So I came to Valvoline on Colerain for help. They were very friendly and helpful. My tires in fact had not been checked and my fluids had not been topped off. I heard the manager call the other location and tell them I was the second person THAT DAY that didn't have their tire pressure checked or fluids checked. While I'm VERY dissatisfied and disappointed about what happened on Harrison Avenue, I'm grateful for the guys at the Colerain location for making things right.

I picked the cheaper option which was $12/wiper for a total cost of $24. Another employee changed the wipers while he got my payment. I didn't have to get out of my car at all and would certainly go back again!

There seemed to be a slow leak in one of our tires over the last month. Just as we were finishing, the valve stem on our tire broke. (Not the air machine's falt.) Luckily the service station was open. They got us in and out in about 30 minutes. My husband called where we originally purchased the tires. Their price to replace the part would have been about $5 less. The $5 was not worth the hassle of having the car towed, then waiting for it to be fixed. If they could fix it right away. The whole transaction was quick and easy. Inside is a waiting area with a t.v. and complimentary coffee. There is also a restroom near the the waiting area. Along with the free air, there are also two electric car charging stations. I am not sure if there is a fee for charging.

He was going crazy looking for the tires I had ordered. After about approx 30 minutes Glen had explained that the tires that were sent by the tire company were the wrong size. My order number T392018 (I had order AW-03 Advanta) the total that I paid online was $778.95. When Glen had reorder that tires it was under T391585. Advantage HPZ-02. The total was $676.59, which surprised me because I had said that I already paid an amount & it was taken out of my checking account since I used a debt card. So I asked Glen would I be reimbursed $102.36? Of course Glen couldn't answer. I asked if I should call the tires company myself. He gave me the phone number I called & was told they couldn't help me that it had to be AAA. A manage from Brick Car Care called me back 3 weeks later & said that they were working on getting me a reimbursement. It is now almost a month & a half & I'm stlll waiting. This is very unprofessional of them to take so long. I will never go there again. If I do not receive any type of reimbursement I will be canceling my AAA membership.

I did not believe that at first and I did not see any indication of any thing wrong with my tires, but I went along with what they said because they are the professionals. I picked my car up after the new tires were installed.. driving down harrison It had the same rattling at 40 mph. I called them irritated and said did you test drive this vehicle? They said they did which I dont believe. . long story short they said the problem is my drive train is worn out and I need a new one. they claim that two different problems were causing the vibration. the likelihood in my opinion of having two different issues causing the same problem is pretty much unbelievable the reality is they either misdiagnosed the problem or they are crooked. either way I don't want anything to do with them again. I bought four new tires at $862 which i believe were not needed. That they conveniently profited from.

I'm glad they check the lights. Some of the lights are tricky to replace and I wonder how well stocked they are. Either way, I'm glad they test because lights working correctly is a big safety issue. One issue I really don't like is they put on the sticker that recommends oil change after 3,000 miles. Most cars manufactures spec out a higher amount. It's not honest and for people like my wife wouldn't know any better.

So I missed a day of work which included 2 hours of mandatory overtime.
