a HUGE difference keeping the pork moist. All my years coming here, I never tried anything else. The Chow mien, Orange chicken, and BBQ Pork is the only thing you should be eating. I love this place. The food is that good. The portions are really good. 5 stars.

Spicy chicken breast with rice and chow mein

Food was really good. Rice could've been better. Didn't have too much flavor. But the spicy chicken breast was bomb. The chow mein was pretty damn good too. Service was really good. There was only one person working behind the counter. Said she got called in last minute, but she was apologetic, super nice, and getting shit done.

    Mongolian beef dish. Mostly onions

This was an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I ordered a large order one week in advance to be sure of it being ready. I couldn't believe it upon arriving to pick up my order, They started cooking it when I got there. One of the dishes was supposed to be Mongolian beef and it was fried onions with less than 20 pieces of sliced beef no larger than a quarter. The food was 45 minutes late getting out of the kitchen. My luncheon was ruined as I had a limited time to feed 30 people... There was no food for me to serve before my guests left. The food was made in such a rush that it was nasty. When I tried to talk to the owner she suddenly didn't know English, that she spoke perfectly fine when she was taking my order and money. I am very disappointed in this place! Never again,

I am craving fir orange chicken, found this place. Look at this!!First time in this place!!! Serving such gigantic portion!!!! TheGood for 2-3 people at least! And it's good! Unlike panda express! I paid $24 something with one order or fried cheese wonton!!! Server is really nice and attentive. I will back to this place! If you guys haven't tried, must come and try.

    5/11/22 Chicken with veggies

5/11/22 Tor the good number of times I've picked up food here, I thought for sure I've already written a review already. This Chinese fast food place is a good go-to for a quick bite. It's certainly not stellar but it'll surely satisfy your craving for chow mein, beef broccoli or orange chicken---for the most part, these are my usual go-tos. One can order a la carte but most customers take advantage of their combos. My 2 item combo cost less than $10 which is an amazing price for the amount of food they pack into the container. The ladies there are very generous when filling your plates/containers. Today, I ordered half chow mein & half fried rice with orange chicken & another chicken dish with veggies. The orange chicken is pretty good, it not as crunchy when I ste it because it took some time for me to get settled at home & open my to-go. It looked fairly fresh when I saw her scoop it into my container, even though it was about an hour before closing. The other chicken dish was also tasty, the celery & bell peppers were crunchy. I liked the fried rice & chow mein, good flavor. When you're in a hurry & want okay Chinese fast food, this place is fast & simple, affordable. Service is quick & nice enough. They a good thing going because this place has been here for as long as I could remember living in the area.

The food was not as fresh as I expected. They only gave me one soy sauce for a large plate. Not going back.

She did not let me down as we walked in and noticed how truly authentic it was going to look. Chinese decor on the walls and boxes of restaurant supples in the corners. Just as it should be. The bonus was that they had a TV showing the NBA Finals when we arrived. Pretty nice touch and in the back of the restaurant so as not to distract everyone. We went with a couple of our favorite dishes to run along and the Chicken Lo Mein was pretty good. Crispy pieces of chicken and soft noodles and veggies to go with it. We chose to get Mongolian Beef and it was absolutely fantastic. Crispy celery, green onions and decent sized pieces of meat in a terrific sauce. I would love to try to replicate that. My wife wanted a shrimp dish so she ordered the honey walnut and it even looked good to me when they brought it. She loves egg rolls, so she got a four piece and said they were pretty good. My biggest wow of the visit was their vegetable fried rice. MY GOD. I dont know what they season or flavor it with, but every fork full of rice that i ate, it was this sense of flavor that reminded me of butter or something else. I really loved the sensation i experienced from this particular dish. I am really curious on what it actually is. I will definitely be ordering out or coming in for Chinese because that reminded of many other places that put out fantastic dishes.

