Ms. Tang, Ms. Hannah and the others are awesome at taking care of the little ones. They kept the kids well fed and happy, we never had any complaints or issues. We had no concerns ever, our son was happy to enter their facility everyday and that speaks volumes about the love, care and affection he received. All in all, we love the service and the value. They are the warmest, most genuinely loving caretakers I could have ever asked for, and they have created the absolute perfect environment for my girl. The growth we've seen in our daughter is incredible. Giggles has taught her so much! From foundational reading and writing to eating balanced meals. Most importantly, they've taught her how to communicate and navigate big feelings with other little ones. She used to be incredibly shy, but under their care, she has blossomed into a brave, confident girl who even participates in performances during their daycare gatherings! Speaking of gatherings, just AMAZING, they go above and beyond! Giggles doesn't just care for the children. They wrap the entire family in love. Because of this amazing environment, our daughter has made some of her very bestest friends, and we have met some of our closest parent friends here too. While it breaks my heart a little that we live in different areas of San Jose and will be heading to different elementary schools, the foundation we built at Giggles is so strong. I used to joke that on weekends his little bottom would turn red, but by Monday evening it would be magically fine again -- all thanks to how gently and carefully the teachers cared for him. I once asked the teacher what their secret was, and the teacher just smiled kindly and said they simply have set up a routine schedule for that, and sometimes this the little things that busy parents might sometimes miss. Now they're even helping him through potty training -- with the same patience and love. Even as a toddler, my son learned to care for the younger babies by watching how the teachers showed such love and patience every day. Ms. Anita, especially, cares for every child. She is so observant and attentive, and always keeps me updated about how my kids are doing and feeling. When our family went through a time of loss a few months ago, my son struggled with grief in ways I didn't expect.
