She was able to get our vehicle in to be checked in 15 minutes. The mechanic diagnosed the problem ordered the part, cleaned the brake pads, replaced the part, and had us on our way in just 2 hours. I rented a Budget truck from this establishment last week to assist a friend in her move from NY to…read moreVA. We reserved a truck online, printed out our receipt, and brought it with us. The truck was available, picked it up with no problems, paid with a credit card, and left with a receipt that matched our confirmation from Budget. A few days later, after having dropped the truck off in Charlottesville with no issues, my credit card was charged $85 more than the receipt stated. I called Budget directly, and was kindly assisted by their customer service rep. From what I can gather, Grease Lightning was apparently overcharging me and keeping the difference! Budget is refunding the $85 to my card, with many apologies! Everyone please be diligent when renting from this establishment as they are dishonest!
