On my last visit, I ordered a combo with carne guisada, and the girl serving me gave me the smallest two pieces of meat. I politely asked if that was the correct portion, and she said yes. The manager even agreed with her. I was honestly stunned. My husband even offered to buy me another order, but at that point I refused. It just didn't feel right to spend more money after that experience. It's sad because I really do love the food here, but the service and the way customers are treated just don't make it worth it. Unfortunately, this will be my last time coming to this location.