I lunched with a friend and shared two things: -moo shu chicken ($13.95) -salt & pepper tofu ($13.95) I've never had moo shu anything before and I am now a moo shu fan 4ever. Apparently the version here come pre-wrapped, but I didn't mind since I was a first timer. The wrapper functions a lot like a tortilla, but much more delicate. I like the mixture of chicken, wood ear mushrooms and cabbage maybe? Textually it's crunchy and I like that in the soft wrapper. The salt & pepper tofu is sautéed with jalapeños which give it a nice kick. It's not your classic version of the this dish because the tofu is cubed into bite sized pieces and tastes a little more peanut-y than salt and pepper-y, but I didn't mind it. It was great over white rice. L V is perfect for a quick Chinese fix. Lunch specials are just a bonus.

What I Ordered: Juicy Pork Dumplings ($11.99)…read morePan Fried Chinese Chives Pork Shrimp dumplings ($12.99) Wonton in Spicy Sauce ($11.50) Chicken Fried Rice ($12.99) Dry fried string bean ($13.50) Orange Chicken ($14.99) Kung Pao Shrimp ($18.99) Dan dan noodle ($13.99) Beef roll pancake ($12.99) Spring rolls ($3.50) Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba Food: The Pan Fried Chinese Chives Pork Shrimp Dumplings. I absolutely loved the crispy bottom layer because it added such a satisfying crunch to every bite. The inside stayed really juicy and flavorful with a good balance of pork, shrimp, and chives. The Juicy Pork Dumplings had soup inside, which was rich and savory. I've had soup dumplings before where the wrapper breaks apart too easily, but these held together nicely while still staying soft and delicate. The Wonton in Spicy Sauce was my personal favorite from the entire meal. The spicy sauce flavor was savory with a little sweetness. I'm typically not good with spice, so this is at a spice level that should be very manageable for everyone. I absolutely loved the spicy sauce, so I started putting it on everything. Definitely put the sauce on the chicken fried rice! The Chicken Fried Rice was a great dish to pair with everything else that we ordered. With several orders of entrees, a solid rice dish is a must order for any Chinese meal. The rice had a nice savory flavor that I enjoyed, and there was a generous amount of chicken mixed throughout the dish. I even asked the waitress if they do anything special with the fried rice because it tasted better than many other restaurants. It felt comforting and balanced compared to some of the heavier dishes. The Dry Fried String Beans were cooked perfectly with a slight crispness while still being tender. The garlic and seasoning gave them so much flavor that it honestly didn't even feel like I was eating vegetables. I do have to note that these were very much on the salty side, so if you don't like foods that are too salty, I would choose a different dish. The Orange Chicken was really crispy and juicy, which I appreciated because soggy orange chicken is always disappointing to me. The sauce had a nice citrus flavor while still keeping that classic sweet savory taste. The Spring Rolls were simple with vegetable filling on the inside with a crispy outside. I would try a different appetizer next time. The Kung Pao Shrimp was packed with flavor and had a really satisfying combination of textures. The shrimp were tender, and the peanuts added a great crunch to the dish. I thought the sauce had a really nice balance of spice and savoriness without becoming overwhelming. Another dish I really enjoyed was the Beef Roll Pancake. The pancake itself was nice and chewy throughout each bite. The sliced beef with green onions and sauce all wrapped together made every bite really flavorful and satisfying. For drinks, I ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba. I really liked that the jasmine tea flavor was noticeable instead of being overly sweet like some milk teas can be. The boba had a soft chewy texture, and the drink itself paired perfectly with the spicy and savory dishes from the meal. Staff: All of the staff members were quick and friendly Ambiance: Indoor seating only. A good amount of parking in the parking lot that is shared with other shops in the plaza.

I have liked everything I've tried, but I mainly love coming for their noodle soups! The noodle soups are really yum, very filling, and you can choose what type of noodle you want!! I believe they have knife cut, flat noodle, and a round noodle (?). But I personally really like flat or knife cut for the soups! Most recently I tried the chicken chow mein and it was good! Only thing is we ordered it spicy, and in all honesty it's really not spicy at all! Lol I would have preferred more of a kick, but that's just me maybe! The plates are shareable here which is really nice cause we can always try different things! One main thing I recommend is definitely the beef roll pancake!!! It's so sooo good! One of my fav things on the menu! The inside is clean. Not a super huge place, but I never have felt crammed or uncomfortable. Last time I went the girl helping us was so nice and attentive even when they were really busy!
