Good service, good products, doesn't take you too long but they are expensive. Maybe the cost of getting you oil change is more than I think it should be but I never get out for less than $115 with a coupon. The expected upsell isn't too pushy. I'm glad they check the lights. Some of the lights are tricky to replace and I wonder how well stocked they are. Either way, I'm glad they test because lights working correctly is a big safety issue. One issue I really don't like is they put on the sticker that recommends oil change after 3,000 miles. Most cars manufactures spec out a higher amount. Personally I prefer to do all my vehicles maintenance as I'm OCD for my cars. However, I usually take my mother in laws car here for a couple times a year as I don't have time to fiddle with another car's maintenance. I have to say the crew is very professional and seems to be thorough. They don't try and upsell you some ridiculous maintenance interval item, which I love. With an online coupon, I rolled out of here in 20 minutes and for $43.00. Not too bad as if I did it myself it would be about $27.00. If your not into doing car stuff yourself or don't have the time. I have a 24 Silverado that's just over a month old. I do drive a lot so a rack up miles quickly so I came in for an oil change. I have 7,000 miles on the truck so an oil change is the only thing needed. I am registered under a fleet account so they have to get any services approved. They put in that I needed a new air filter, new cabin filter, new wipers and an oil change which came out to around $400 on a vehicle 36 days old. They didn't ask me and just started to preform the work until I stopped them and made them put the "old" stuff back on. I will never use this place again even though it's convenient. read more

Its been a long time since a Valvoline has changed my oil. I had no wait, just pulled right in on the left bay, right one had a vehicle in it and was finished shortly after I pulled in. I had a simple oil change, with a coupon I paid under $60. Of course there was the upsales and filter replacements. It's an offer and I certainly didn't feel pressured to purchase. It's pretty dang routine. Hahah. I wish that when they did show me the filter that they removed at least the leaves they found. I dunno. As long as I don't wake up to a puddle of oil in the driveway tomorrow morning I'll be back. read more

I took my car in to get an oil change, new headlight bulb, and to look at my power steering. The staff was frIendly but I was passed around to 4 different people. The first guy told me everything would be taken care of for me and did not make me aware of any issues. When my oil change was completed the staff began waving me out without doing any of the other fixes. I was later told they did not have the headlight bulb. I had to ask if the other services were done but they were not. The transition to multiple people presented a lack of communication in the services requested. The whole process was fast which was good but the interaction of getting my car serviced was minimal especially from a customer interaction model that tries to up sell services. read more

Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. This location lacks leadership, accountability and communication to name a few. When you question the staff they all point fingers at each other and fumble over words. I waited almost an hour for a part they didn't have in stock. The problem is no one told me. A real manager would have come to me and said this might take longer than expected, would you like to continue service. Obviously, this location doesn't have professional managers or even leaders. Then, when questioned about inventory and why I had to wait on a part they didn't have I got the old...... well we service x amount of cars a day so..... Meaning, it is what it is and we just want your money. Some real leadership, professionalism, accountability, responsibility, work ethic and common courtesy may do this place good. Until then..... My driver side windshield wiper broke off while driving in the snow. They were the closest to where I could go to get it replaced. I parked in a spot instead of pulling to a bay. Came right out to help me and I was done in five minutes. Wish I remembered who helped me. He was very nice! read more

went here 3 weeks ago it was my first time changing the oil at this location and the person there asked me to put premium oil i paid 76$ with coupon yesterday i found out my engine is damaged 09/06/2019 and i called a mechanic and he said i didn't change oil for the car so the engine is damaged and my car wont run again i tried to tell him i changed the oil 3 weeks ago with valvoline but he said the engine is damaged because i didn't change the oil,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, . Another day, another car problem. Having exhausted my car knowledge and resources, I sought out a place that was open on a Sunday late afternoon, and this place hit the spot. I explained my problem (overheating) to Tom and he helped us troubleshoot and ultimately fix the problem (*knock on wood). The work was performed quickly and for a reasonable cost. While you do pay a little extra for the speed and convenience, places like this are often perfect for your automotive needs. The place has WiFi which is always great for killing time. read more

Great group of guys here. They do oil changes and suggest other services (which they don't make commission on so no pressure) because of this I waited to get a new battery. Guess I waited a little too long. It corroded the terminals and they wouldn't let me leave with just a battery replacement. They replaced the terminals at no extra charge and even found the reason my tire was running low. They were very helpful and safety first all the way. It was a great experience! read more

I will say the guys at this location are very nice and have a great rapport with the customers. However, I felt duped into buying their A/C recharge service. I explained how my A/C was malfunctioning and not blowing out cold on a consistent basis, especially on extremely hot days. The guy talked me into purchasing their $120 A/C recharge service, and said if it didn't fix the issue that they would not charge me. Mind you, I had already bought an at home recharge kit and tested it, and discovered it was already fully charged. I told the guy this as well, but thought maybe those at home kits aren't as accurate. Sooo...with a guarantee like what they were offering, how can I lose right?! Wrong! It worked at that moment, but also it wasn't a very hot day either. The moment temps reached 90's, I was back to the same issues. I took it back to Valvoline, and was told there was nothing they could do...I needed to take it to a mechanic. Which is what I figured in the first place! Don't get duped into this rip-off. Goto your local auto supply store and see if they will test it for you for free. If not, you can purchase an at home recharge kit with a testing gauge for about $20. read more

While replacing the light over the license plate on my wife's car an employee broke the light's housing. These things happen, I understand but.... They didn't tell her that it broke. Instead, they stuck a piece of duck tape on the inside to hold it back in place. The light fell out a day later. I went back up there and was told that they will take care of it, I need to call the manager in the morning, they'll have to order the part, if we broke it we'll fix it. What I didn't hear, from the employee I talked to, was any surprise or indignation about the obvious cover-up . I got the sense that duck taping pieces of cars back together without telling the car's owner is business as usual. read more
