The conversation was loud enough that I could clearly hear it while sitting on the outdoor patio. While I understand that every job has its challenging moments, those conversations are best kept out of earshot of guests, as they can detract from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Aside from that, our visit was enjoyable, and that's the one area I would recommend improving.
