Worst Experience of my life!!! Total Bait-n-Switch - They upsold me on things I "need to have done" if I agreed to 25% off the total cost. I agreed. When I got my bill, (after they ran my card) they only gave me 25% off the oil change!! And then when I confronted them, the manager lied to my face and said he never told me that discounted price! Plus, it took 2 hours to get the $400 oil change! DO NOT GO TO TAKE 5, it should be called take 2 hours!! read more

I really appreciate this location. They were honest with me a couple of months ago that I actually did not need an oil change and told me to come back after a few more thousand miles, they checked my tire pressure and other items still though. I have been to this location multiple times. The last time I went in January, the oil they put in leaked out on to my driveway. I spoke to someone at the location and they said they would check the truck out and refund the service since they stained my driveway. My husband drove up there the next day to have everything checked and to get the promised refund. We were told that the refund would be mailed to us as a check. It's 2024 and we used a credit card, so why can't they just do the refund that way like everywhere else? Anyway, they said there was no other option but that they would process the check. It's been almost two months now and no check ever came. This was an issue that could have been easily resolved, but their business practices are a nightmare. So unless you want a stained driveway and broken promises, go somewhere else. read more

Slow asf. I've been here 35 minutes and they haven't even started on my car. This is by far is the slowest take 5 I've ever been to and one of the slowest oil change places period. My car has actually been in the stall 35 minutes I'll update the time once they finish or should i say start? Smdh i've already set my timer for five more minutes and if they don't start by then I'm just going home. I've already worked 12 hours today my time is precious, I don't have all day to sit at a place that supposedly takes five minutes. I went to go get my oil changed, they took a long time to do the oil change and then saw them smoking every 5 min. Poor quality and value. They need to get better at that and rude lady. read more

Just went by to get my air pressure checked in my tires. One tire dropped to 24 psi and they are local for me so with my wife and kid in the car pulled up and was greeted by one technician and said to wait. No problem. Get pulled in and over hear one of the other technicians remark that guy wants us to check his tires haha. Smirk on his face. No one said anything to us even as we rolled down our window. Didn't want to be rude as twice the same tech walked by and nothing. After sitting there and watching him pick his nose and run his arm sleeve across his face wiping snot. Not even just about Covid but that's a little gross. Didn't even get the chance to go there for service and hope others don't. I asked the guy just to open the door and let me leave. Dirty. Unprofessional and a waste of my time. Wash your hands and still didn't get my tires checked. Thanks. read more

Went here first time today and overall was not satisfied! I was pulled in within 5 minutes as soon as I arrived which was great. After that they told me to open the hood and start working under it without telling me anything or getting my approval. After a little bit, a short, beard, pony tail, caucasian guy (Chris?) came to me with the price sheet. He quickly showed me the list and about to walk away, without me selecting any choice, until I stopped him and start asking questions. He showed me all the options but the last one which was the cheapest listed at $49.00. I questioned him about that to which he told me that it is not available for my car. I knew his information was not correct because my car is not any high class type or requires any special oil. When I asked him again about that option then he asked the guy (African American) under the hood and that guy confirmed that the lowest option would work for my car indeed. Chris then told me he can do the lowest option for me car. Not sure what was the initial intention of Chris but this was certainly not good. Beside the price difference I had no clue what was included in all the other options. I had a coupon of $24.99 which I downloaded from their website and I showed that to Chris. Immediately he was no comfortable with that and asking questions to his other guys. after going back and forth, he then confirmed to me that coupon will be accepted. Everything was done quickly and Chris told me about my total of $33.05! Little bit shocked I asked him about the coupon price of $24.99 that he confirmed to me. He then told me it was not going to be $24.99 as the system only took off $18 from the regular price. Of course I was not accepting that and was not satisfied with the answer given. I didn't want to make a scene out of it as they were starting to get busy and simply left. Why was I not updated if the total price was well above the coupon+tax price? This is not a good practice to say yes to customer initially about the coupon price, do the work and then charge more than what was agreed upon. This leave customer with no choice. Also, why they would open the hood and start working under the hood as soon as car is pulled in if the customer is not even showed the price list and they didn't even agree to anything? Of course by the time price list is shown, customer is already under the pressure to just select one of the options and go with it as hood is already open and fluids are already unplugged. Service speed is good but customer service definitely needs to improve. read more

To get in and seen no problem, waited 10 mins at the most for two people working. All was well until we pull in. Guy has the worst attitude ever starts shouting demands, asked for my husband to roll down the window, my husband stated that the window doesn't roll down and he (the worker) got all pissed off like it if it was a total inconvenience. It was until I said something that this guys attitude changed. Price went from affordable to a little over the top. Which at this point was fine I just wanted to get out of there. Didn't offer us the sticker that give us a heads up to maintain nothing but an over priced oil change and an ugly attitude. read more

I went in for an oil change on my vehicle. Prior to ringing up my bill I notified the employees about the veterans discount. They told me they couldn't since the "bill would be too low and out management wouldn't like that". They proceeded to only give me 10% off which is only covers tax. Please don't advertise Military-discount if you can't honor it. Don't recommend this place at all. read more

I don't write reviews often however i physically can't not write one on this store. My last oil change was with this location at the end of april. 1st, the 2 employees working top side were rude and frankly seemed lazy and not interested, consistently on phones or talking etc. However my real issue comes with the $8,000+ damage left on my car after they stripped my oil plug cap out causing all the oil to drain out of my car and blow up my engine. I am a 19 year old college student who was just trying to upkeep my car but now am having to struggle everyday since my car broke down, putting me out wild amounts of money/ missing work and classes just from the negligence of this shop. If you like your car and want to be able to make your bills next month take your car to somewhere that will actually take care of you and not leave you with thousands of dollars worth of damage, emotionally drained and stressed beyond compare. I got my oil changed here 5 months ago. Since I have synthetic oil, that is a normal timeline. The kids working were friendly but they were acting a bit "off" and "too friendly" but I didn't think anything of it at the time. I went to a different place today to get my oil changed because I had a coupon and they called me out in to the garage, opened the drain for my oil tank, and it was jet black and almost like tar barely dripping out. They said that the oil had to be at least 10+ months old or was bad oil that I was given at my last oil change!! Meaning that these guys either didn't put in true synthetic oil, or didn't actually add new oil at all. Luckily I maintain my oil changes and don't go past 5 months because this could have ruined my engine. read more
