The chicken is pretty good. However, the seating and service need much improvement. I am currently in the back of the restaurant with my friend unable to leave because many people have arrived and have obstructed put way out. This was a really excellent meal. We ordered the chicken, the Jalea de Mariscos and the Takatis Ceviche. We loved everything. Picked up a dinner order for the family. Had to try the Lomo Saltado and it was delicious. The charbroiled chicken was great. Juicy and well seasoned. I had the fried yucca and plantain sides which were also delicious. The shrimp Chaufa was delicious as well. My two kids shared an order since it was such a generous portion. Their varied colored sauces range in intensity so I stuck with the green one. Added some inca colas to complete our orders. We'll eat here again. read more

Really enjoyed the food here. The papas a la huancaina were pretty good. I asked the server if the portion was enough to share and she said its only enough for one person so we ordered two. when the order came it was actually quite a huge portion and plenty to share. Good thing we were hungry and were able to finish both. I got the pollo a la brasa combo which was delicious. The chicken was very moist and perfectly seasoned. The portion was a bit small but I didn't really mind. The salad was whatever but the fries were good. The rest of my party got the lomo and chicken saltado and they liked it. We also got a sandwich that was amazing. I forgot what it was called but the bread was delicious and it had egg, fries, meat....pretty much a bit of everything. The reason for no fifth star is the service was pretty crappy. The server never came to check on us or fill our drinks or bring our bill until we flagged her down. Takatis was excellent today...the woman and I had a steak burrito and a half a chicken with beans and plantains, respectively (had to throw in the lawyer lingo). The meat and chicken are moist and delicious. The trio of sauces that they have are second to none. Inca Cola to wash it all down. I'm a changed man after today's meal. Came back recently and it was still delicious. My mouth started watering the moment I walked into the place. The side of yuca that I'd previously complained about being too small contained about 6-7 pieces, which was ample. No more complaints. The chicken is still amazing. Coriander is a dominant flavor. I was not impressed w the lomo. The meat was not very tender, and I feel the dish should have had a little more juice from the meat to toss in w all of the fries and onions.. It was so-so, I probably def would not order again.. Now the pollo was very tender and the flavor was delicious! If I were in the area and had someone to dine w, the whole chicken option is perfect and worth the cost. My major complaints are the lack of service and sour faces.. It really irks me when service is crappy and I'm a patron willing to help support your business.. The bill came to us and it was a little over $40.. I paid for something I didn't receive. I fell upon this place while looking on yelp for something to eat since I'm staying at a hotel for work. I ordered online and asked for delivery. They were fairly prompt with the order but when I received it I was missing an item and the sauce I reguested (since the tallarin verde seems to be a little on the dry side). I called back right away and the woman who answered seemed to be polite and and did apologize for the inconvenience and admitted that the person who put my order together did not include everything I ordered. I asked her to adjust the price because I was leaving tomorrow and had no time to go pick up what was forgotten. She seemed confused about the request and said she didn't know if she could do it. She then states she would try and call me back. Well, we are at 45 minutes from the time I called and I stilled haven't heard from her. I'm not so much disappointed in the food(although the noodles were a bit dry) but I am with the customer service. I do not believe you can not adjust a card transaction if the customer did not receive all they ordered regardless on what the item(s) are. Tip: If you can't help the customer on giving their money back at least call and let them know. read more
